The 6.5 M size I ordered was the correct size but the shoe wasn’t comfortable. The straps were in the tightest hole but they didn’t stay in place and the shoe dug into my toes.

I ordered the narrow width but it was still too wide for my foot, especially at the heel. I could not have walked across a room without losing the shoe. The arch was not in the proper place to give me support - too far back.

This is Heartbreaking for me. This is the Navy Dress Sandal I needed for a dress that I'm wearing to my son's wedding in September but it just doesn't stay secure on my foot...The back strap sits too low on my heel that it won't stay up and it's just like wearing a strapless sandal, that flops up and down on your foot. It felt true to size and true to width which i was excited about as I wear an 8.5 wide and have a hard time finding a dress shoe that actually feels good on. Also, I really liked the lower chunky heels that I can stand in so the heel height was perfect too.....So Sad but I'll have to return these and continue to look for the perfect shoe to go with my dress.

These shoes are uncomfortable and hurt my feet. The top band hurts the top of my foot. My toes hurt from the bottom strap. My toes push forward and the bottom strap doesn't support them. Unfortunately, they don't work for me and I am sending back. With all the great reviews, I was expecting them to feel comfortable and am disappointed.

I will never understand why shoemakers think it's okay to make the insole color of a black shoe TAN!! Especially if the insole shows when the shoe is on!! At least use a dark grey color so it blends in! The tan insole is very noticeable when wearing these shoes. I ordered an 8-1/2 N and the shoe felt a bit loose and there was a gap at the instep (arch side) and the top of the shoe had a gap too. Overall the body of the shoe felt hard. The insole is very comfortable.

I always take a size 11W, and these were falling off my feet they were so wide they were also at least 1/2 size larger. I will sadly be returning these and continuing my quest for a comfortable and affordable pair of dress shoes.

I wanted to love these, but they are not comfortable (cuts into both sides of my feet and the toe area is too narrow. These are going back. They were a great height, though.

This was a WW shoe that caused pressure on the top of my foot. I need W depending on how the shoe is made. Disappointed that even though WW had issues

This shoe has been an incredible disappointment. I've tried 2 pairs already before finding an adequate length. The shoe is a half size smaller than it was when I initially bought this pair about 2 years ago. The reason that I replaced the other pair is that the strap of the slingback wears through INCREDIBLY FAST. If I look closely, I can already see signs of wear on the elastic. Pathetic. Wide width feet that are wide all the way from toebox to heel will probably find the shoe fine. If you have a more normal human foot, you will find the toebox has JUST ENOUGH room, while the bizarre decision to make the shoe wider as it reaches the heel will leave you with awkward space on either side of the shoe. The unfortunate thing is that this is one of the FEW sandals that WW feet can find accommodating and literally the ONLY reason I am keeping these shoes. It's pretty annoying that almost no shoe vendors believe in adequate toebox space, but that's a story for another day. I plan to reach out to Zappos CS and Comfortiva / Soft Spots (not sure why they can't choose a name), to see why these shoes have such inconsistent sizing and poor QC on the design. One more thing. The leather is only on the upper, and not even fully as the elastic clearly is made of much cheaper stuff. In the brilliance of designing a SUMMER SHOE (hello, sweat?) you now have a shoe with a synthetic sole of such poor material that it is sweat city unless you're going from car to building. Lovely. If you don't have toebox issues, skip this shoe, even if you have wider width feet.

I always wear a size 6.5 WW, and this show fit great in the width, but the back strap flopped on the tightest hole and and I was not going to poke another hole in new rather expensive shoes, so I sent that size back and have ordered a size 6WW. I pray they fit, as I have run out of time.

I was looking for a shoe that would be wide enough for my foot with a bunion. Not only was the wide width not enough but the little toe on both feet was pinched.

I ordered a 9N, and the heel strap was falling off on the smallest setting. Unfortunately, the rest of the shoe didn't feel narrow enough either, otherwise I may have just had an extra hole punched into the strap so I could wear them. I liked the style as it's good for a casual work shoe, but if you have narrow feet, you'll probably have the same problem as me.

I loved the way these shoes looked, but in less than two hours after putting them on, the tops of my feet had cuts in them from the edges of the straps. The material is stiff, the edges are sharp(ish), and the top strap is at a weird angle.

What a disappointment. Narrow? On what planet? They're so wide that I took them to my local shoe-repair shop to have an additional hole punched in each strap, to tighten the buckle for a better fit. Well, no luck with that idea: they still wobble so much that I'll never be able to wear them. And now that there's an additional hole in each strap, it would be unlikely that Zappos would take a return. Incidentally, my pair didn't cost $60, they cost EIGHTY. That's the price you pay for narrow feet. Total waste of money. I'll never buy shoes from Zappos again, nor any shoes made by Comfortiva. A total rip-off.

The way these were cut they hurt my feet. Very nice looking sandals, was disappointed they weren't comfortable on me.

I bought these sandals because I needed a dressy looking sandal with a substantial heel that came in navy. I wish I would have had more time to try them on before committing to keeping them. They look wonderful but the back strap kept slipping off even on the tightest hole. I also had problems with the one shoe rubbing the inside of my foot in a bad spot. I have other Soft Spots shoes that fit me great, but not this pair.

These shoes were so wide that my toes went thru and almost touched the ground in front of the shoe. If they had fit properly, I believe they would be very comfortable.

The front fit fine. The back would not stay up on my heel and was too wide. Love the style, but the fit was awful. These are going back.

These are really nice looking shoes and I really wanted them to work, but the other reviews about the quality are true. They are very cheaply made and the materials are not what I would expect at this price point, so I returned them. It's really too bad, because they are pretty comfy, but they definitely won't hold up and the 'leather' looks like plastic/vinyl.

I have a a wide foot and usually wear a EE but it was to wide. Almond color, as mentioned by other reviewer, is really a sparkly gold hideous color.

I thought this shoe was cute, but the inside was really scratchy. Maybe my feet are just too sensitive. :-)

Loved the style of the shoe, but had problems with the fit. Ordered my usual size 7N, but when I tightened the buckle on the heel to fit, my foot was about 1/2 inch too far into the shoe, and my toes stuck out over 1/2 inch at the end of the shoe. Strange fit. I had read similar reviews about the shoe, but until I actually tried it on and found the same problem, it was hard to believe. Sadly, I had to return the shoes.

I really liked the way they looked, but was very disappointed as I kept getting blisters every time I wore them.

I ordered and wore this shoe for a wedding reception. The color was perfect, but after I was on my feet for 20 minutes, I knew I had made a mistake. They were very uncomfortable. Luckily, part of the time we were walking on grass, so I took them off to get some relief. Truly these shoes were the most miserable pair I've ever worn.
