Very soft and squishy soles, so nice on your feet. After the whole first day, the tops of my pinky toes were a bit raw from the stitching on the straps.

Love this shoe Brought 11W runs full. Shd have brought 11B or 10.5W Shoe is a little full in front and I have a broad front. After two wearings, had to put an inner sole inside to prevent my foot from sliding through the open toe.

The shoe is very comfortable, I went with the extra-wide, and was very comfortable in these shoes all night. I bought them for a wedding, and was able to wear them all night, and even dance in them. Despite the somewhat strappy design, they are quite comfortable, and offered good arch support. The leather has stretched a bit, so I wish there was one or two more holes for in the back strap to keep the shoe secure, but overall a very good shoe.

Cute shoe. Was hoping they would become my go to summer work sandal. That's not going to happen unless the strap across the foot loosens up a little bit. Not sure it will be comfortable for a full day.

These are basic and cute and would be comfortable, but they run very large. I need a half size to a full size smaller.

Ordered my regular size (9 1/2) and a size smaller after reading the reviews. The size 9 fit and the shoe was very comfortable. However, the navy color was too dark and looked black with just a hint of blue on the sides in very bright light. I already have enough black sandals and really wanted this in a navy for a recently purchase navy outfit. Had to return them.

Love this shoe. I need wide and this shoe seems very comfortable but it slips at the heel when I walk. I usually take an 8 but this shoe is just a little too long. I'll try a 7.5W and I think it'll fit perfectly.

A cute enough shoe, but it just fit weird. I ordered my regular size in wide, but it seemed too wide in certain areas, and fine in others. Just not worth the money for the strange fit. Had to return. A groovy color (pewter) and probably would have been comfortable if it fit right.

Having size 10EE feet, I can't just run down to the local shoe store and find something that will fit. Thankfully, Zappos offers a great variety. I liked the look of Softspots Neima - not too exotic; just a classic, cute, shoe. I ordered a 9 1/2, because when you slide forward in heels, sometimes the back strap can't be tightened enough. This plan worked perfectly - I actually could have used just a bit more width, but lasted all evening in these shoes - I even danced! The best part was Zappos service. I paid for next day shipping (I was in a bind!) I ordered on Tuesday after 2PM Pacific time and I thought I would have to wait an entire business day and get them the day after that. My new shoes were on my porch WITHIN 24 hrs of my ordering! I couldn't believe it. Thanks Zappos!!!

Bought this shoe for work. Still don't know how well it's going to work. The pair I received were just too big. I normally wear a 10EE, and these were too long even for my daughter, who wears an 11EE. I plan to re-order a full size smaller.

I wore these out of the box for nine hours at my daughter's wedding. My feet held up unusually well.

I bought a pair of these at the end of March. It is now the end of September and I've worn them out. The footbed lining is peeling and the buckle elastic is about to break. Clearly I found the shoes comfortable but it would have been nice if they'd lasted more than 1 season.

Beautiful looking shoe but ordered this in an 8 EE wide width and it was not very wide. Usually with Softspots, the 2x wide width in pretty good. Wore shoes to a wedding and my feet were not screaming by nights end. Overall, I would wear these again. Just wish they were a little wider.

Shoe is a good fit although the last seemed a little short to me. I have flat feet that always try to go out the toe in every shoe. My toe next to the little toe on the right rubs, but does in most shoes. I wish they would come up with stylish comfort for flat footed folks!

Very comfortable soles, but the strap on the top rubbed really bad. It cut the skin on my foot and made it bleed. I'll put a Band-Aid there next time I wear them. Other than that, they are comfy and I like them. Hopefully they will quit rubbing so badly after I wear them a few more times.

I bought 2 pair one red and one off white in a size 8, my normal size. I love them, they are comfortable but the 3rd straps gape open across the whole way top on the red ones but the off white ones gape even more and I can't tighten the straps enough and the sizing seems a 1/2 size long and the width is comfortable in the ball toe area, but the straps across the top are as if they are a wide. I couldn't get them to tighten up enough to not slip up and down when I walk. I might try a 7 1/2. If I could get them to fit right they would be comfortable and I would love to keep them. But have to return the 8's. Cute. The red isn't a true red, they are very dark, not even ruby red but toward burgundy. Which is still pretty and makes it even more do-able because it makes it more neutral to where you can almost wear them with anything.

It\'s always hard for me as a size 12W\/12WW to find stylish, colorful heels in my size, so when I saw these, I ordered them right away! They fit like a glove and the red patent is a gorgeous color. My only issues with the shoes are that I wish the heel was higher, and that they rub\/pinch a little in the toebox, like so many peeptoe shoes do. I have to slide my foot back a little to avoid that. Overall though they are comfortable and stylish.

I like this shoe a lot. There is slight itching on the inside part above the toes due to stitching. Comfy yet stylish. Bought these for my daughter's graduation party and didn't even break them in because they were that comfortable.

It is really hard to find cute wide shoes in small sizes. These are the best and most comfortable I have found so far. I\'d buy this brand again.

I bought a 6.5WW. Pretty comfortable, I\'m pregnant so my feet are a little wider than usual I think. I wore these for the first time to a party for 5 hours and were very comfortable at first but after a few hours I did feel like taking them off. Much more comfortable than any other party shoe I have worn. They didn\'t give me any blisters or anything like that.

This shoe is very comfortable and the shape/style looks very cute on. However, be aware that the material is not leather, it's shiny and looks plasticy which makes it more of a casual shoe.

These were actually comfortable out of the box and to wear. I wouldn’t walk around all day in them though, I just use them for a few hours at a time when I get dressed up on Sunday. I have gotten a lot of compliments on them. For a double W shoe, it doesn’t look like it on my foot. I am also glad that Softspots put the leather portion on the front part of the toe area, since the tan soft suede tends to get icky after time. All in all a well designed shoe. I will get another pair in black.

I bought these shoes to wear to an upcoming wedding. I've worn them around the house and they seem to be very comfortable. I love the look and sytle. Great service.

I like the style and love the support of these shoes. The only thing is that I end up fighting to keep my pinky toes from slipping and getting caught in the space between the straps. But maybe it is just from my individual foot anatomy. Otherwise, nice shoes.

I like the shoes, however if you plan to wear nylons with them, the footbed is very slippery. I had trouble walking with nylons on. If you have a narrow foot like me, the straps will be a little too big.
