I loved this shoe but as another reviewer wrote the back strap was too loose even at the last hole.

This shoe seems made for people with a very wide heel/ankle. The heel strap was so loose it was non-functional.

not comfortable to walk in

Not very attractive shoe, my toes stuck out and not comfortable. I ordered 7W and it was actually too wide, but more importantly the style was unattractive.

These were just not comfortable - which was the whole point.

The shoes felt good but were a little big. The Velcro straps can loosen but not tighten.

The strap around the heel is too short and would not even meet around my foot. I need to know how to send them back for a refund.

Too wide for my feet

I needed a pair of dressy shoes for a wedding, so I ordered these in a 9 WW (EE). I usually wear a 9 wide (D or E). These shoes were tight and small. I got my foot into them, but they felt narrower than a WW, and they were not comfortable. There was no cushioning or arch support. The strap in the back felt flimsy. I would rather wear flats than suffer in these all night. The search continues....

The sling back was super loose and could NOT be tighten - it did not hold the shoe on the foot.

Back part of shoe, where heel sits, extends too far back. Also has a strip of tan extending around the heel, which really stands out from the black shoe.

this shoes are not made well, wouldn't hold my feet.

Run very tight around the toe box, I think it’s caused by all the cushion the shoe has.

Ordered WW width and they were tighter in the width than many regular W width shoes are. Very disappointing!

I didn't like these at all- not attractive.

These shoes are very comfortable (cushy) and the size is just right. The downside: the heel strap is too low and quickly falls off.

The strap was too small. I have no patience spending 15 mins each time strapping myself into them.

Pretty pair. Nice quality. Like the color. Images reflected what it looks like in person. But sandals straps are ridiculously short. It was very inconvenient to strap it. My hand got tired just with one. Returning.

Really wanted to love these, very cushy, but my toes hang off of the end and since I am an 11 I can't go up a half a size.

As others had mentioned, the back strap kept falling down. In addition, the top strap on the right shoe dug into my foot when I tried these on. It's too bad because they are cute and the heel was the perfect height!

These shoes were just the right color and heel height, but, unlike other Soft Spots shoes I own, the medium width cut across my instep and was very uncomfortable. Reluctantly, I returned them (wide width out of stock).

Within a few hours of wearing theses shoes, I was ready to return them. The back strap sat low on my heel. When I tried to tighten the strap, it quickly stretched out and stayed. There are no more adjustments available. I had a similar problem with a pair of Softspot shoes years ago and don’t want to deal with it again. I will be returning these shoes.

To be honest I think there is a strap manufacturer measurement mistake on these shoes, the back strap is too low. I wear a size 6-6.5 and I couldn’t even get the strap around to the 1st hole of the back strap. I own other sling back shoes and have no problem with the back strap. The foot bed itself fit my foot. I was disappointed, because the shoe looked cute.

This shoe's front strap was so wide, I could not even keep them on, even with the heel strap on the snuggest hole setting, And the heel looked cheap and unattractive, very plastic looking, not like wood at all. I thought they looked very matronly, as well. I sent them back.
