I bought this shoe because I'd heard they are very comfortable and well made. Well, they are comfortable but don't fit my narrow heel. As for being well made, mine had a major defect. The stitching connecting the sole to shoe left the groove and the thread was over the walking surface. If they had any quality control at all that should have been caught.
