I love Zappos for the free shipping and upgrade on shipping, very impressive. I just love my Softspots Neima, I wore these shoes to a wedding which was beach side and stood for hours without any pain. You will not regret this purchase.

Loved the shoes. They were prefect for the wedding I attended. One of the straps cut into the top of my foot but I think that with wear they will be more comfortable. They are really cute on and make your feet look great!

Beautiful shoes! The Softspots Neima fit perfectly, wear nice and are very comfortable. I would highly recommend them. I wear 7 wide, fit exactly to size. I also purchased the Navy.

The shoes are useful as a career shoe or a dress shoe. They can be used quite well with dresses and/or pants. Very comfortable. I have four pair.

Love these shoes! They are very comfortable, they have a cushion where the sole of your foot hits. I wore them for hours at a wedding with no foot fatigue. Zappos rocks with their service. I received these shoes 2 days after ordering them, outstanding service.

I just love these shoes. I wore them for about 4 hours before the first strap (by the toe) started cutting into my left foot. I'll try and cushion that area with a band-aid before I wear them again. But they look stunning and are really comfortable, except for that one thing.

I have a high arch and do not wear heels often... almost never. When I needed them for a special occasion, I searched out the newest brands. I found Softspots at a retail store but they didn\'t have anything suitable. Then I stumbled across Zappos! Not only did they have a huge selection of Softspots, they have FREE shipping and the best customer service I have EVER encountered. I needed to return a shoe. NO problem! I love this shoe. Very comfortable, had a party, wore it for hours, didn't feel I was wearing heels. I always wear sneakers! The best part of it was working with Zappos, didn't have to leave the house, and got just what I wanted. Zappos, you got yourselves a good customer.

Lovely shoe! Stylish. Reasonably comfortable for going out for the evening or for a day at work. Nice heel height for dresses. I wear anywhere from a 7 to an 8.5, with 8 as my average size for moderate heels, and in this shoe I take a 7.5, which makes it a bit larger in my book. I am thinking about getting a second pair in another color, but I can\'t decide which color!

Love these! Bought them in blue, then in red. Comfortable, stylish...and I am an 8 EE! These shoes made me finally have an interest in shoes. My Mom always said "buy the box, leave the shoes" since I have such wide feet. Finally, a really cute pair of shoes!

I bought these shoes for my granddaughter who has very wide feet with a high instep. She wore them on a business trip to New York and was on her feet very comfortably all day, and on into the night. I got them in an EE width and they are true to size and made very generous. I got them in a navy blue patent and the color is beautiful. Really a pretty & comfortable shoe.

Softspots Neima are my comfort heels. I put this on when I need to be in heels and stand for more than 12 hours. It has never failed me the past 3 months. The padding provides great relief to my feet. I also appreciate how the patent band doesn't cut into my feet. I applaud Softspots for its consistency in sizing for its WW range. I wish more shoe companies would follow Softspots' lead and make ultra comfortable and funky heels.

I love these shoes! I wore them for the first time to a wedding and was on my feet a lot. Never once did my feet hurt or even feel tired. I would recommend them to anyone.

These shoes are very stylish! They look wonderful and are very comfortable. My only issue is that the heel strap is loose on my narrow foot. It has no elastic, and no ability to tighten it. Sadly, I will most likely return them.

The Softspots Neima is a fantastic shoe. They are very comfortable and make my wide feet look narrower. Very professional looking with pants or skirts. They felt good on my feet on day one, but felt even better after about day 5. Size is true. I order the same size and width in a Softspots shoe and they always fit. Cheers to Softspots and cheers to Zappos for getting it to me the day after I ordered it. Wow.

Very cute and extremely comfortable shoes. I am actually able to spend many hours walking in those shoes without any discomfort.

I’m not used to wearing a dress shoe like this, but I’ve made an excellent choice by buying this pair of shoes. There is no pinching or rubbing on my feet or toes and the cushion is soft, yet provides a good support.
