Amazing! Received the very next day! Fits perfectly! I went ahead after reading the reviews and ordered a size up. I usually wear a size large, but after that ordered a size XL...so glad I did. Fits perfectly! I am 5'6" and wear size 12 normally. The arms fit great and I can zip with ease. I am afraid had I gone with the size Large it would've been too small!

My daughter adores this jacket. It runs a little small so we got the next size up and she's been wearing since the day we got it almost a year ago.

This jacket is very, very soft and comfortable. My daughter loves it and wears it all the time. Seems heavy, and well made.

My wife absolutely loves this coat. She has wanted one for a while, and has commented about how it is lightweight, and yet still very warm. Obviously this isn't your choice for sub 35 degree weather, but for those days in the 40s, 50s, and even 60s, this is a great choice. Plus on top of that, it is stylish and fashionable.

I bought this jacket in a size small for my petite size daughter. She loves the color and the fit of the jacket she is able to wear a sweatshirt underneath on colder days while walking across campus and it keeps her very warm. Everywhere she goes she receives many compliments. I am buying one my other daughter for Xmas. Thanks Zappos!

I recently purchased the North Face Women's Osito Jacket and I am very satisfied. It's true to size, very warm and comfortable. It is a jacket in which I highly recommend. It is a great buy!

Love it! So warm! I sized up. I am size 10 Med, I ordered Large, fit perfect. Sleeve run short. I could have fit an XL, to layer, but this is so cozy and warm you do not need layering. I only wore, North Face Shirt, and I was sweating n chilly, damp weather ordering second in other color.

This is a beautiful and warm coat. I read the reviews and ordered a size large instead of my usual medium due to comments stating it ran small. The large is too big for me and I am returning the coat. I ended up ordering a medium directly from North Face as Zappos was out of that size and I didn't want to wait until they re-stocked. The medium fits well, snug and more form fitting. I still love Zappos and they are my first choice when it comes to mail order!

I bought this jacket for my girlfriend and she absolutely loves it. It's fur lining on the inside keeps her warm during the cold winter months. It's fits a little snug but with a few wears, it'll fit like your favorite jacket.

This jacket is a beautiful color. My daughter's favorite color is purple, but she did not want a bright jacket. This jacket is a deep, rich, neutral purple that can be worn with her entire wardrobe.

The only thing wrong with this jacket is that I only bought one. I will be buying several more just so I do not have to wear one jacket all winter. Love.

Simply amazing! It's incredibly soft and goes with everything. I bought this jacket in TNF white and I love it! I would definitely recommend this jacket to anyone. I usually wear a small but going up the next size would a smart choice.

This is the jacket to have on campus, according to my college-student daughter. The Teaberry pink is beautiful and she says it is warm and toasty. Fit is good. Zappos delivery was really fast.

Amazing! I bought this coat for my fussy daughter and she loves it! That is saying a lot. It is so soft and cozy...warm and apparently cool enough for a 14 year old! I would have no hesitation recommending it! Not to mention Zappos delivery...we needed a coat when the weather suddenly turned and she was due to be away and we had the coat the very next day! I love this jacket, I also have other The North Face jackets but this one is so soft & comfy to wear. I normally wear a size Small in this brand but I had to get a size Medium because the arms were too short & the chest area was too tight in this style. I'm 5'3 and 105lbs. This jacket will shed if you don't wash it before wearing it for the first time. I love this jacket!

I bought this jacket for my daughter for her 11th birthday. She absolutely loves it. I love it! It is the softest most comfy jacket I ever touched. It's like having a soft blanket around you. My mother just turned 70 and guess what she got? The same jacket! She fell in love with it.

I love, love, love my jacket! It was true to size. Good quality. I have had none of the shedding other reviews have talked about. (maybe North Face corrected the problem. I don't know) its warm and the purple is as the picture shows. Of course, Zappos once again delivered the next day. Wonderful service!

Amazing! I got my order within 24 hours and the jacket is wonderful. So soft and silky. True to standard sizes.

Very soft and warm! Doesn't shed like many of the reviews say. Be sure to hang dry after washing to prevent shrinkage. Does seem to run a little on the small side.
