This shoe went on fine, but after an hour the sides were digging into my feet/toes. half way thru my sons wedding I felt like my feet were falling off. When it was time to go home I practically had to peel the shoes off of the bottom of my feet. It literally felt like the skin was ripped off them. The pain of wearing these shoes did not go away for two days. I don't understand why shoes like these are not more comfortable for this amount of money.

Shoe was very loose in the toe, even after tightening the back straps.

This particular Comfortiva Soft Spot Neima heeled shoe does not come in a 10 1/2 so I tried a size 11. As much as I really like this shoe it was just not the size for me so I returned it and ordered another Comfortiva style. I've found the Comfortiva brand to be an eight hour a day shoe with consistent comfort!

First, let me say that the Soft Spot by Comfortiva are the best al day heels I've come across! The issue for me is I wear a size 10 flat and usually 1/2 size up for heels over 1 inch. This shoe does not offer a 10 1/2, nor did the Comfortiva Katara which I liked as well. So I went with the size 11 which is loose at the sling back strap even with the tightess adjustment. But, the Soft Spot and arch padding is such a comfortable feature that I'm keeping and taking my size 11's to the cobbler and having him add extra holes to the adjustment strap! Wish they offered half sizes on the size 10 soft spots with heels!

The sling back slid down just walking around the house. Had to return.

These shoes are timeless, however, for my feet, the top fit too snugly and cut into my skin while walking.

Ankle strap did not fit my foot . Just too loose .

Beautiful looking shoe! Perfect in every way - except the leather is really hard and hurt my feet.

The angle of the heal strap continues causes it to slip off the heal when walking.

Wanted to love these, but the size is not great for someone with narrow heels. The straps keep loosening.

These are attractive shoes but I needed a true white to match a dress and I see a gray cast in this leather.

They fit lengthwise but just felt too roomy overall. They would have been flopping around like flip-flops when I walked. Not the look I'm going for!

size was ok; the heel strap would not stay on my heel. My foot kept coming out.

shoes are lovely and comfortable support but longer than sized and wide for my "medium" foot- made them loose to walk on. I found a smaller size from another vendor that fit better. Softspots have run short on me in past , so I ordered a slightly longer size this time-I wish shoe sizes were more consistent!

I was really hopeful for this to fit because it is cute but I have high arches and bunions so for me it felt like little to no arch support and the straps cut across my bunions. I will be returning this but for someone without foot issues I'd say give it a try.

Very cute and fit fine, but I personally am not going to be able to wear a heel type of shoe. Nothing wrong with product at all.

This is a super cute shoe but I have extremely narrow feet and the Narrow that I ordered was not at all narrow. So you if you are looking for a narrow option, this is probably not going to be it, unfortunately.

The shoes keep falling off my feet, and the buckle is as tight as it can get. They look nice, but I can barely walk in them. The cushioning is really nice!
