I bought these for my husband. In June of 1980, I gave him his first pair as my wedding present to him. He's worn them ever since. When a pair finally wears out, he just says to me, "Can you find me a new pair of Arizona Birkenstocks?" He loves them. He loves the comfort and the style, and they really are long-wearing compared to other shoes, especially since Mike is hard on shoes. Can't ask for better.

This is my 3rd pair of Birks. I generally wear women's 8-8.5 but in the Yara and Mayari I wear a 38 regular. Since these were unisex I tried 38 narrow. They were too short. Reordered the 39 narrow and the length is perfect. However they seem a bit loose on top and I'm worried that they will stretch with time. We shall see.

Super comfortable! Easy to slip on and go. Ordered a size down due to previous reviews and they fit perfect!

Have always loved Birkenstock's and happy with my new pair. I don't mind that they are a little "generous" in size as you can adjust with the buckles and in the cooler weather I do wear socks with them.

I recently ordered several pairs of Birkenstock shoes to find the color and fit that works best for me (have never worn Birks before). I am an 8.5 narrow in women's shoes. I ordered both the 39 and 40 - both narrow. They both fit, but I'm going to try the 39. I ordered both soft footbed and the regular footbed and I think the regular is actually more comfortable. I'm keeping both styles. I have the color Habana in the oiled leather and I love both the feel of the oiled leather and the color. Also have the color Tobacco, which is lighter than it appears in the picture, and a very nice light taupe, perfect for summer. For style, I gave only 3 stars b/c these are more about function over form...

I love my Birk's ... I have become an addict, these are my go to shoe (even wore them for 2 days in Disney!!! )

Comfortable but leave marks on our wood floors. Not happy with them. Old Birkenstock shoes did not have thos problem.

If your feet are narrow or regular width, order in narrow size. I had no problem with the regular width being that my feet are almost on the wide side. I can wear a regular size in women shoes, but I can not wear narrow in Birkenstock sandals. I suggest to get fitted for the correct size before ordering online. I did. Overall love the sandal.

My son has wide feet and these are great in that you can adjust straps to accommodate width. Because he's not used to wearing this kind of slide-on, it took a moment for him to get used to but once he did, they became his go-to shoe at the beach and for walking around the Cape during our long weekend there. They look adorable and because they're so easy to get on and off, he didn't slow us down the way he tends to do when putting on sneakers.

Birkenstocks are always amazing. Super comfortable & durable. I am a long time Birkenstock fan and only suggest that you try them on when buying your first pair as it is EXTREMELY important that they fit right. After that, the Birkenstock brand is ALWAYS consistent in size. In US sizes I wear anywhere between a 6-7 depending on the shoe but ALWAYS a 36 in Birkenstock.

Definitely order a size smaller with Birkenstocks...I'm usually a 13 and a 12 fit perfect. Zappos was the only one to have my size/width/color too, thanks Zappos!!!

Love these but definitely order a size down.

I was a little skeptical of buying such an expensive pair of sandals, but I just ordered a second pair because they are the most comfortable shoes I've ever had! I got them in the mail and wore them my whole vacation without the slightest discomfort! I'm usually a size 8 1/2 but I read a LOT of reviews and went a size down and glad I did! I will forever be a Birk buyer!

I had a pair of these thirty years ago. The fit is fine, but I think I want the soft footbed instead.

This is a classic style which my husband has worn for many years. Quality of Birkenstock is excellent and I love their timeless styles.

I got the black leather ones for my husband in size 46 (13 to 13.5). He is usually a 13 and these fit him very well with a cm in the front and back. He really likes them and finds the leather a but stiff/thick which he thinks will break in after a few wear. His feet are wide so I got him the normal width. The narrow would of not fit him. This is his first pair and he is enjoying wearing them because they breath well and are comfortable. OT zappos shipping and customer service was amazing.

Second pair of Birkenstock sandals and I love them as much as the first. No break in time required. Super comfortable and felt true to size. Wear them almost every day and my feet have never been happier.

Purchased for my husband. He has worn this version for years and likes them a lot. Takes some break in but then perfect he says. Also last for many years, good support and molds to his feet.

I really have problems finding shoes or sandals for my feet. After trying another style in Birkenstock in two different sizes I elected to go with Arizona as I already have the same sandal in orange. This time the exceptional customer service representative helped me with online exchange through their chat service. I elected the mid brown with the oiled leather finish. I love them. They make my feet look normal. Now I know that I just need to stick with this style for my feet. They are so comfortable. The only thing I would say is the size is crazy. I fit a 36 which is the equivalent 5 1/2 US. I normally wear a 6 1/2 or 7 wide US. I knew to order the 36 as my first pair were fitted in a store. So I guess think about ordering a size smaller than you would normally wear in another brand.
