These fit great! I wish there would be more color choices for these sandals. They make my feet feel so good!

I have neuropathy and my feet also get very hot year around, so I live in my Birks, 365 days a year. I could no longer read the size, but these fit absolutely perfect! My last pair lasted nearly 6 years, but they needed to be replaced as the the cork soles were starting to break down.

This my fifth pair of ‘active’ Birks but I will now retire my previous pair of this exact Birk. I don’t know how old they are and I weighed getting them recorked and resoled but decided to pay the extra and go new.

Great shoes!

I have wanted a pair of Birks for years but these are just too clunky. They are definitely unisex. I would recommend ordering a size down if you are female. I'm returning these but will continue to search. My foot runs a little wide but these were so wide that I could see them becoming too wide to wear as the leather straps softened and stretched.

Love - great fit and a classic sandal!

I was looking for a Birkenstock sandal that had a back strap for extra security and support. These sandals fit the bill perfectly. They offer awesome arch support as well. The only thing that I am hoping will improve is the stiffness of the leather. It can be a bit of a struggle when trying to adjust the buckles but I'm hoping that the leather will loosen up as I wear the shoes. Well worth the money.

Fits great. Takes a long time to break in but we all know that.

These are the best shoes ever created. The oiled leather is thicker than the suede models, they hold my feet from sliding around perfectly. I'm a female size 8, or a 38 regular width. no narrow widths!! Even though I don't consider my feet exceptionaly wide like other reviewers had said. It would be really nice if other colors were offered in the Milano style. The back strap is nice and secure and great for riding rollercoasters.

Birkenstock strikes again! Fantastic sandal that stays on a bit better than the Arizona slide (which I also have). This style is slightly more chunky looking, but wears wear with jeans or chinos. Love the comfort and support they provide!

Great shoes and leather looks amazing. Be prepared to break them in. It takes some time.

Perfect birk fit!!

My husband needed a size larger for them to fit correctly. He loves them, no blisters, etc. We are currently in the breaking-in stage of our Birkenstocks for our upcoming travels.

My wife lives in these shoes three seasons a year. They are super comfortable for walking the dog or out shopping all day! We just keeping buying a new pair every few years. They are amazing. Highly recommend.

Premium stuff. The leather used is strong yet soft. Good arch support. Important thing about the footbed, it is useful for people with high arch, and not meant for someone with flat feet or low arch. Hence, returning. Will try the ones with soft footbed.

Can’t go wrong with Birks! Nothing better than a fresh new pair of Milanos after where my last pair until they fell apart—over ten years old. Love the waxed leather! Gives them a classy style and helps them hold their shape for a long, long period of time. Much better than the suede or soft leather ones that seem to go limp after a little while. Although they are sturdy because of the stiffness of the waxed leather, I had no problem with rubbing or pain from rubbing. Also, I have a problem with my left big toe joint and need surgery. My podiatrist recommended that I wear Milanos because of the support. My toe joint is swollen and has two bone spurs on the top. I don’t have any problem with them hurting my foot or my good foot because I can adjust each shoe to fit either foot. Great shoe.

Wonderful shoes

First of all, I have to say ordering from Zappos has been a true pleasure. I initially ordered one size too small. I called their exchange number and they had a new pair in a bigger size on the way that day. They were on my porch the very next day! It was so easy and fast to exchange. Great customer service!!! The sandals are great! I usually wear a size 7.5 to 8 so I ordered the 7-7.5 and they fit exactly right. It takes a while to break them in, but they are very comfortable!!!!
