I returned this product because it has poor arch support. I'm surprised that others rated it as excellent arch support. I've worn Clarks for decades and compared this pair to three older pairs of Clarks in order to be certain of my evaluation.

The shoes were for my son and we hunted through local stores in Northern VA and my son checked in FL. No one had his color/size. Went online to Zappos and lo and behold not only did they have them, the shipped within a couple of days and my son sent me a text w/picture saying they're already polished and ready to wear. He swears by Zappos and is getting ready to order some sandals now.

I love these shoes. This is the 3rd pair I bought. They are very comfortable. I work in a fairly relaxed atmosphere and spend a lot of time on my feet, so these are great for my situation.

Excellent looking shoe. Can wear with jeans or dockers for business casual.

Great shoes. Very well constructed, but not too heavy. Very comfortable with very little break in period. Being leather the shoes were slightly tight at first. I thought I may have made a mistake by not ordering the wide width, but within an hour or so they loosened up and I was very thankful that I didn\'t order the wide width. I bought the same shoes in brown and I love them both. I would absolutely buy these shoes again.

I tried on 8 pairs of similar shoes, all more expensive than these. These were the best looking and the most comfortable, which I wouldn't have thought from the existing reviews. The wide is nice to let your foot really spread out, and the in-step has lots of room.

Roomy toe space and soft cushy padding below. Ample room common for Clark's makes it easy to use an orthotic arch support with felt tongue pad for my normal arch.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I've ever worked in. I'm a barista for a bar and espresso shop where I stand for about six hours straight. My feet were much happier at the end of the day in these Nebulae than in my other slip resistant footwear.

OK, I love Zappos. The returns and exchanges are a snap. These Clarks are my favorite. They are so comfy and stylish. My favorites to date.

Soft Sole - I love the shoe and it is very comfortable except the soul is too soft and doesn't last long at all.

The shoes are very comfortable, and fit true to size. I will buy these again! Zappos delivered a great product, and faster than I ever expected. Thanks Zappos!

Worst pair of shoes. Purchased these in August, started wearing in September and the soles (ball of foot) area has worn smooth. Makes my feet sweat. Not comfortable. I even purchased Gel inserts to help. Going to check and see if I can return. Had a different pair of Un.Turn Clarks and they were awesome.

Clark's Nebulae Review - I now own two pairs of Clark's Nebulae, one in black and one in brown. I chose the Nebulae because of its style (semi-dressy) and comfort (I wear a wide shoe) and delightful ease of wearing. I bought the shoe in black first, and then waited until one in brown was available in my size. Together, these form the two basic shoes I wear throughout the week.

These were purchased for everyday wear @ work... I'm on my feet on pavement for 10-12 hours a day... These shoes have been a life (or should I say back) saver! You can never go wrong with Clarks. My fiancé owns several Clarks flip-flops & a pair of Clarks boots... She won't buy any other brand.

These shoes are in a word, great. They hold up well and don't hurt my feet in the usual areas, especially the back of my heel. Watch out for shoelaces on these if you like to tie tightly. (Don't let the dog eat them either.)

Good decision for me to purchase the shoes. I am a Clarks shoes fan anyway, but Zappos is cool to order from. I got my purchase soon and intact.

Some of the most comfortable casual work shoes I have ever worn. The finish tends to get a little scuffed - which bothered me at first - now I realize it just adds character. The scuffing is not bad; I just tend to notice things like that.

If it has better arch support and padding , it would make a perfect shoes. Other than that, fit well. I put in new padding, it is very comfortable.

Sole problems - Great shoe for looks and comfort, but the sole cracked along the width of the shoe. It's unfortunate that my local shoe repair shop won't fix them because of the stitching.

Very versatile shoes and some of the most comfortable I've owned. I take them with me when I travel because I can wear them with business or casual attire. This is my second pair of these shoes in 3 to 4 years. My only complaints are that the laces break too soon and the soles wore out (possibly because I wore them so much)!

So far, so good - Haven't had them long and got them as replacements for a different model of Clarks. The issue with the others was that the sole split on both shoes after 6 months. If these don't do the same, overall I will be very satisfied. The customer service group was first-class in addressing the issue. I hope the shoes live up to the great standard that the Zappos folks set!

Really good looking and no need for a break in but the rubbing against upper heel is a dealbreaker.
