I ordered the oiled leather and received the suede shoes. It was mailed in an Amazon bag and the shoe box was all messed up. I had to pay $4.00 at UPS for a box to return them even though they weren’t mailed in a box.

Not as comfortable as I expected, however, is quite stylish. I had to punch extra holes so they fit more snug on my feet.

I’m a loyal Birkenstock customer, but had not purchased a pair of Arizona sandals in many years. I thought the unisex sizing wouldn’t be an issue. Sadly, I should have heeded the warnings of other customers. I don’t have narrow feet, but these were too wide for me. I’ll be shopping for a “woman’s” sandal instead.

Fit feels larger with seems narrow than regular,oil oil leather stiff and scratched, I will exchange soft bed suede l have been wearing Birkenstock for almost fifty years and like everything things are not the same but I have seven pair of Birkenstock sandals I am a loyal customer and this one pair did not work for me

My first pair of Birks, thought they were extremely uncomfortable and footbed was way too hard.

I just really did not like the style.

The footbed was uncomfortable and I had shooting pain in the center of my left foot just trying the sandals on for a few minutes. I have super high arches and Birkenstock no longer sells the high arch Birkenstock. This is disappointing for me and probably for all the others who have high arched feet. I ordered a 39R and I normally wear a sz 9 shoe. The fit size-wise was perfect, but I am sending them back as I could never break them in with the pain I had just standing for a few minutes.

The only issue with these was the color of the leather. It's not the same as the regular-width leather. In this narrow style the color of the leather is more muted and closer to a grey than the darker oiled brown/chocolate.

Way bigger than we thought. The box was absolutely crushed as it was in a bag (which I appreciate) but the return instructions required a box. Hmmm

I like the REAL leather, but the shoes were HUGE! I typically order 37-38 and they fit, but not these....?

The material did not feel and look like leather. It was all scratched and marked up. Very poor quality for a Birkenstock shoe.

I wear a size 5 womens. This shoe only comes in 5-51/2. The fit would be better with a true size 5, though I did keep them. Hoping with some thicker socks, they’ll be fine for colder weather. Ordered narrow width which is great.

The shoes fit fine...and were very well made...but arrived with a damaged box and some scratches on one strap, almost like they had been worn. Tried them briefly anyway, walking on a rug. Sadly, the stiffness of the leather irritated in two places across the straps so have to return.

The width is a bit wider. I feel the need to curl my big toe every time I take a step.

I wanted these to fit just right. I see all kinds of people wearing them and they look great. I must have flat feet cuz they were NOT comfortable. Too much arch support. The Arizonas work great.

For Women's true 8.5 medium, 40 Narrow (ladies 9) was the best fit with a 1/4 to 1/3 inch room in the front. That's if you don't like your toes pushing against the front and generally prefer size 9 in running and hiking shoes. I would say they are true 9 as I like my sandals with a bit of room. They are hard sandals but thankfully because I didn't order them too wide, they seem comfortable enough for casual use. Not sure yet if I am sold on "the best sandals ever" that everyone seems to hail them as.

I’m a long time Birki wearer and have had these sandals before. They looked great as always, but I was disappointed that these shoes are narrower than the pair I had many years ago. They are also more narrow than the Mayari sandals I have now. All are regular width. Not sure why they have changed the width, but had to send them back.
