Very pretty, comfortable shoe. Thought I might need a wide, but when I got it, was too wide. The normal width was great. Purchased them to wear as a mother of the bride, looking forward to dancing the night away. A great looking heel, but very wearable. The navy is pretty.

I wore these to a wedding. The ivory patent and so comfy! I took pads just in case of blisters, etc. but not required.

These are the MOST ADORABLE, SEXY and COMFORTABLE dressy shoes I have ever worn. I went back and bought them in red too and would have bought them in other colors too! And very comfy. I always get compliments when I wear them. I wear them to work w/ slacks and w/ skirts/dresses, and intend to wear them to a wedding this month too - and my feet will be happy the whole time!! They are so sexy and cute!!! Please make more colors!!!

These shoes are unbelievable. I could have danced all night (and did). They were true to size and amazingly comfortable. I am glad that I also bought the white pair. No more old lady flats for me!

I purchased the Neima Softspots in Navy. Love the fit and style. I wanted something to wear with white pants and navy jacket. This is the second pair of Softspots that I have purchase and have not been disappointed.

I have always loved Soft Spots, but I've never seen any Soft Spots that look, dare I say, so sexy, yet so comfortable. I wore them all day for the first time at work and came home without any blisters. The padding in the insole is like walking on marshmallows and they make the legs look slender.

These are the most comfortable high heels I’ve ever owned in my life and beautiful to boot! I have plantar fascia in my heels and bunions also and I can wear these with no pain. Truly remarkable! Only wish all heels were made this way. I bought them in black and the awesome brown color (check it out!) and love them both! They are a true delight to wear with my dressier outfits.

These are really comfortable shoes. I would like to see Softspots start making more fashionable shoes. Most of their ladies shoes look like they are for elderly people. They need to get with it! They make a comfortable shoe which needs to also appeal to younger people.

I like this shoe so much I've ordered it twice after the first pair's strap broke after a year of very frequent use. I have very wide feet and these shoes are hands down the most comfortable shoes with heels I have ever worn. I can wear them all day, walking or resting, and they never cause my feet to get even the slightest bit sore. That's more than worth the price to me.

These shoes are beautiful! I love them! They fit true to size and are so comfortable. I also bought another pair of Softspots and love them as well! As for Zappos, I can't say enough! These shoes are so comfortable! I went dancing in them and it was my first time wearing them and I barely knew they were on my feet! Only downside was the straps at the back of the heel were a little too long for me so I had to poke another hole to keep it more secure, but it wasn’t a big deal.

I needed navy shoes to wear with skirts and dresses and could not find anything locally. I ordered these and I love them. They fit great and they have the toe coverage that I like.

I love these! I wanted to get them because patent is back in style and these would be great for work during the summer. The brown color is not as dark as I had thought by the picture. There is a bit of red to the brown, but I love them anyway. Just the right height and so comfy!

I LOVE these shoes. I have difficult, wide feet: arthritis, bunions, high instep/flat arches. These are comfortable and as flattering as possible for a foot like mine. They felt soft and comfy right out of the box, and the heel isn't too sloppy! I ordered a 9W which works. With some brands I need WW. I'm going to wear them to a wedding, and taking them with me as my "best" shoes for France and UK.

I am very happy with the combination of comfort and dressiness these sandals provide. I bought them to wear to a wedding because I don't believe your feet should have to hurt to look good! The color (navy patent) is beautiful and rich with a slight purple undertone in sunlight but not overly obvious. I would consider getting in other colors. With free returns I had nothing to lose but never considered sending them back.

I really like these shoes. I had been shopping for the perfect white shoes to go with a dress I am wearing to a Spring wedding. The heel height is perfect and I don't feel much pressure on the balls of my feet. I can definitely walk in these shoes all afternoon and night. I love them and Zappos service!

Softspots are fabulous in general and this shoe specifically! I wore this shoe with a long gown for my daughter's wedding -- all day on my feet, indoors and out on rocky and rough mountain terrain, and I was comfortable until I took them off at 2 am! I have wide feet and a high instep, and Softspots is the only brand I can order and be sure they will fit, no matter what!

With these shoes you get a dash of red, although a deeper shade - just right for most outfits. I wore these right out of the box to an event I was running - five hours later my feet were fine (although I was pooped!) Great shoes!

Beautiful shoe, as well as pretty comfy for heels. The footbed is slightly padded which adds comfort, and traction, your feet don't get sweaty and slide if you wear without hose. This is my second pair of Softspots pumps; both pairs are gorgeous, and comfortable. Thank you Zappos for carrying such a variety in wide widths. Super great customer service and super fast shipping.

Love my new shoes that fit me perfectly. Opened up the box slipped one on and amazed at the fit as I have a narrow foot. Each time I buy from Zappos I have excellent results and I want to support ZAppos for their excellence. Great Company!!!
