Comfortable right out of the box without any rubbing. Love the color and find it to be a great neutral that goes with lots. I wear a 7.5 or 8 so since this is a sling back, I went with the 7.5 and I did not have any issues with the back strap slipping. One minor complaint, they get a little sweating feeling at the toes after a few hours of indoor wearing.

Great shoe although the back strap is a bit too long like the other reviews have said. To fix that problem, I just attach moleskin to the inside of the strap and it stays in place! Easy fix!

These are great shoes! They have a nice style, and are really comfortable. The only draw back is that the heel could be more flattering, but then they would not be as comfortable. This is my third pair. I wore them to my son and daughter-in law's wedding. Hours on my feet and dancing and still felt good. That says a lot for the comfort level! I highly recommend these shoes.

I love these shoes. I wear an 11WW and these are the most comfortable heels that I own. I now have three colors - the almond, black and silver. The almond goes so well with many outfits as basic beige shoes that I highly recommend! My toes did pinch a bit the first few times I wore them but now, I can easily wear these from morning to night and they are just as stable as a wedge. The only con is the strap. It is always too tight or not tight enough!

I adore this shoe. I have trouble with shoes sometimes, wearing an eight for running shoes and a 7 or 7.5 in dress shoes depending on the shoe. This shoe is super comfortable and very cute. I got it for a cruise. The white ones are patent and do not give... what a shame

I love these shoes and wish that I had the money to buy other colors. It is comfortable with a classic beauty. Great shoe for the work profession look.

Joy Unbounded - This is a fabulous shoe. It is extremely well made with beautiful finishing details. I am overjoyed to at last have an elegant shoe to accommodate narrow heels and long lasts.

Great looking shoe, plenty wide, but unfortunately too loose in the heel. I read the reviews about the slingback not staying fastened and thought people had order too small a size, turns out the the length of the slingback portion is too long. My foot fits the shoe bed correctly, but the slingback is too long to do any good even at the tightest of the hole position. Back to Zappos unfortunately.

These were super cute and super comfy, and I normally fit perfectly in an 8.5N for most brands, but this was nowhere near a narrow. I really wanted to keep them, but my feet were just moving around in them so I had to return them.

The picture leads you to believe these are nice in color, however, they are a weird metallic bronze color. The color was not doable for me and I wish the description had mentioned the metallic look.

My short, pudgy feet needed a nice, formal looking shoe. Wide across the instep, but they had to fit my heel. These fit the bill perfectly, since I could adjust the strap in the back. I didn't quite expect the height of the heel, but really liked the look of the shoe on my foot. All in all, a winner. I definitely will wear these shoes on a regular basis!

I live these shoes. I read some of the other reviews that said it was to wide in the heel but I didn't have that problem. I'm a size 9M and have issues with my feet. Not only was I able to make it out all night at a play and walking around Broadway afterward for a really long time w/o any problems, it impressed me so much I bought more colors. I now have the black, sand, white, coral red and mint patents. The things that I like is that the shoe is that it's very stylish, has a no slip bottom as well as no slip inside of the toe and heel area, which for me was gr8 b/c my feet always slide forward and I usually have to put gels in to stop that, and the heel is the perfect height. I wish Zappos would get all the colors of this shoe, like on the Softspot website, but other than that Zappos still has a nice selection and they sell out very fast. Zappos as always made the shopping quick and easy, next day service is great. I'm a faithful customer and will continue to be so thanks.

These shoes are a great fit, are very comfortable and look great on. I can wear these walking around all day and still feel great. The heel height is good for both dressy and casual wear. I loved the vanilla snakeskin so much, that I also ordered the beige patent as well. They didn't disappoint. I have a bunion on one of my feet and usually have trouble with strappy shoes. These worked perfectly.

This is by far the classiest and most comfortable heel I've ever worn. Many compliments. Could wear all day right from the start.

Comfortable dress shoe. Had to add another hole so that strap on heel would not fall down but otherwise very nice shoe. Feet were not tired after night of dancing!

These shoes are very comfortable and great for work. I like the heel height since it's a little dressy without being difficult to wear for a whole day. The soft soles are the best, though. I'd recommend these to others.

Got these for a job interview but they don't work if you have big toes like I do! Very cute on, but small toe opening combined with higher heel cuts into my toes. Had to send back which is no problem for Zappos, the greatest shoe store on earth! (I really should start a fan club.)

I love this shoe! This is a great summer shoe for for dress and work. The heel is a great height and very comfortable. I have it in multiple colors.

The color "Almond Dynasty" is lighter than the picture shows, and it has a metallic sheen with a slightly pink tone. It didn't work with the clothes for which I wanted tan shoes. But these are amazingly comfortable! I have 2 other pair that I can wear all day long without a problem.

Comfortable - These felt comfortable except may get a little hot in the summer. I don't think the shiny leather will look very good with my dress, so I returned them.

The size was just right except for being a little roomy near the strap on the lateral side. Sadly, the color was not as expected. I ordered the almond color in 8.5 Medium, but it looked more like a metallic gold hue as you can see from the pics. I wanted more of a neutral tan color so I returned them. I do like that they are leather uppers and very comfortable, though. They are made in China.

These are adorable, but they should come with a pack of bandages. The straps on top of the foot have sharp stitching. Wore them in beach weather and I developed blisters with less than 5 minutes of walking on the tops of my feet. With very limited walking, I got more and more blistered. They do go well with many beach dresses and I will continue to wear them. I simply pre-bandages my feet to cover all the rough spots.

2 stars - These shoes are comfortable, but they look so outdated that I had to return them. Brown color is not a true brown, but rather a very bronze, sparkly brown that is quite unattractive. In addition, the light colored footbed is very padded and thick, and it makes these shoes look like something my grandmother would wear. Very comfortable and sturdy shoes, but the style is not for a young woman.

I have large feet and these sandals make them look smaller and more delicate. Very flattering.

I thot I was a 9.5w. Went with 9ww. Finally a comfy dress shoe. Have lost count of how many types for a wedding I have ordered and returned. Will keep these! Higher heel then I have worn in years but the cushioning seems to make it doable. Wish they have more dressy colors/non wood looking heel. Very pleased. My Go to brand now.
