I still can't believe it! I ordered a North Face jacket for my granddaughter at 4:50 P.M. and received it the next day at 2:00 P.M. And free shipping besides. I have recommended Zappos.com every chance I get.

I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. She just loved it, for its softness, and warmth. She wore it to work for the first time, and said all the other women thought it was loved it too.

I ordered the XL just to make sure enough room to layer and sleeves long enough. This jacket is very warm and soft - however, there is a tear in one of the back seams. Just like the jacket so much don't want to go through the bother of exchanging so will probably stitch myself.

I previously returned a North Face Oso jacket (same material as Osito) because it was shedding so badly, but I loved the feel of the fleece. So, recently when I was in a brick&mortar store where they had the Osito in stock in a number of colors, I tried it on again. The first color I tried on (ion blue, which isn't currently for sale on Zappos) I had on for about 20 seconds, and when I took it off, yup, shedding fleece all over my clothes. But curiously when I then proceeded to try on a different color (turquoise, also not on Zappos presently)...very minimal shedding. So, I think the shedding may be color specific or even just specific to the precise jacket. In any case, if you find one that doesn't shed, it's super soft and cozy. It's good on its own probably down into the 40s, and below that I find it layers nicely underneath a shell. Though based on my experience I'd recommend attempting to find it in a physical store just to make sure you don't get a shedding dud! Also, I did size up from my normal TNF size. My usual size fit but was a little too snug with any layers under it. If you live in a warmer climate and don't plan on layering, I'd say buy your true size. If you want to layer, I'd go up a size -- and this coming from someone who barely ever likes how a size up fits!

I absolutely love my North Face jacket. In fact, I loved it so much that I purchased two; one in Black and Brown. I have received many compliments on both. They are very warm, and if I add a warm scarf, I can face the cold weather in comfort.

The item is perfect, just too large for the person it was purchased for. It was a Christmas present so had to find something else.

I bought this for my Grandaughter for Christmas. I was worried about some reviews of shedding. She loves her jacket and no reports of shedding.

I received this Jacket as a Christmas present from my husband and absolutely love it. It is very soft and very well made. The winter weather in Illinois can vary from very cold to mild day to day. The Osito is warm enough for everything except the coldest of days. The sizes seem to run true and the fit is very good. I love my North Face Osito.

Love this jacket! It's a great layering piece in cold weather and even nice as a Jacket in the fall weather. Wouldn't recommend wearing it alone when it's really cold but it also can be used as a zip in liner with some TNF coats. Overall great purchase. Absolutely adore the deep purple color.

Except for the static electricity that this jacket causes, I absolutely love it! It's warm and cozy and fits perfectly.

I bough this as a gift for my 11 year old. She loves it, thankfully it doesn't seem to shed. I bought the XS and it fits perfectly now, but she will most likely outgrow it soon, I should have ordered the small so she could get more wear out of it.

Bought this for my daughter and she loves it! The fit was perfect. North face is a favorite of both my daughters. We live in Nebraska, so layering is important since the weather can change in the blink of an eye. I cannot say enough about the customer service at Zappos. I never worry about anything I order through them because if there is an issue, it's resolved immediately. This is the first site I go to when I shop online. I only wish they carried more products!

I love this jacket for my grandaughter, she is 14 and wears it even when its cold in NH with an extra shirt. She does have long arms and the small fit great but I was trying to talk her into returning it for a medium just because the arms looked slightly short for her but she really liked the fit so we kept it. This company is exceptional with 2 day free shipping. I already bought something else for christmas and it was acutally delivered the next day. A very happy company, I would recommend them to anyone. I love this jacket! It's so cozy and soft, perfect for a cold day. I've barely taken it off since I got it because it's so comfortable! The fit is perfect; I'm 5'3 and got a small. I would absolutely recommend this jacket.

Love this jacket! Only complaint is the static electricity it makes... Must have static guard handy :)

I liked the color of the jacket; however, the collar is white which will show makeup stains from face and neck.I am replacing this color with bittersweet brown which has a dark collar. Love the fabric, style, and softness.

I bought this in a small for my daughter who wears a size 4 (she is 5'5" 115 pounds) but has very long arms. It fits well in the sleeves. I think we could have gone to an XS to make it a more fitted look. She likes to wear it indoors and as a layer outside when a jacket would be too much. It is warm but can be easily stuffed into a bag without being to bulky. It is perfect for days that start chilly and end up in the 60's.

EXTREMELY soft and comfy! I got a size medium because i have a khumbu in medium and I made the right choice. It fits true to size. The purple is so pretty, nice raisin purple. Zappos is the best!
