I got these for my mom who has very wide foot. They did not have the 9WWW so I got 10WW and they fit her well. She now has a dressy heel for church!

Okay, I now have 3 pairs of this shoe, Dark Brown Metallic, Navy Metallic and Red Metallic, all very beautiful colors and the comfort is incredible. Love this Softspots Neima. Looks really cute on my 9.5 M foot. Size was perfect also.

The color and style are very versatile; these shoes can dress up a casual outfit or be worn with a dressier outfit. May consider a larger width for this style. Over the course of the day it felt a little tighter. I hope it will give a little with more wear. I like the inside lining but would remove the slick material on the inside heel; this creates a sound when walking.

I love my Softspots Neimas. I bought black and brown. The heels are not too high and they are very comfortable and easy to walk in.

This is my second pair of Neima's (my first pair is red). If you're looking for a nice dress shoe for work that is really, truly comfortable, then get these! They have a nice heel, but are as comfortable as wearing slippers all day long, I'm not joking. Unbelievable. They look great w/ pants or dresses. The brown is really more bronzed than the photo shows, but I still love them. I've had them about a year, and they still look brand new, and I do wear them frequently.

Great shoe! Very comfortable, once I found the correct size. I initially ordered a 8 1/2WW, which is a half size smaller than my normal size, based on the reviews. It was far too big. I returned it and ordered and 8 1/2W and a 8WW. The 8WW was perfect. It doesn't feel like a very high heel (I'm used to flats). I really like and will consider ordering in other colors.

These shoes are the bomb! Absolutely love them. Fit great, very comfortable. Look good casual wear or dressier.

This is my third color of these shoes. They are very comfortable and look dressy without being too high or spike heeled. The soft cushioning in the footbed is great and adds to the comfort!

This is easily one of my favorite pair of shoes that can be worn with nice dresses. It is extremely comfortable. I am usually a 7 1/2 W but I ended up doing a return and getting the size 7 W because the sling strap of the 7 1/2 W would slip off my foot as I walked even though I had it in the tightest setting. The size 7W fits me perfectly and it is sooo comfortable. Highly recommended if you are going out and plan to be on your feet. Love them.

Finally, a cute shoe that's wide enough! The heels are wide enough to be comfortable and fashionable. Love it.

These are without a doubt the most comfortable shoe I have ever put on right out of the box. Tons of compliments, good looking; I liked them so much I bought another pair in a different color!

Started with 7 W but it was a little long and a bit narrow. Ended up with 6 1/2 WW that fits perfectly. Love it. Great color, goes with everything for Spring.

Having narrow feet, it is hard to find pretty, comfortable shoes that fit and I usually avoid slingbacks. Had not tried this brand before. Am very satisfied with the fit and look. They are exactly what I wanted.

Is it possible that the shoe fairy has granted me a wish of a perfectly fitting shoe for my 9W sore feet? These were like custom made for me - it's as if I had given the measurements and requirements. I can no longer wear any kind of pointy fashionable heel. I used to be a 8 1/2M in my teens, a 9M in my 30's, and now a 9W in my 50's, due to a widened foot and a slight bunion. I also can only wear something open, whether open toed or open back, to allow for expansion. When you are used to wearing comfortable footwear all day, every day, it is VERY difficult to try and put your foot into a pointy toed heel. These were PErFeCt! I ordered the 9W and they were just that! The footbed is padded and the strap adjustable. They are flattering on the foot, and actually make them look smaller. I ordered the black patent leather for a wedding. I am so excited that I will be able to actually dance and not have pain all night. I will probably be ordering another color. Thank you a million times, ZAPPOS, for having these for me. It is very difficult to even find a size wide in a department store. I won't go on and on about your incredible service; everyone has done that enough already. It is such a pleasure to shop from the comfort of your home and have the shoes at your doorstep the next day.

This is a comfortable heel straight out of the box. I'm 5'11" and am running between meetings, up and down stairs from 7am 'til 7pm but from the first day on this has been an awesome and sexy neutral heel.

I love these sandals. They are stylish and very comfortable. There is a seam on the insole (where the patent navy material at the toe meets the beige part of the insole, so it is not a perfectly smooth feel, but was not uncomfortable for me).

Comfortable for the most part. A little tight around the top of the foot, but not bad.

The color of this shoe was perfect! The comfort level would have been excellent. Unfortunately,the narrow was not narrow enough for my foot. They gapped on the sides and I could not keep them.

I ordered the Neima in Pewter Patent. It's a very unique color; love it. Ordered 11WW to ensure they were wide enough, as some other brands have not been - I probably could have ordered my usual 11W, but will be keeping the 11WW. Love this shoe and everything I've ever purchased from Softspots. This is a keeper.

Very comfy shoe. Nice basic styling and as others have mentioned, will go with anything. I liked that the back strap actually fits and isn't too loose as some tend to be. Wear an 8.5 Narrow and these fit true to size.

I wanted this shoe in the black leather but hesitated. Then this style sold out. Then I saw the price was reduced for the black patent pair and ordered them. The shoe is really well made. Works with leggings and all tunic sweaters. Size is totally reliable.

I never wear heels, but I'm a bridesmaid for a wedding. I can't believe how comfy these shoes are! I have wide feet, and these fit perfectly. I've worn heels in the past and I've always been in pain within an hour. These are like walking on air!

I have extremely wide feet. Even double wides on some shoes don't fit. But these fit very nice. I'm a teacher on my feet all day. These are professional, but still stylish.

If you don't buy these shoes you are crazy. I have very painful feet and these feel wonderful!
