I wanted to get this jacket for both my daughters for Christmas and Zappos had the best price out there. My girls love this jacket. It is so soft and comfortable they wear it constantly. We love it!

This is a very soft and good quality jacket. If highly recommend this coat for others. Don't pay a lot for it though.

My soon to be 13 year old daughter loves this jacket. It's super soft both inside and out. It's not a heavy winter jacket, but it's perfect for times when you're not going to be outside in frigid temperatures for an extended period of time. Here in Texas, it's a perfect all around jacket that she can wear everyday to school and everywhere else. Love it!

Awesome jacket! Very stylish and extremely warm. Fits true to size. Loved it so much, I purchased the black, white and hot pink one. Now I have my eye on the cobalt blue one.

Love this but should have ordered an x-small. Its very roomy and I usually wear a small. If you want extra room then order regular size, if you want it to look just right and still not be tight order a size down.

I absolutely love this jacket. It's lightweight, not bulky and very warm. The fabric is shedding a little but I think this will stop once broken in.

This jacket arrived the next day! I bought this in black for my daughter as an xmas gift...she loves it. Hers does not shed at all as others mentioned however her best friend has the same style in gray that does shed, so maybe it has something to do with the fabric for different colors. I purchased the medium for my daughter who weighs less than 120 lbs. She has very long arms and this was a perfect fit for her!

Jacket came super fast, next day. Unfortunately it is too small. Wish I had ordered Medium. Love Zappos!

I am extremely happy with this jacket! The XL at the store was too snug around the middle and they don't carry XXL. The XXL fits perfect. Most other sites only offered the XXL in black, but this is the color I was looking for. It is so soft and very warm. I've gotten tons of compliments, but unfortunately everybody wants to pet you to feel how soft it is(weird!)

I am a thirteen year old girl who needed a cozy, warm jacket to walk to school in. All the other jackets I tried on were either too bulky or too warm. I love this jacket because of the cozy fleece and I wear it as a layer in the colder months. I went to a North Face outlet to try it on and found that the small fit good. I am only 5 1' so I am relatively tiny. I got the extra small which was a little trimmer. I love how the fleecy stuff doesn't rub off on your clothes and how great of a layer it provides. This is a great jacket and I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay warm during winter without all the weight!

Bought a xxl and I normally wear XL in clothing, so these do run small, but everyone should know that by now. I wish they had normal sizes and bigger sizes in more items. But this is my 2nd Osito jacket because I wear them so much I wear them out! My first one lasted 5 years! I've never had any issues with it shedding at all.

This is a very comfortable jacket. It is so soft it feels like putting on pajamas. I wore it outside in 42° and felt only a little chill. I think it is perfect to run around town in without the bulk, but maybe not to stand around outside for long periods. After all, it is a jacket- not a coat. The fit is pretty true. I am 5'6" and 150 pounds with a 36B bust. I ordered a large and it is only very slightly baggy. I personally like that. I have freedom of movement and do not have to worry about the sleeves being too short or exposing my back when I bend over. The sleeves reach the beginnings of my fingers. I have not yet washed it so I do not know if it would shrink. And as usual, Zappos is very speedy with their shipping. I ordered on a Friday evening and received Monday afternoon! All in all, I would recommend this jacket for around the town activities.

Fits perfect and keeps me extra warm on a cold day. It still gives me plenty of motion with a sweatshirt underneath. North Face never fails with the quality they provide!

This is the second North Face Osito jacket I have ordered for my daughter from Zappos. The first time I accidentally ordered the wrong size but Zappos return policy made it very easy for me to send it back and get the right size. It's a cute jacket and my daughter loves it, that's why she has 2!

I love it! It is my third Osito jacket (the colors are all so awesome). I am 5'2" 117 pounds and usually wear an 8 in tops as I have broad shoulders for my size. I have one jacket in the small size and it fits nicely over light clothing and two in the medium size as they are roomier for wearing over bulkier clothing.

I love this jacket and love Zappos! I ordered this on a Thursday evening and had the jacket Friday morning. They have the best service on the best brands. I will continue to order from Zappos.

Love this jacket! It's cozy, warm, on a cool day and it fits great! I am usually a size 6/8 and the size small is perfect. North face rocks!

I bought this for my 8th grade daughter and she absolutely loves it. I got her a size small and it fits her perfectly, so I would say this runs true to size. Very soft and cute.

I ordered this for my 14 year old daughter and she loved it! When we first went to the north face website we used the size adviser and recommended her a size XXS but we got a size XS and it fit perfectly it is also very comfortable she is 5'1 and 95 pounds.
