This is my second pair of "Blunnies" in 16 years -- my old ones still look good but the sole split after many years of much use. The new ones are completely comfortable, totally warm and perfect for my wet Pacific Northwest winters.

We love these boots. Our whole family has them. They are waterproof, sturdy, handsome and easy to put on/remove. Wear with thick wool socks for cold days. We live in New York City and it gets cold and wet here. They are a great value!

An outstanding, comfortable low boot suitable for women as well as men. I wear a women's size 12 and the website guidelines plus the Australian unisex sizing allowed me to choose the best fit. It is warm, yet breathes well.

This is my first pair of Blundstone's and they're very comfortable everyday boots. I live/work in the city and walk a good 4 miles a day on cement. These boots keep up just fine. I've never owned Chelsea boots and not having laces to tighten worried me a bit. But these are snug enough for day-to-day walking around, for sure. They'll come with extra inserts so you can adjust the feel of the boots. With the inserts it's nearly a half size difference. I'm an 11 and the Zappos recommended size (AUS 10) was perfect. Of course, Zappos is awesome. This search for boots entailed ordering three pairs of boots, two returns, and two phone calls to Zappos, but they helped me get the boots I was looking for.

Shoes are extremely comfortable. Excellent fit - the additional (included) inserts really helped out.

I've been wanting these boots, and today I got them! Let me tell you; I pity the person who tries to take away my Blunnies! They were straight out of the box comfortable (have been wearing them and walking for 5 hours with no problem), they are really high quality with excellent leather, and I think they are kind of a funky, fashion forward boot that is very versatile. Why did I wait so long? Something tells me this will not be my last pair of Blundstones. I very much recommend them. These boots, paired with the infallible service of Zappos is a brilliant combination!

The last pair of Blundstone's I owned last 10 years, wearing them pretty much every day. So far, these boots seem to be the same high quality.

I got my first pair as a hand-me-down from a friend and the quality holds true for my new pair. All day comfort and support. Enough said.

These are my second pair of Blundstones. The others are brown. I love these boots. They are very comfortable and I have been wearing one pair or the other pretty much every day since I\'ve had them. Highly recommended!

This is my first purchase of Blundstone boots. So far, the boot looks well constructed, fits well, and should meet my expectations. If the boot performs as well as the Zappos team, I'm sure to purchase another pair in brown.

Just got my Blunnie's a couple of weeks ago. They're every bit as comfortable as the 550's they replaced-- those had just been re-soled when I ran a hangar door over the left toe and sliced a gash in the leather. The 558's have a nice, smooth, almost glove-leather lining on the inside at the top that makes them slide on even easier. Mine came with some sizing insoles that slip in under the stock insoles to customize the fit. Not sure if they all come with those or maybe that was a function of me ordering a size too small the first go-round. These are just great boots. I use mine on my motorcycle and for schlepping around in the muck. They stay warm and dry. Not much to look at, but I'm not a model or trying to impress anyone. Great for walking, too. Zappos came through, too. Covered the return and exchange perfectly. Nice folks to deal with. They do what they promise and do it well. Thanks. Josh

Excellent boots. So easy to just pull on and off, perfect for Pacific Northwest weather, and very comfortable. Leather is a bit stiff at first but softens up very quickly. Hugely recommend these boots. And Zappos too, whose service is excellent. My size was not in stock at first, but they emailed me the moment it was and sent my boots to me so fast. Thanks, guys!

I loved these boots so much I just purchased the clogs!!! I have feet issues and the boots are very comfortable, plenty of room and great support. ZAPPOS ROCKS!!!!

This is my second pair in ten years and I only purchased new ones because the soles on my old pair finally disintegrated. I love my Blundstone boots (aka "Blunnies") because they feel good, look good, and take me through all kinds of weather and terrain and ask for little in return other than an occasional wipe down. They are super-cool. Note that they are cut fuller to accommodate a pair of socks.

I ordered these shoes for my husband and he LOVES them so much. He is super duper picky about his shoes and he loved these as soon as he tried them on. They are really comfortable, durable and he just loves them. I am super impressed with Zappos. They ship so FAST and always for free. These are great boots! Very little break in, comfortable out of the box and seem extremely durable. They are a little larger than normal marked size, but I had seen that on other reviews so I bought a size down. The half sizes are a little weird, sending you some insert. Great shoes and great service from Zappos.

I've been wanting these shoes for 15 years. There's only one distributor in Minneapolis and they've never had my size. I've been buying lookalike brands for years. Nothing is as good as my new boots. Nothing! Thanks for making it so easy.

These boots area great mix of style and durability. I feel comfortable wearing them to a classy bar or restaurant. I'm pretty sure that I'll still be wearing them a decade from now. Some things to think about: The sizes are atypical, so I strongly suggest that you buy them half a size larger than you might usually wear. I love my pair and wear them everyday. Unfortunately, this has resulted in some itchy chaffing on my ankle, where the boot ends. I have a feeling that this would have happened when wearing ANY ankle boot in this dry winter environment, so I hesitate to fault the boot. Using moisturizing lotions help tremendously. I would not wear them to shovel the driveway; even with thick winter socks they are not so great for extended periods in the cold, as they lack insulation. But, I wear them for city walks etc.

I tried a lot of boots until I settled on these. Super comfortable, and appear to be very well constructed. Just one thing to note: I tried the 10.5 and it was too tight. The 11 was a touch too big until I added the included footbeds. Perfect! I would recommend these over the unlined version (510). It's worth the extra money for the lining and the footbed (the 510 has neither).

These boots were worth every penny! Usually when I'm going to be doing any lengthy walking I put on my running shoes, but these Blundstones are so comfortable and relatively light that I don't bother. Besides, they look a lot better. The fit is great, I would say true to size perhaps a tad larger. For me they work very well since they accommodate my orthotics. I love 'em!

This is my second pair of Blundstones. My first were the 500 model. This model is equally great. They seem to have more padding and fit a little more snugly. But they are a great boot with all the reliability of the blundstones. They are not flashy, but they are a great boot. Would recommend to anyone.

I've been wanting to try a pair of these boots ever since I read the book "Little Brother." Still, I held off for about six months before I actually made the order. I like to think long and hard before I commit this much money for shoes. I've had them for about two months now and I love them! They were much lighter than I thought they would be. The fit is perfect for me. The sole is pretty flexible. It does not feel like there is any shank inside to stiffen it up, but I think that is a good thing. These are not work boots or hiking boots; they are street boots and they are perfectly suited to the job of hitting the bricks all day. I'm on my feet a lot throughout the day so I've been putting the boots to the test. My only negative thought is that they seem a bit warm. My feet seem to get a little hot in them, but I like to wear merino wool socks and that could be part of my problem. I also think it might have something to do with the lining. I remember the original Blundstones were unlined. I also read reviews on them that said the boots seemed a little overpriced for something with just raw unlined leather inside. I'm thinking the unlined version probably breathes a little better than the lined version. If I decide to get another pair, I'll try the unlined version. All in all I think these boots are fantastic. They look great and just keep looking better the more broken in they get. They are so comfortable to wear that I am still telling my wife every few days just how awesome I think these boots are. If you are on the fence about getting these, just do it! Worth every penny because I know I'm going to get many years out of these boots and my feet will be very happy.

First of all, unbelievable service from Zappos! Had an issue with PayPal, the customer service resolved it right away and upgraded me to VIP status which got me Free Overnight Shipping! Boots showed up next morning! As far as the boots, love them. Super comfortable right away. The upper portion rubs against your upper ankle/calf area, but goes away after a couple of days. Now they are really soft and are great everyday boots. Now I just need a brown pair.
