In general I love Keens! These shoes were a bit of a disappointment. They are lighter weight than most Keens, which I liked, but they are not as comfortable. The support is not as good as other Keens and my feet rub in several places on the canvas.

So cute but so uncomfortable. The canvas was incredibly stiff and the sole had no cushion. Returned immediately.

I tried to figure out how to make the tongue stay in place to no avail. I took the laces in and out multiple times and at the end of the day they stayed uncomfortable. I am sad because they are super cute.

I thought this shoe was adequately padded -- quite comfortable actually. I'm returning it because it made my feet look huge. Massive. Enormous. Also, the really thick rubber toe coupled with the width of the shoe made them feel like clown shoes when I walked -- the front of the shoe was really heavy so I felt like the normal locomotion of my step was impeded.

These are cute and super comfortable. Sadly, I had to return them. My first pair stared to rip apart where the rubber and fabric meet at the top after only 3 weeks of wearing them. I exchanged them and the second pair has stared to tear at the side where the fabric meets the rubber. Totally bummed because they were SO perfectly comfortable. Thanks Zappos for your excellent service!

I loved the look and the toe room but the back was very stiff and curved in so that it dug into the back of my heel. I eventually had to make notches in the fabric in order to wear them without pain.

I loved these shoes. Great look, good fit, very comfortable. But they fell apart so quickly. I got them mid-September, wore them frequently, but with rain boots, snow boots and other shoes too, and the edges of the soles started to separate quickly and now the soles are starting to peel up. I don't know whether I got a defective pair or not, but I expect shoes to not completely fall apart in 5 months.

These are very cute shoes that have a great fit, but (and you knew there was one) the construction is already falling apart. The rubber around the heel is already peeling off after only a two weeks of wearing them. The style is great the craftsman ship is terrible.

They were way too heavy for my liking. They were like wearing work boots! they were well-
made but too heavy for me to deal with.

Chose this shoe because of style. Love the look. Paid the price due to brand name and apparently that is all there is - the brand name. Zero comfort to this shoe at all. Not just in the sole lacking support but also the entire interior of the shoe. Rough edges of fabric in the inside make this shoe very uncomfortable. I have blisters from wearing this shoe for a very short amount of time. This site does not live up to the expectations I have for the brand. Not even close. Save your money and buy a seasonal stylish if brand shoe and it will be better than these. Zero lining, zero support, zero comfort. Looks cute and that's about it. Very disappointing.

This is the 2nd pair of these sneakers I tried. 1st pair were a size 8 and they were too big. 7.5 were too small and both were quite wide. I have an older pair of these sneakers from a few years ago and they fit much better, not sure why they're so different. Disappointing since they are so cute!

Cute style, well-made, with the wide toe box for which Keens are known. Insole is removable, leaving room for my custom orthotics. I really wanted to keep them, but although they fit well, they are just not comfortable. The sole is very flat; maybe I am just not accustomed to that type of styling. The canvas upper is very rough, and uncomfortable, even with socks. Keen is my go-to brand due to my wide feet and I really, really, wanted to like these, but they are going back.

These were super cute but unfortunately the material that is around the opening is very stiff and rubs. Also they are a very wide shoe in the toe box. I do like an open toe box but because of the style of the shoe they kind of made me feel like I had clown shoes on!

I was so excited for these shoes to arrive, and then was completely disappointed. I have the older model of this shoe, and let me say that Keen definitely cut corners on the remake. Let's start with the insole. the older model Coronado had a cork insole with reasonable arch support. This model has a cheap foam insole with relatively no arch support. Now for the outside of the shoe. The fabric while still canvas is much stiffer, with little give. Around the opening of the shoe in the past this area was covered with a binding, and was very comfortable. The new shoe, has no binding, and as mentioned by others, is quite uncomfortable. I'm quite sure if I wore this shoe for any walking at all the heel would produce a blister. The old sole was very thick vulcanized rubber, and had a ton of cushioning. My shoes are at least 6 years old, and are still comfortable. On the new shoe while Keen still is using vulcanized rubber, it does not appear to be nearly as durable. When I tried it on, it also does not feel to have nearly as much cushion. I'm sure that has to do with the combination of insole and outsole. I have been a huge Keen fan for years, and have many shoes from them. This shoe has disappointed me, and I hope this isn't the direction they are moving. It seems they wanted to cut costs, and in doing so, they cut comfort and I think durability. The shoe looks great, so I will give them props for that detail. I will be sending this shoe back, and looking for a new favorite standby.

I wore these shoes on a trip to Washington DC. What a huge mistake. The canvas was too stiff and my feet were killing me. Very disappointed.

Very stiff shoe ... was expecting it to be much more comfortable. Felt the blisters coming just walking around the house. Returned for more comfortable walking/park/chasing kids shoe. Maybe with heavy socks it wouldn't be bad? I was wearing with bare feet.

I have been an avid Keen supporter for years. Utility, boots, shoes, and sandals. The style of these remind ding of OG simple shoes decades ago. The initial break in was a bit rough, raw heels etc. But with light use, the seams at the toes began to shred. They didn't hold up long at all. Very disappointed Keen!

I am surprised and very disappointed. I bought a pair of Keen Coronados when they were first available, in about 2008. I loved them. After thousands of miles and mistreatment they remain comfy; rubber and fabric unscarred and intact. The new ones are not a quarter the quality of the originals. Thin, stiff material, paper thin tongue, very poor support, tacky stitching. I can hardly believe Keen puts their name on these. Back they go.

I love the wide toe box which seems to be the standard for Keen shoes. However, the canvas was very stiff and it rubbed my ankles. The bend in the toe also cause discomfort to the tops of my big toes. I needed to replace the insole (which was very nice and thick) with my own orthotic and that caused the shoe to be a half size larger for me. Had to return them.

Sad for Keen, they have gone to the cheap side. I had a pair of these sneakers for years and decided to spring for a new pair. These are awful! I am sadly returning them. I loved these the first time I bought them.

Maybe it is because I wear a size 11, but these are shoes are not only uncomfortable and ill fitting, but they are also much uglier than I imagined based on the photos. They felt too tight with regular athletic socks and too loose with thin dress sock. The toe box is very wide, which I thought would be great for my feet, but because the toe is covered in rubber that crosses unevenly, the size 11 shoe looks like a goofy clown shoe. I really wanted to like these (and I really needed a closed toe shoe), so I made the fatal error of wearing them outside. Immediately the rubber around the shoe was scuffed and dirty looking, so I cannot return them. These are disappointing shoes!

After less than 2 months these shoes are beyond repair. The rubber soles have detached from the canvas part of the shoe. Keens are normally very reliable, so I'd like to exchange them for the same pair in hopes that this won't happen again.

Not sure what happened to Keen. They used to make great shoes but lately the craftsmanship had been really poor. I still like the styles but the shoes are just not the same. We had to return two pairs of these shoes because the toe cap was poorly cut and misshapen. We love you Keen please start making good quality shoes again.

I normally love Keen. The shoes they make are known for comfort, but this keen shoe falls far below the mark. The back cut into my heel and some part of material inside the shoe near the toe was cutting into my toe. I fixed that problem by just wearing a no show sock. But the next problem wasn't fixable...after being on my feet all day my feet hurt like I had no shoe on at all. The arch support and cushioning in this shoe are horrible. Thanks to Zapppos for their wonderful return policy.

I love Keen shoes but not this one! There is no arch support and it feels like walking with boards under your feet. I own many different pairs/styles of Keen and swear by them but I cannot recommend this one. Too bad, they are so cute!
