I love the shoes. The color was perfect, the heel is exactly what I wanted but the sizing is a little off. When I stand up or walk in this shoe, my foot slides forward.

Good shoe, good for walking. I don't usually wear heels even as low as this, but it is comfy. Oddly, Zappos let me down with their delivery. I didn't receive the package until 5 days after I ordered! Very unusual.

I am very happy with this shoe! I was debating between a wide and extra-wide, and since I hate shoes that are marked 'wide' and then I can't even squeeze my toes in them, I went with the extra-wide. These are wide enough that I probably should have ordered the wide, but I think they will work, so I am not sending them back! I love the look of this shoe...for me, I do not think it has an "old lady" look. They might not be for the most fashion-forward, but definitely a great shoe for someone who doesn't wear heels very often. I think they are very stylish and beautiful, and they seem like they will be comfy, too! I highly recommend this shoe!

These are remarkably comfortable high heels. I can wear them all day without trouble. Stylish and go with everything. I just bought them in 2 more colors. Glad the style is still available. True to fit.

From the moment I first put on these comfortable and attractive shoes, I knew they'd be a favorite. I'm a 7 and I found them true to size. Both times I've worn them I've gotten lots of compliments. Most importantly they are comfortable and the heel height is perfect for me. My only complaint is that the "pewter" color is really more olive, but I love them so much I really don't mind!

Pretty shoe - Attractive and very comfortable shoe but I have to agree that the back strap may have a problem staying up. It stayed up when I wore it the first time but I'm thinking it may loosen up with wear. I may try putting another hole in the strap. The heel is a great height!

Gorgeous! These are beautiful, the heel height is high enough to be pretty, and low enough to be comfortable-no arched-back walking. A very soft step, soft against both the ball and the heel of your foot. They fit perfectly and don't feel unyielding the way patent leather usually does. Just a gorgeous, classy, comfortable shoe. And very much worth the price.

I was surprised how wide the toe area was since I have other comfortive 10N that do not have all this space. Still fairly comfortable... the leather and seams on toes take time to break in an do rub at first. Overall, seems like a sturdy shoe that might become quite comfortable, but will take time to break in.

The inner strap that goes across the instep was too snug and was digging in. I wish they worked as the fit was perfect otherwise. Seemed very comfortable.

I bought these shoes to wear to a wedding, knowing I would be standing for some time. The width of the shoe does not work for me. There are too few holes to tighten the strap, so the shoe was loose. The straps across the toe on the right foot were far too tight - today I have multiple blisters. The shoes had ZERO support. I am most dissatisfied with these shoes and will attempt to return them, although they were worn for a couple of hours.

If you are comfortable in a higher heel, then this shoe may work for you. For me, it served to remind that my high heel wearing days are behind me. I had wanted to look elegant for a wedding, so I ordered these after reading others' reviews and imagining that with this particular pair, I might be able to manage on a higher heel; but a few turns around my living room convinced me that I'd erred. The height of the heel shoves the front of your foot into a narrowing toebox; even though the toe itself is wide open, the wide straps that hold the foot on the shoebed still exert some pressure. I don't want to mislead; I considered keeping them as they didn't make me utterly miserable, just a tad uncomfortable; but in the end I decided I'm unwilling to suffer, even minimally, to "look good." What feels tolerable after 15 minutes of wear can be torture by the 3rd or 4th hour! But each one of us is different and your mileage may vary. And perhaps your tolerance for a bit of discomfort is higher than mine!

First, I think the shoes that were sent had been worn! Plain cardboard box and no filler paper in either shoe. What's up with that??? Second, the sling back strap is not tight enough to stay on the foot. I would have killed myself walking in these shoes. They had to go back to Zappos. I couldn't even wear them around the house!

Got these for a wedding and they’re about as comfortable as you can get for the demands of standing, walking, and dancing over a long afternoon and evening. They’re cute and I received compliments on them. The navy color was just right.

I just tried these on and they seem like they are going to be very comfy. I hate wearing heels because usually cute shoes hurt my feet. I just walked around the house a bit and can’t believe these shoes don’t hurt. I will have to add an additional hole to the back strap because my heels come out of them as I walk. I wear an 8 normally for dress shoes and these are true to size. I am waiting for the navy blue to be available so I can purchase asap. They are so cute and comfy!

Comfortable and stylish shoe. Heel wasn't too high for a typical flats lover. the toe box was a wider than I was expecting that does make the shoe look a bit more 'granny'. Because the toe area was wider, my foot sat farther into the toe box so the sling back didn't feel tight enough on the tightest setting.

I have wide feet. I ordered this in 7W and is is just perfect. Easy to walk in, the heel tracks well (centered properly) and pretty.

I had the exact same shoes that I wore until they fell apart. I'm talking years. Was happy to see that they are still selling them. I am a 9 narrow and it's hard to find a true narrow shoe.

I do love these shoes-They are very cute, very easy to put on and mostly comfortable (They can be a little tight in the toes, but I wouldn’t want them to be too loose). Considering my age and the fact that my feet hurt a lot anyway, I would say they would be super comfortable for anyone that doesn’t have those issues.

These shoes are so comfortable! They are well cushioned and I love the elastic give to the strap. Because I had to order 1/2 size up, the strap was then too loose and I had to punch an extra hole in the strap. I can’t wait to wear these on my cruise!

These run true to size. They were very comfortable throughout the wedding and reception.

Finally a pretty shoe for a wide foot! I actually feel like a girl, with a respectable heel that looks perfect with a nice dress. Originally ordered my normal size 8, which was way too large. Exchanged for a 7.5, which is perfect! So I would recommend ordering a half size down.

Back in my youth and for many years, wearing heels and business attire was my normal routine. Since retiring, though, I've happily cleared my closet of those things and much prefer comfort over style. So when my daughter announced she is getting married, I went on the hunt for a comfortable yet stylish and sturdy pair of dress sandals, all the time wondering if there was such a thing...haha! Enter Zappos and the Softspots Neima. I am so delighted with the look and feel of this beautiful shoe! It has pillow top padding, a nice heel, and comes in several colors. I chose the black patent for that dressy look. I also appreciate the wide width as it adds to my overall foot comfort which will help me keep up on the dance floor! They arrived in great condition and the quality, material and workmanship appear to be above average. I look forward to many years of use. Thank you Zappos!
