Ordered for my daughter - she loves it. Perfect, ordered a size small and it fit just right. The black with the lavender contrast is beautiful and unique! Zappos shipping as always was quick!

I love the jacket. It is very warm; however, the color was not brown. The color was a little disappointing, but I am still wearing it. I wear an XL but I got a 2XL instead because I didn't want it to cling to me. I'm hoping for my colors in my size soon, because I will definitely order again.

So soft and warm! The only thing I don't like is that it sheds on my seat belt so everything gets black fuzz on it at first. After a couple washings, it should stop.

My wife and daughter put this jacket on their Christmas lists but all the stores were sold out. Ordered from Zappos for the first time WOW! First order in early arrived in about 4 days. Ordered the second one in just before Christmas on a Friday night and it arrived Monday! Price was same as the stores. Did have to pay sales tax but the shipping was free. Of course there is no question with quality with North Face. The size was as expected and the material is super soft. Both girls always get compliments when wearing them. Zappos customer for life!

This was a gift for my daughter at Christmas. I have one just like it also. It is warm and so soft. My daughter is 5'7 & 130 pounds and wears a medium. Fits perfect.

The Osito jacket is soft & warm. Size medium fits well on my 5'5" 125# frame. Would purchase more in a different color.
