Loved these shoes, but my feet stuck to the inside. Planned to wear without hose and need an insole to which my foot doesn't stick when walking all day.

Beware this shoe is not a true white. It is more of a bone/ivory color. Also if you are ordering wide, the wide fits liek an extra wide, especially at the heel.

I already own a pair in patent black. I bought the Almond but the color isn't flattering. The sheen makes it look cheap too. But the bigger issue is that the straps are deformed. FYI: the heel is not black as shown. It is two-toned more like the heels for the navy and luggage colors.

I have to change my review! The shoes are too wide even in M for a wide foot! The back strap is too loose even on the last hole. After a few hours of wear, I feel uncomfortable and tired from trying to adjust to these loose shoes sliding on my feet! Also the strappy front is pinching my bunions and making them hurt something awful! :-(

There is something wrong with this shoe. The toe end of the foot bed is sewn backwards so it rubs the ball of my foot. The holes in the strap are not centered on the straps. I got these in Navy and they are perfect.

This shoe had two strikes...first the color makes the shoe look cheap. It has too orange of a cast. Like something you might buy off the shelf at one of the XMarts. And second...it isn't narrow. I have to throw in the towel on Softspots. Their narrow just isn't really a narrow. Over the years I keep giving them another shot only to be disappointed.

They are VERY comfortable and I would imagine great for bigger girls with wide feet, however, they are not for me! These are NOT cute or stylish and they are VERY wide, clunky and out dated. I thought I was getting a nice shoe to wear all day in the office but they make any outfit look frumpy.

I had high hopes for these shoes but when I tried them on, the first strap of the three in the front was way too tight so I couldn't wear them comfortably.

Very comfortable, but upper is only leather lined the patent part is pleather.

I hate these shoes, I should have returned them when I bought them but I was hopeful they'd break-in. Their fit can only be described as "sloppy." They're alternately too loose and too tight. They crush my little toe and my feet kill me after 20 minutes.

Trying to find the perfect midsize heeled shoe for a cruise and thought these might work. Nope. The narrow is still much too wide and the way the straps are attached to the bottom creates a flip-flop affect when walking. Debated trying a half size smaller but there's no point since it just doesn't hug my foot well enough to be safe wearing.

Love the styling of the shoe but am returning because the straps are rough on the tops of my feet and I know from experience that they will cause blisters. I have a pair of slides from Softspots that I can't wear for the same reason.

I loved the style of the shoe; however, the narrow width was much too wide and offered no support at all.

The shoes are very attractive. However, I have to return them because the upper material is stiff, the cut-outs or openings in the upper part of the shoe were painful on my feet. I love Zappos, and hate to return anything. But they are so gracious, and I appreciate the opportunity to try shoes on my sensitive feet.

I really loved the style and look of this shoe and have been happy with other Softspots styles, but as other reviewers noted there appears to be a design flaw such that the strap just does not stay on the heel. I tried tightening the buckle one notch (there is only 1 notch available), which was very difficult to do anyway as the strap widens at that point. It doesn't seem as thought they intend for you to actually use that extra notch. Anyway, with the buckle tightened the shoe was way too tight and forced my toes way down into the point of the shoe. But with the buckle at the original position, my foot fit perfectly from front to back (suggesting that getting the shoe in a different size would not have helped) but that darn strap just would not stay on the back of my heel. So it kept flopping all over when I walked and it was like wearing flip-flops. I'm not really comfortable or work-appropriate. Bummer! Hopefully they can fix this because this is a really pretty shoe, and comfortable other than this problem.

Even with the narrow width, the front of the shoe gapped. Not a good look!

Sorry to say these were very stiff and uncomfortable. I will be returning them. Nice color though.

The double wide width (WW) was still too narrow in the toe box. The third strap back was putting too much pressure on my foot. The heel strap was very loose, however, and could not be adjusted further for a tighter fit. This shoe was just not going to work from beginning to end.

Cute shoes, but toe straps too wide for my narrow foot, even in N size, had to return them.

Beautiful shoe but lacking in comfort. The toe bed of the shoe has a very significant edge where the black patent ends and the lining begins. It is most uncomfortable and would wear very poorly. Wish it had been constructed better because is a very pretty style with a comfortable heel height.

Has a lot of cushion but an awkward curve a the toe (not for the flat-footed). The shoe is a bit more chunky in person.

I ordered a 11 narrow but the shoes were way big. They did not even look like a narrow and they did not fit like a narrow. Disappointed.

Very cute style made of very poor materials. Almost plastic like-
