I could live everyday in these boots. I bought them for a trip to Peru. I used them for the air travel and walking around Cusco, Peru. At the end of a hiking trek, I put the Merrells back on for some light hiking around the Inca ruins of Cusco. The boots are super comfortable, very stylish, and just super. They are probably the best boots I have ever purchased and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Make sure you measure your calf so the boot fits that part of your leg. I lucked out as I have 14" calves and the boot's circumference is the same.

I bought these shoes last year, and couldn't be happier. They are comfortable, warm, and for my purposes, waterproof. I never wore them in a downpour, but I did dredge through a lot of snow and slush in them and stayed warm and dry. I can be on my feet for hours in these and still feel great. I did find at first it was difficult to get them on the area around the ankle is a little narrow to push my foot through, but this stretched, and it was always perfectly comfortable once on. They've held up well, and are also very stylish. I usually wear between a 7 and a 7 1/2, and needed the larger size to get them on.

Great looking and fitting boots! I wanted a mid season boot for outdoor walking that would also be pretty enough to wear to work or to go out with friends in the winter. I don't need real insulated winter boots, I already have Sorrels. They just need to be waterproof and warm enough to run in and out of the car in the snow I think these will be perfect for that. I've worn them every day since I received them. They are so comfortable! They just wrap around my foot like a glove without being hard to pull on. The construction seems real nice too, stitches look strong. The leather is beautiful! Almost makes me want to wear skirts to show off the straps on the back! I already want to buy another pair!

I was unsure at first if I liked the look of the Merrell Tetra Launch, but soon found that the comfort outweighed any of my hesitations about the fashion. I walked around the house with them and they felt fine, but their true test was a trip to Denver in January. They felt fantastic after a full day of walking without a break in period. I inserted my own insole but the one it comes with isn't bad. The only con was the ankle is a little stiff at first but got better the more I walked in them. They look cute with skinny jeans, skirts, dresses and keep my feet a perfect temperature!

Love these boots! Very comfortable and stylish. Wear them with skirts and jeans. I have worn them in snow and rain without a problem. I highly recommend!

My favorite winter boots ever. I love wearing tights and these boots show them off quite well. Waterproof leather and just the right height. Super comfortable, I can walk in them all day without thinking of them.

I really like these boots! They are the type that don't have to be worked it, they are already comfortable. I'm 5'4 and have skinny legs, the the height and circumference are just fine for me. They are also super cute! I wear them with skirts, dresses and over and under pants. I've been wearing them for about a month and they seem to be pretty solid. I've bought Merrell before so I'm sure they will hold up just fine. Great boot!

I live in Chicago, where we have snow, but also slush and frigid cold and half-frozen puddles and where most people wear boots from October to April. I'm no exception. These boots are not just cute - because they are cute, don't get me wrong - they're waterproof. And Thinsulate lines, so they're warm. Adorable with jeans and leggings, cute with skirts, the only pair of waterproof, warm winter boots I've ever had as an adult that aren't clunky and horrible.

I love the boots: funky, fun and comfy. There's no need to break them in! I have plantar fascia, and I was able to easily slip my inserts into the boot and wear all day. No problem!

I bought a pair a couple of months ago. These boots are wonderful, extremely comfortable, warm, waterproof even in the snow and stylish. I can walk with them all day and never have sore feet. By far the best boots I have ever owned.

As an art teacher, I am on my feet all day. These boots hold up and are cool looking. Love the quick sip. The quality is evident and the leather gets better looking the more you wear them.

Great boot. Fits under jeans very well as well as looking great with leggings. I have flat feet and these boots do not hurt at all. Very small arch but can't even notice when I walk. Extremely comfortable and worth the money!

Awesome boots. Comfortable, stylish, and great arch support. Nice to chase my toddlers around in something other than sneakers. I haven't stomped in puddles, yet, but I haven't avoided them either. So far my feet have stayed bone dry - even in light snow slush. Fabulous. Thanks for the birthday present, Mama.

My girlfriend was looking for a pair of waterproof boots that were also stylish. After consulting a rather stylish friend, she recommended Merrell, and it was the best suggestion she could have given. I got these for my gf for Christmas and I don't think a day has gone by without her wearing them.

Comfortable right away. Wide enough in toes (I have wide feet) but not too wide in calf. I like the styling too.

I absolutely love these boots! They are the epitome of comfort, yet style at the same time. I do tons of walking in them and it is great! The detailing is simple and not overdone, as many boots are. I have them in brown and the only complaint that I have is that they tend to scuff easily, so I have to be good about polishing them every couple of weeks or so, or else they look kind beat up. But if you like the rugged weathered look then you do not have to polish them so frequently. Overall, these are a great pair of boots!

Awesome boot! So comfortable and warm! Merrell is just a terrific brand overall; never worn a Merrell I did not like! Zappos is just as terrific with wonderful service and fast shipping! Cannot go wrong with this boot or Zappos.

Have had these shoes about 1 year now, and they are still going strong. Great for walking the dog in the rain, and they look just as good over skinny jeans. Customer service was great when I needed to exchange sizes when I first ordered. I put felt true to size because I'm not really sure about my shoe size depending on the shoe, it goes 5.5-6.5. 5.5 fit me best in these.

I can't believe how wonderful these boots are. I live in Buffalo, so the fact that I was able to walk all over the place last winter with warm and dry feet was life-changing. I seriously wore these daily for months, and they were so comfortable. They also never leaked, even when I went walking through huge snow drifts. I am a super-picky shoe shopper, but these get an A+ in my book. I wear an 11N, but the regular width in the 11 was fine with socks.

These are waterproof and comfortable for teaching in all day. Skinny jeans fit without a problem. They're a little warm (they're lined with thinsulate), but not too much foot sweat and zero stink.

I got the Tetra Launch Waterproof boots last season. They truly are waterproof when it comes to dog walking across fields with standing water. I add a pair of Superfeet molded 3/4 insoles and they are perfect. The boots have a funky Cossack look, but there is wiggle room in the toes because of the unusual shape.The Polartec lining is warm, but it's not uncomfortable when wearing tights or light socks when it's in the mid 60's. I usually wear a 7.5 but got these in an 8 to wear with heavier socks. They are roomy, but don't slip. I'm going to order another pair in brown. These boots look good with skirts and with skinny jeans.

I bought these boots last winter (winter of 2010/2011) to wear in the rain/snow/slush in Boston. I like how they looked and they were for the most part pretty comfortable, but sadly they are not really waterproof! I don't know if I have a faulty pair or what (since I bought them based on other peoples reviews who said they kept their feet dry), but mine start to leak pretty soon after being out in the rain. Definitely disappointing!

Awesome boots. I was torn between the 7.5 and 8 (I can wear either) but went with 7.5 and they're perfect and they stretched out nicely. Comfortable from day one, like sneakers. Perfect combo of functional, comfortable, and stylish. I'm able to wear them over skinny jeans or under boot-cut jeans.
