This is my second pair and this time I also purchased the cork care kit. I was unaware it was needed with the first pair. I live in these sandals from the second it's warm enough in the spring until well past time to put on regular shoes in the fall so they're exposed to all kinds of weather. The cork dried out and fell apart. TOTALLY my fault. With the care kit, that won't happen this time. I ordered a size 38 regular which fit my wide feet perfectly. I can't say enough good about them.

I bought these for my daughter and she loves them! She usually wears a 10.5- 11 in womens shoes and the 41 just did fit, her heal didn't hang over the back which was what was most important. They will take some time to "break in", but they are very comfortable and stylish shoes that she wears with any and every thing!

True to size, nice arch support. Always a great product.

I wear a 8.5 women's shoe and the size 39 Narrow fit perfect. I don't have a narrow foot and haven't bought any other shoes that are narrow. I did go with the narrow width on these, based on reading the reviews. The top buckle has one hole showing and the lower buckle has two holes showing, so I have the ability to tighten them up, if they stretch. I wear them with and without socks. They are a classic that look good with pants and shorts. Zappos service was stellar, as always.

Third time was the charm for me. I wear a women's 8.5 medium width. I originally tried a 39 Regular in the Tobacco. I loved the color of that pair, but they were to loose and short. I returned and ordered a 40 Narrow in Tobacco. The fit was spot on, but the color was considerably different than the first pair (as other have noted). They were MUCH lighter and not what I wanted. I returned those and ordered a 40 Narrow in Habana - winner!

Love my Birks. 2 stars for style cause let's face it they are hardly high fashion. Not a sexy sandal. Functionality is what they are all about. I believe these fit just fine. I bought a 38. (7-7.5). I typically wear a 7 or 7.5 depending on the manufacturer. So true to size fit. Nice leather. No scratches. Obviously brand new right out of the box. (Not a prior returned item) I don't typically spend this much for a summer sandal but if they last as long as I am told I am sure the value will be there.

I have always been satisfied with Birkenstocks.

Ordered a narrow for the first time. Fit is perfect! I get 20 years out of a pair of birkies. The first 10 years are for ‘fancy’ wear. The next 10 years are for gardening, etc while breaking in the new ‘fancy’ pair. My new pair will be going to Europe. We were there last Spring and the cobblestone streets made me wish I had my Birkenstocks. I had 2 pair of hiking shoes and neither kept me from being miserable. I will loosen the buckles and dress up with some colorful wool socks......as I said, I’m from Minnesota.....socks and sandals are winter-wear here. Should be fine for Europe in April!!

Excellent quality and fit. Feel a full size larger than I wear in regular shoes. Easy break in. I also have the Boston in 39 regular Habana oiled leather and love them both! Don’t judge these too quickly, you must give them time to relax to your foot -then they are priceless!

i avoided the birk thing for years. shame on me. there is a reason they have a following for so many years!

Loved these but ended up going with the smaller size, I'm generally 101/2 - 11 found that the 43 worked better for me in these.

Birks never disappoint, and this color is just gorgeous. Love the weathered look, and the neutral brown will go with everything. So glad I purchased!

These Birkenstocks are amazing! This is my second pair of this style. My first pair lasted almost 10 years!

Bought these for my son because he wore his last pair to death. He loves them. He has flat feet and can wear these without foot pain because of the excellent arch support. Normally he has custom orthotics in his shoes, but can go without with these.

Bought these as replacements for my husbands very old Birks!! (They do last a very long time!) Perfect fit and the Oiled leather looks like they aren't brand new! Quality is very high, cost per wear is pennies and they last!

These are the perfect shoes for me to wear with socks in the winter. I had Birkenstocks years ago and they were much too wide for my narrow foot. When I saw that these came in narrow I was excited. I really think I could wear them without socks! Be sure you get the real leather ones. They cost a little more but the look and feel are so worth it.

I love the birk support so much! I suffer from chronic plantar fasciitis and birks feel amazing. I took off a star on these for comfort though only because I also own the ones with the soft footbed and they are heaven to slip on!

Love these sandals. So comfortable. The sizing is a little tricky. I normally wear a 7.5 or 8 Medium width, so I ordered the 38 Narrow width (per recommendations in previous reviews). The Narrow width is perfect. If you are a female that typically wears a Medium width, I would recommend ordering the Narrow width. As for the length...my toes are at the very end of the sandal. I wish I would have ordered the next size up also to see if the length would be better. If you are in between sizes, it's something to consider.
