Shoes arrived almost overnight and we live in a remote area! They fit well and seem comfortable but I have not gone anywhere in them yet.

I recently bought this shoe in the Dark Patent Brown and it is gorgeous! I am a size 9.5 and I bought a 9.5 in Wide width and it fits pretty well. I love that the shoe is so shiny and it really is comfortable to stand in.

I love softspots, the most comfortable shoes I finally found. Neima is not only comfortable, but also very stylish. First time in my adult life wearing a red pair of shoes, and I love them.

I'm very happy with these. They have a little dressier look but with comfort! Colors are beautiful, too. I have red and brown. Just hoping blue will come in my size so I can get them, too.

I love these shoes! I had Neimas in other colors so I knew they would be extremely comfortable, but I didn\'t know how I would like a Navy patent metallic. If you\'ve seen and like really expensive and beautiful lapis lazuli, then you can appreciate these shoes. From a distance (over 3 feet) they look like navy patent leather. Up close is where you see the tiny metallic sparkles, and they are beautiful.

These shoes are amazing, they have a nice, attractive heel, but feel like I\'m wearing flip-flops, they are so comfortable! I have owned the red for a couple of months, and now I am getting the brown!

I bought these in off-white to wear to my son's wedding. Perfect. Just bare enough, just formal enough, more than pretty enough, and so comfortable! I decided to get another pair and bought them in the black patent, same size, same width as the pair that fit as if they were made for me. Surprise: they were too small! So, be careful, these are great shoes, but the sizing is apparently not consistent. By the way, I indicate no arch support because I have never, ever found a shoe that supports my very high arches.

True to size and just the right height. I'm a nurse and live in sneakers, not heels...had them on for 6 hours the first time and they were great!

I was skeptical at first about paying so much for a pair of red shoes, but these are so comfortable and compliment so many of my clothes, that it was an awesome buy. Buy them, you won't be sorry. I am thinking about ordering in other colors too. The only problem I had was my feet got a little sore after wearing at work and then going grocery shopping, but that was after almost 14 hours of wear, and my feet would've been sore no matter what shoes I was wearing. Great shoes!

I really like these shoes. I wear a 10WW so it\'s hard to find cute shoes. These are comfortable, true to size and pretty.

Found these shoes to be very comfortable and they look nice on. I had ordered the red and liked them so much I ordered in black as well.

I\'ve recently had to give up all my high heeled shoes for a degenerative joint in my foot. I thought I would be stuck with shoes that were comfortable but not stylish. I was wrong, the Softspots are like walking on a foam pillow. I couldn\'t be more grateful.

Basically, I love all Softspots shoes and have many different styles. When I saw the Neima this year I had to have a pair. I purchased them in the black patent. They have a slightly higher heel then I am used to, but they fit perfectly and are the most comfortable shoes that I own. I have bunions and ordered a pair in 7.5 wide. I usually wear an 8M to get the width I need. They are very beautiful shoes. I wear them with dresses and also wear them with capri pants. What a fantastic look. They cost a little more then your average shoe, but they are worth every penny I paid for them. I recommend they very highly.

Very comfortable shoe, I have bunions but this shoe is wide enough in the regular B width. Zappos makes it so easy to shop for shoes, I really like the videos so you can see how the shoe looks on the foot.

Overall, I am pleased with the shoes. They are very comfortable and true to size.The one thing that displeases me is the tan lining. It shows, especially around the heel, when you are wearing the shoes. A black liner would have made a nicer finished appearance.

This shoe is very comfortable and soft. Great cushion, arch support, and width is perfect. I bought it in blue, pretty color and have received numerous compliments.

Finally a pair of attractive dress shoes that fit comfortably for my wide width needs! Wore them for the first time to a wedding and they were comfortable all day.

These were the perfect shoes to wear as mother of the bride! They were elegant and yet still comfortable. They were a perfect fit right out of the box; I didn't wear them until the day of the wedding The stap seemed a little loose but I never had any trouble with the strap slipping off so I think that added to the comfort. They were not available in my size at first, but I received an e-mail telling me they were back in stock so I was able to get just what I wanted thanks to Zappos' great customer service. Thanks, I'll watch for more Softspots shoes in the future and order again at Zappos!

Got this shoe, wore it very comfortably right out out the box. The size is good and since I have wide feet with a high instep there was no rubbing or break in period. I would recommend this to anyone.

I love these shoes! I wear them to work almost every day; they are my most comfortable pair of work/dress shoes. I was worried they would have a clunky "comfort shoe" look, but they really don't.

I love these shoes. Very comfortable and the wide fit was spot on. The heel height is perfect and I like that they are professional but updated. I need arch support and I find these so comfortable for work that I'm planning to take them on a site seeing tour of Italy next month. This is my 3th or 4th style from Softspots and everything I've ordered quickly became favorites.

I wore this shoe to a funeral, luncheon, etc. Pretty much all day. I found them to be very comfortable, but I cheated and placed gel pads in them! I can not stand in heels for very long any more, but these worked for me!

I love these shoes. I have a very wide foot and these, in the wide, fit me perfectly (bought a 6.5 wide). The heel height is enough to be dressy, but not uncomfortable.
