Perfect fit, and adjustable, too. A wonderful support to delicate feet like mine! I know they will last for years! I usually wear a Medium, but it was too wide for me. Zappos let me trade them in for a Narrow...perfect!

My feet are happy once again. More happy than any other kind of shoes. And Zappos was speedy in delivery, perfect condition, and a quick return when I found I'd ordered the wrong size.

Just got my shoes. They seem to be just what I expected. I'm looking forward to breaking them in and many years of comfort!

Great pair of sandals that are made of quality materials and craftsmanship. Make you get the right size. The sandals need to be broken in for a bit . Other than that worth the money.

I have flat feet, and these sandals are the only ones with a truly supportive footbed. I had to size down, but that wasn't a big deal.

Felt confident that that I was getting real Birkenstock, not counterfeit. Shoe arrived amazingly fast, well packed. The only reason I put 4 stars and not 5 on comfort is due to the strength, durability and quality of the leather and it did rub my foot until it smoothed out / broke in. That took a few weeks of part time wearing. Purchased for the excellent arch support and foot bed. Expect many years from this pair as I have had in the past.

Ordered on Sunday arrived Wednesday. Need tpo exchange for a size up. The woman on the phone said thy'll be here Friday. Outstanding customer service. The sandal is great, I ordered wrong size. Love Birkenstocks. they'll be perfect for France this summer. Love Birkenmstocks and Zappos.

Good Birkenstock sandals are a necessity of life. This style suits me best. Good support, comfort, and I like the looks.

Have been suffering from Plantar Faceitis (SP) for some time. These are the only shoes that helped relieve the heel pain. Combined with stretching exercises the pain has subsided tremendously. Still wearing the Birkenstocks.

These are the best Birkies. And the oiled leather is the easiest on bare feet, which is required of Americans to avoid ridicule. Although they feel great with socks and we all know that.

I love my Birkenstocks! They fit amazingly and are super comfy! They run a little big so order a size smaller. I've been wearing them daily since I got them and even went hiking with them and have had no problems! I highly recommend them!

Birkenstock Milano, wow what can I say? These sandals are totally freaking comfortable. Yes, a little old-school hippie but us old hippies had it figured out. It's nice because they go with a lot of clothes from shorts to blue jeans. I wore these shoes out of the box to the mall where I walked for hours, my feet didn't get sore one bit. Awesome shoes and well worth the money!

We bought this sandals as a fathers day gift for my father-in-law. And he loved them. He took them out off the box and put them right on. He had a birkenstock sandals before, but without the back strap. He likes them more now, cause they stay on his feet. The leather looked really nice. So overall it's a really good buy.

I never thought I'd see my conservatively-dressed husband in a pair of Birkies, but he gladly tried them after suffering with a foot issue. They're his "go-to" casual shoe now and he's a big fan!

Great sandals, I was between sizes and ended up fitting in the smaller size. The tobacco color is lighter in person.

What can I say. These are the traditional Birkenstocks. They are super comfortable. They are expensive, but worth it. They last forever (for me anyway) and can be repaired. I got rid of an identical pair not realizing that they can be repaired if the sole or the cork wears out. So, I like them enough to buy them twice. They are European sizes. So, you will need to convert.

I have now owned these sandals for about a year now, and the material still feels somewhat new (stiff in places). I've always loved Birkenstocks and this is my first pair of leather ones, the others being suede. I ordered a size 37, wearing a 7 shoe typically, and the fit is just slightly larger than expected, but nothing that causes trouble. As always, Birkenstock has made yet another great, sturdy and comfortable sandal. Not to mention they go with pretty much everything I own! If you like a product that is sturdy, loved by nearly every one who owns a pair, and is worth the pretty penny... look no further.

Two weeks breaken period and these are starting to feel very comfortable. Zappos advertised two day free shipping - shoes arrived on time. Amazon needs to take lessons on customer satisfaction.

Always been a big fan of Birks. It's nice to see a company stay true to their product for so long. These fit and feel identical to the ones I bought 20 years ago. This color (the gray oiled leather) is great, it goes with everything.
