I have another soft spots pair of shoes which are comfortable so I was hoping these would be the same. However, the leather above the toes was not soft and was scratchy and rubbing against my toes. Returning these because unfortunately that will lead to a blister if I take just two steps! What a shame...

These shoes are pretty but not as comfy as the other ones I have of the same design. These are sort of tight for the bunion and there is something wrong with the insole which makes them not comfortable to wear.

Not good. Yes, the sole material is cushion-y, yet it doesn't even begin touching my arch (and my arch is not particularly high). Sizing is off (too small). As soon as I put it on and took 5 steps it was clear where and how soon I will have massive blisters. I'll stay away from this brand.

These Sandles were uncomfortable from the very first time I put them on. Tight on the toes on one foot and painful ball of my foot on the other. Also, heel strap slipped off on one foot also.

Like the shoes, they are good for work and summer evenings out. But shoe back strap stretched out very quickly and I walk right out of them.

If you have a narrow foot please be aware that even if you order these in N they are still on the wide side. Had to return them as my foot slid all the way out the front.

really cute but the most proximal strap still cuts into my foot even with ordering the widest size. prob shape of my foot. sad. wanted to love these. my closet is full of softspots brand.

I loved these shoes...until they started to fall apart after about 15-20 wears (most of the time sitting, not even walking around in them). I was so disappointed. Zappos customer service just said tough luck. I haven't bought any shoes from Zappos since.

Pretty shoes. I wanted to like them for my daughter's wedding, but they slip off my feet (even at the tightest notch) and the first strap across the toes is too short and squishes my toes. I ordered a M width. The W width also pinched my toes, so sadly, both pairs go back.

Sorry, just not a good fit for me. A bit wobbly and loose on my foot. Nice color, but just won't work for me.

Can't wear these. Attractive, but they press on the top of my foot right about where that little fake jewel is. As dressy as they may look, I cannot wear this brand at all. Which is a shame, as I need a sling back for a dress shoe to stay on my heel. Shoes are a real problem. 98% of what is out there doesn't fit my wide foot.

The shoe size fit ok. But my heal slipped out of the strap even on the last hole. Also there was a gap where my instep met the front of the shoe. Not an attractive fit at all.

Nice looking, however; they are not wide enough to even put my foot in the toe straps. Perhaps if the straps were elastic they might work better. I have a high instep so these don't work.

The black in this shoe is very comfortable but the insole lining is sewn differently in this color creating a ridge that my foot presses against, This hurts and I am returning the shoe.

I absolutely love these shoes but I need a narrow and they just are not a narrow. I ordered three pair in different colors and I love each of them but they are just too wide. They are a medium size. I hate it but I am going to have to return them.

The heel strap is longer than the heel of the shoe. My heel hit the back of the shoe but the strap slides off my heel and is too long. I love the shoe otherwise but I will be returning it.

The video saleslady clearly says that these have a "leather upper." (I even looked up "patent leather" to make sure that it doesn't secretly mean "not actually leather.") At any rate, the "linen" sandal is "all man-made material." The toe is a bit snug, and I don't imagine that it will stretch. The back strap is loose, and as another reviewer indicated, it is not actually a functioning buckle. Back they go.

Back felt stretched out on one shoe, like someone with big foot had tried it on and worn in for the day. Felt like I was wearing an old lady shoe. Not cute. Will return these shoes.

I like the shoe, it just won't stay on my heel. I have narrow heels and tried the regular width first, then the narrow width at the tightest setting. More holes to tighten please.

Loved these shoes, but my feet stuck to the inside. Planned to wear without hose and need an insole to which my foot doesn't stick when walking all day.

Beware this shoe is not a true white. It is more of a bone/ivory color. Also if you are ordering wide, the wide fits liek an extra wide, especially at the heel.

I already own a pair in patent black. I bought the Almond but the color isn't flattering. The sheen makes it look cheap too. But the bigger issue is that the straps are deformed. FYI: the heel is not black as shown. It is two-toned more like the heels for the navy and luggage colors.

I have to change my review! The shoes are too wide even in M for a wide foot! The back strap is too loose even on the last hole. After a few hours of wear, I feel uncomfortable and tired from trying to adjust to these loose shoes sliding on my feet! Also the strappy front is pinching my bunions and making them hurt something awful! :-(

There is something wrong with this shoe. The toe end of the foot bed is sewn backwards so it rubs the ball of my foot. The holes in the strap are not centered on the straps. I got these in Navy and they are perfect.
