Very pretty style of shoe. Unfortunately this is the second pair I've tried and they just don't fit right. I have a wide foot and my right foot is wider than my left. I first ordered a pair of 9.5 W (from a different site 2 months ago). They were way too big - I was slipping out of them. I finally decided to go with the 9.5 M and they are a smidge to tight in the forefront of my foot where the instep is and the heel strap is way too loose even on the last hole. They did seem very cushiony and had a nice arch.

Great style, ran a bit large, hurts the top of my feet; straps over top of foot are rough.

A pretty cute shoe and fairly comfortable, but the leather was a bit stiff. I got the shoe to wear to a conference where I plan to be on my feet the entire time. I couldn't risk the stiff leather. Sending this shoe back.

These shoes are very cute and very comfortable. Unfortunately the 6 1/2 WW was too tight through the top strap and the 7WW although a little long would have been fine but made very poorly. Straps were very uneven. I was very disappointed because I ordered these same shoes in black and the 6 1/2 WW was made well and fit perfect. I would recommend these shoes, hopefully you get ones made well.

Even though I ordered a wide width the strap felt tight around. The were not sexy looking at all, they were a little to "old ladyish" for me as well.

Comfortable, but I feel they are a little cheap looking. I would prefer the Sofft brand.

These are very pretty shoes, but the extreme footbed padding makes them very tight. Even though they are designed to be "comfort" shoes, I find them to be too tight and not comfortable. I wouldn't buy a second pair.

Love the look of these shoes but the instep strap was too tight and cut into my foot. Softspots did not make them a true extra wide width.

This shoe is well priced and reasonably well made. It cut into the fat on the tops of my feet, however, so they are not for everybody. They fit like true 8's and were very stable when walking.

Seemed very comfortable, size is much larger than expected. I need to order at least a half size smaller in this shoe.

This is a cute shoe, but the fit is very odd. The new oddball sharply slanted toe box that all these companies are going to does not make for a good fit. I hope they return to a more rounded toe box. And this is the most unstable shoe I have ever worn. I could not even stand up, let alone walk in them. The area under the ball of the foot is rounded on the bottom so that the shoe rocks just enough to make that smaller heel become an ankle breaker. The patent looks like plastic. A huge disappointment. Aerosoles makes a better shoe for the price. I don't know why Zappos doesn't carry them. I have been trying to find a good well-rounded office shoe for a month and am struggling with this purchase and return merry go round.

I feel a lot of back slippage when I walk in these. Maybe it's the way the heel is placed, and the front doesn't hold quite tightly enough. So, while they are attractive and comfortable otherwise, they have to go back.

I received this shoe yesterday and will sadly be returning it today. I ordered a 7WW, which is my normal size, but I can barely squeeze my feet into them. The length seems to be okay (the strap does slip off my heel if I loosen it at all), but across the instep it's just too tight. It's a pretty shoe; the cushioning is great and I like the color (sand). Too bad it didn't work for me!

Nice looking shoe with soft, comfortable cushion. Sole is hard material which makes it kind of slippery for me. It's going back.

Very cute, but I felt it ran wide, and the strap would not stay around my heel -- it kept sliding down. I tightened the strap, but then it forced my foot forward and off the front of the sandal -- very disappointed; they would have been so cute with my formal dress for my daughter's wedding.

Comfortable shoe, especially the footbed. The style will not work for me, but may work for someone looking for a classic sandal. The style creates a flopping sound similar to wearing a flipflop, since the heel is open in the back.

Cute shoe. Feels great on my feet, but it won't stay on while I walk. I wish the strap could go tighter - should have ordered a half size smaller. Must return. :-(

I ordered a 7 1/2 EE in these and also the black version of these. The black fit, but the brown patent is definitely not wide enough. Big difference.

I wish European sizing were used - it would help me better know if the shoe is the right size. I find Softspots tend large. I wear wide in most shoes, but after trying eight different styles of Softspots, I think I'll try a regular width next. The ankle spacing is very wide.

Very cute shoe, but keeps slipping off.

I\'m somewhat satisfied with this shoe. I was looking for something for the summer, to wear with work pants or skirts without pantyhose, that was comfortable enough for walking since I use the subway. The shoe is mostly comfortable with a cushiony footbed except it started to dig a little into my toe on my right foot after 20 minutes of walking. It didn\'t happen though on my left foot which is slightly smaller. My heel tended to slip out of the shoe a bit, but this is a problem I\'ve seen before, where shoes tend to either fit well in the toe but loose in the heel or if they fit well in the heel they\'re too tight in the toe. This shoe would be sexier if the heel was a little higher. The picture made it look sexier than it actually is.

Just too long. I thought they were pretty nice looking for a comfortable shoe. However, my husband didn\'t like the look.

Top band is tight as other customers have mentioned. Must be made for folks without a high instep. Must return them. Too bad because they look cute and would be otherwise comfortable.

Heels aren't too high, and the soles are quite comfortable. Toes pinched and the straps dug into my feet after a while. Also, I had to buy them for a wedding and I hate white shoes. Would probably not buy again.
