I purchased these shoes because of the style and the professional look. They are absolutely beautiful -- you feel like you are walking on a cloud. I am purchasing a pair in every color. You will not be sorry if you purchase this shoe.

These shoes are beautiful and supremely comfortable. Very shiny! I have a high arch and these I can dance in.

I bought these shoes for my granddaughter who has very wide feet with a high instep. She wore them on a business trip to New York and was on her feet very comfortably all day, and on into the night. I got them in an EE width and they are true to size and made very generous. I got them in a navy blue patent and the color is beautiful. Really a pretty & comfortable shoe.

Softspots Neima are my comfort heels. I put this on when I need to be in heels and stand for more than 12 hours. It has never failed me the past 3 months. The padding provides great relief to my feet. I also appreciate how the patent band doesn't cut into my feet. I applaud Softspots for its consistency in sizing for its WW range. I wish more shoe companies would follow Softspots' lead and make ultra comfortable and funky heels.

I love these shoes! I wore them for the first time to a wedding and was on my feet a lot. Never once did my feet hurt or even feel tired. I would recommend them to anyone.

These shoes are very stylish! They look wonderful and are very comfortable. My only issue is that the heel strap is loose on my narrow foot. It has no elastic, and no ability to tighten it. Sadly, I will most likely return them.

Love this shoe. Have troubled feet that are short and very wide. I have worn these comfortably for hours. I have not been able to wear heels in many years. I feel so lucky to have found these. Thanks again, Zappos!

The Softspots Neima is a fantastic shoe. They are very comfortable and make my wide feet look narrower. Very professional looking with pants or skirts. They felt good on my feet on day one, but felt even better after about day 5. Size is true. I order the same size and width in a Softspots shoe and they always fit. Cheers to Softspots and cheers to Zappos for getting it to me the day after I ordered it. Wow.

Very cute and extremely comfortable shoes. I am actually able to spend many hours walking in those shoes without any discomfort.

I’m not used to wearing a dress shoe like this, but I’ve made an excellent choice by buying this pair of shoes. There is no pinching or rubbing on my feet or toes and the cushion is soft, yet provides a good support.

Shoes arrived almost overnight and we live in a remote area! They fit well and seem comfortable but I have not gone anywhere in them yet.

I recently bought this shoe in the Dark Patent Brown and it is gorgeous! I am a size 9.5 and I bought a 9.5 in Wide width and it fits pretty well. I love that the shoe is so shiny and it really is comfortable to stand in.

I'm very happy with these. They have a little dressier look but with comfort! Colors are beautiful, too. I have red and brown. Just hoping blue will come in my size so I can get them, too.

I love these shoes! I had Neimas in other colors so I knew they would be extremely comfortable, but I didn\'t know how I would like a Navy patent metallic. If you\'ve seen and like really expensive and beautiful lapis lazuli, then you can appreciate these shoes. From a distance (over 3 feet) they look like navy patent leather. Up close is where you see the tiny metallic sparkles, and they are beautiful.

These shoes are amazing, they have a nice, attractive heel, but feel like I\'m wearing flip-flops, they are so comfortable! I have owned the red for a couple of months, and now I am getting the brown!

I bought these in off-white to wear to my son's wedding. Perfect. Just bare enough, just formal enough, more than pretty enough, and so comfortable! I decided to get another pair and bought them in the black patent, same size, same width as the pair that fit as if they were made for me. Surprise: they were too small! So, be careful, these are great shoes, but the sizing is apparently not consistent. By the way, I indicate no arch support because I have never, ever found a shoe that supports my very high arches.

True to size and just the right height. I'm a nurse and live in sneakers, not heels...had them on for 6 hours the first time and they were great!

I was skeptical at first about paying so much for a pair of red shoes, but these are so comfortable and compliment so many of my clothes, that it was an awesome buy. Buy them, you won't be sorry. I am thinking about ordering in other colors too. The only problem I had was my feet got a little sore after wearing at work and then going grocery shopping, but that was after almost 14 hours of wear, and my feet would've been sore no matter what shoes I was wearing. Great shoes!

I\'ve recently had to give up all my high heeled shoes for a degenerative joint in my foot. I thought I would be stuck with shoes that were comfortable but not stylish. I was wrong, the Softspots are like walking on a foam pillow. I couldn\'t be more grateful.
