Outstanding! After returning numerous rain jackets from other retailers, I purchased the Alloy Grey Venture. The color is exactly what the picture showed (unlike other places!). Plus, Zappos upgraded my shipping to overnight delivery for free! As for the features of the jacket, it's fantastic. I just used it over the weekend in 70 heat to see if I would sweat and I did, but very little. The venting with the pit zips let out a lot of heat. Still haven't used it in the rain, but I did stick my arm under the sink to see the effectiveness of the HyVent system and it worked great. Fits true to size. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with Zappos and the jacket itself. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting a great rain jacket from a great retailer.

Excellent service! Quick delivery... My only complaint is that the company does not make a woman's version so my wife can't order one for herself. It is lightweight and easy to pack. Great warm weather wind and rain protection...

Great jacket - This jacket is great. I got it for my 13 year old son to travel with but he wears it all the time.

The Multitasker - The North Face delivers yet again. This jacket functions not only as a solid rain jacket, but also as a decent wind stopper. It has two pit vents that really help when things get too hot, it has a waterproof shell which holds up exceptionally well during downpours and the breathable fabric gets rid of that clammy feeling. The jacket looks good and has an everyday appearance and can be worn virtually with anything. This is a must have for the multitasker.

Lightweight and breathable - It's hard to find rain protection that doesn't trap body heat. This one is highly breathable. The fit is great for layering. Very comfortable and a great look.

A great father's day present - I bought the North Face Venture jacket for my husband for Father's day. He is a golfer and this is a lightweight, waterproof jacket that is perfect to keep in his golf bag if it starts raining while out playing 18 holes. He can put it on and continue playing. It is a very nice looking jacket. I bought it in the Khaki color. If a product has the North Face name on it - you know it's high quality.

Great waterproof jacket - This rain jacket is one of many North Face products I own. Although the name is overly commercialized at the moment, they make excellent garments. I wore it on a couple of heavy rain days and it stood up very well. It is light enough to wear on a warmer day or as a waterproof outer layer on a cooler day. I plan on taking it to Florida for a vacation. Another great product from North Face.

Great jacket! This is one of my favorite jackets; it is lightweight and repels the rain like crazy. I have two of them and one is always in my pack.

Another Quality Product From North Face - This is a quality jacket but what else did you expect from North Face. It is lightweight and very packable. This is definitely a must have product for the Spring and Summer. I highly recommend this product.

Great jacket for the cost. Very lightweight. The material is a little noisy, however, the jacket is great for keeping rain and wind off of you without being too hot. Zappos VIP had it for me overnight which made it even better! Fits true to size.

Bought this jacket for Disney in case of rain but otherwise warm weather. This jacket was perfect for that (and it did rain). It was easy to ball up and put in the backpack and completely blocked out the rain. The underarm vents kept things cool as well. The only thing I didn't like is the hood, it hangs down too far in front of my face so every time I look upward, it blocks my view. This is small complaint, however.

Perfect for rainy warm weather! Fortunately the color is nuetral so it looks great with just about anything.

Ordered this for my husband and he loves it. Great spring jacket...good for work and casual wear. Love that it is waterproof and has a hood.

High quality ripstop material. Lightweight & breathable. Extremely durable. Completely waterproof and virtually windproof. I bought it one size larger than my actual frame size to add a micro fleece on the days the wind matches the the rain fall & it's perfect either way without taking away from the style. Thumbs up to "The North Face" for this one! As a bike messenger in Cleveland Ohio, the right clothes for the element can make or break your work day. The style makes it versatile for any casual situation.

I haven't had much of a chance to extensively use this good looking and lightweight jacket yet as we're still having quite wintry weather - but it fits well, is very comfortable-feeling and looks sharp.

I bought this jacket for both of my teenage boys. Originally, I bought it for the one that was headed off to college next year and the other was jealous, so I had to order one for him too! Generally speaking, they hate to wear a jacket of any kind, so I am pleased that these were such a hit. It's not the softest jacket, but that doesn't seem to bother them!

Just got back from two week trip to London & Paris (in February) and I wore this jacket more than my coat! I was worried it wasn't nice enough for the trendy neighborhoods we stayed in but there was a North Face store across the street from Harrod's and I noticed several locals wearing the brand. Perfect when it was cold and wet to throw over a sweater without having to carry a bulky coat around.

This light weight jacket was the perfect color to match my grandson's travel hockey team colors (The Oakland Jr. Grizzlies). I am a tall/thin woman and am always buying man's jackets as the arm length fits me better, and I think man's jackets are even cuter and classier than woman's! This jacket is adorable on. It is high quality and rich looking. I will be wearing it to all his spring and summer hockey games. I love the rich brown color, and of course I always love 'The North Face' clothing.

My husband loved this jacket. Somewhat of a square cut, but perfect for a sweater underneath. (He is very slender). I am considering starting a Zappos 12 step program. I am addicted.

Highly functional, good-looking shell. Useful year-round. Roomy enough to layer over a fleece, yet not too boxy. Asphalt color is very practical, and the splash of yellow adds some panache. Highly recommended.

This is the best overall jacket I have ever owned! It is versatile and stylish, and can be applied in a wide variety of ways as a raincoat, windbreaker and an external shell layer under which you can wear multiple layers - like a sweater. I just ordered a second pair after years of using the first one to the point of wearing it out. Few changes were made, but I like that they kept the zippers under the armpits for added flexibility!

Purchased this as a birthday present for my son, who was seeking a lightweight rain proof jacket he can use for both work (photo shoots) and recreation (hiking, etc.). It's perfect; fits great, is lightweight, and roomy enough. I was worried that the sleeves wouldn't be long enough, as he's 6'4", with a 36" dress shirt length--but it was fine.
