Love this jacket! It is so silky and soft, lightweight yet warm. Very well made and worth every penny. I'm 5'2 and it isn't too long in length or the arms as is often the case. I did order a size up based on other customer reviews and am glad I did. I can wear layers under it with no problem. Can't beat Zappos for fast shipping either!

Amazing jacket! Extremely comfortable and warm. Excellent fit, very flatering. The best part is the inside of the jacket and sleeves are furry as well. Love it!

Saw this jacket in black on my niece and loved it so I purchased two of these jackets--one in brown (very rick color) and one in black in medium. Sizing is a bit iffy. One fit and one was too small so I sized up. The large is big but I can always layer under it. Am medium in all other Northface products. Tried on a few of these in stores and I found some mediums fit, some were too small. There is a big difference between the medium and the large. The jackets are very cozy. My only complaint is the color black. My niece must have purchased a children's size. It was an ink black, very nice color. The adult's is more of a grey-black. Wish TNF would fix the color Black. If I wanted grey, I would have ordered it. Otherwise, would have given it 5 stars. Dealing with Zappos is terrific. Ordered the jacket one morning and it was delivered the next day.

My mother wanted an osito jacket after she saw my denial thermal, she can fit my medium denial but wanted a large for more room. I ordered her a large and it didn't fit me or her, the arms were short for me and my shoulders were constricted. The extreme soft and plush fleece made exchange it for a XL osito hoodie instead. It's baggy but fits better.

Love these jackets! This is my third North Face Osito jacket! Fits true to size in my opinion. The jacket does shed at first, especially under the arms where it rubs, but after the first wash, it is fine. Don't use fabric softener on them though! Love Zappos customer service, it is amazing! The jacket I originally bought was pink, and on sale, but I noticed it was defective and called customer service to see what my options were since that color was sold out. They told me to pick another one and they would give it to me at the sale price! Now that is outstanding customer service! :)

I love this jacket! I had no problem with shedding, and I am typically a medium and found that a small fit perfectly! I ordered the premiere purple and it is a beautiful color, and extremely soft. I'm 5'5" and 135 pounds, and although most reviewers said to go a size up, I wouldn't recommend it unless you have extremely long arms. Mine were a perfect length. I ordered the jacket Sunday afternoon and it came Tuesday afternoon. I am very pleased with this product.

Very soft jacket, but it does shed some. I ordered the weimaraner brown, it does not look like the same shade as the picture shows, it's more of an olive green shade. Really thought it would be more brownish, but I will still wear it.

Pretty happy with my purchase! I purchased this jacket and the Denali and am very satisfied with both. Unfortunately I didn't listen to the other reviews about ordering one size up so instead of a S I ordered an XS. It still fits, but it is a little tight. If I were to gain weight, I definitely would not be able to wear this jacket anymore. But it is extremely warm and I am excited to wear this for the upcoming winter season. And of course I could not forget the amazing service by Zappos!

Love it! The only thing I'd be wary about is I have thin wrists, and the elastic at the wrist is fine but in no way loose on me. If you have bigger wrists, the elastic might bug you. The coat would be worth buying and spending very small amount at tailor to fix.

This is a lovely, fuzzy fleece that's not too loose but not to tight -- just right! The shoulders are a bit puffy on my smaller frame, but it's just so cozy, and I assume they'll puff down with time. I have the vaporous grey and it hasn't had the shedding problem that some people have mentioned this jacket is prone to, except for a tiny bit. Great purchase!
