It's too bad because every other keen shoe I have owned was comfortable and well made. Not sure what happened here. The shoe is as stiff as a board and also more black than gray in the picture.

Looks good but too tight for my foot. :( Rated 3 stars because I can't really say they fit great. Have to return and will try a bigger size or different shoe.

I wanted to love and keep these shoes so badly, but I am going on a trip to Europe and wanted something cute to wear with my shorts and dresses and being a Keen Lover I thought these would be great. First of all, there is a defect (or I got a defective pair) with the design where the tongue meets the front of the shoe. There was a weird fold that I could feel on top of my toes. The back of the shoe is so rough. You will need a blister pad while you are breaking them in. There is very little arch support and when I put my Superfeet in, which fit perfectly, I lost padding in the balls of my feet. Overall, they are cute to just wear now and then, if you are looking for walking shoes, sadly these are not them.

I usually like Keens but not this pair. They look cute but aren't very comfortable or easy to walk in. They have no arch support, the soles are inflexible and there's no cushioning. Even with arch supports they don't feel comfortable or easy to walk in.

So cute! These are so darn cute but they've turned into "valet" shoes for me. They don't give me enough support (even with SuperFeet insoles) and I over-pronate terribly in them. After walking any distance at all I end up in lots of pain. Now I have to wear them simply for looks and hope I can just pose. Too bad.

So cute. BUT...not nearly enough support for my old feet. They fit well, true to size. But I can't walk any distance at all in them, even when I added SuperFeet insoles. Too bad.

These sneakers are very cute but the toe box is wide. I had to return them. Other Keen shoes fit me well.

Zappos is amazing! I contacted them after these shoes started coming unglued in the back. They immediately sent off a brand new pair. Thank you again Zappos.

I loved the look of these shoes, but I'm petite with big feet so unfortunately I had to return them. I think they would look great with a bootcut jean on a taller person. I'm a 7 and the 7 fit great so they're pretty TTS. Not as comfortable as some of the other keens that I have owned, but these are just casual shoes.

If you have wide feet with a high instep, these are not the best shoes for you. I have had better luck with other Keen shoes in the past. As usual, I ordered a half size larger than my usual shoe size. As others have pointed out, this shoe offers little, if any, support. I replaced the insole with my orthotic for arch support immediately.

Much stiffer than their earlier version. It had plenty of toe room. It still has a removable insole, but the material is a lot rougher the earlier version (though I did go about a year before I used no insole). The sole is also a lot thicker than their previous one. I wore these for a month and then opted for more flexible sneakers.

Cute sneakers, but overall material was "sparkly" which did not show in the picture and I wanted more of a plain canvas color.

I am very disappointed in this Keen. I have been looking for a shoe of this style with some support. I expected it to be similar to the foot bed of my sandals, good support and roomy toe box. Foe me it was way to narrow and has no support at all. I wear a size 8, have high arches and a narrow heal. The heal was fine and it does have some cushion on the foot bed, more than I have found in other brands of similar style.

Cute shoes - the width was comfortable, the style was adorable, but they were a full size too small. Already at a size 11, I tried to keep them for occasional use, but ended up giving them away.

These are very cute and unique looking shoes, but they are not the most comfortable. I stand on my feet for work, and for that they are fine. But when I am walking around in them, the top of my left foot seems to get rubbed badly by one of the seams. It's not unbearable, but a little irritating. And the front of the shoe makes the toes feel squashed even though the shoes fit fine. It might just be my feet, or it might be a faulty design. If I had it to do over, I would probably send them back and find a shoe that felt better on my feet.

So cute but so...not appropriate for anyone over 30. Just looks little kid like but not in a trendy, interesting way. More like you got lost in Sweden in the children's section. Plus it seems to run small.

I bought these shoes for Summer of 2013, and I was initially very disappointed. I have owned several pairs of Keens and I expected this shoe would have good arch support and be very comfortable. Not the case. Not only did they pinch my big toe joints, at the base of the lace placket, but they had the support of $2 flip flops. They are so cute that I had to keep them. I added some expensive inserts and lace them very carefully, and now I can wear them with comfort, either in town or for lengthy dog walks. But I still feel that this is not "enough shoe" for the money.

These shoes are so cute I wanted to find a way to make them work, but couldn't. I wear a women's 6.5, medium to narrow, and my foot was swimming in that size here both in width and length. The unisex sizing really shows itself. I added a gel support to see if that would work and also add extra cushioning (I had wanted the shoes for a vacation where I'd be walking a lot), but it just raised my foot so that the heel area chaffed around my Achilles. Too bad. The color plus texture (chocolatey tweed with wine colored edging) was really perfect.

This was not the shoe for me. It was short, very wide, and the rubber toe was huge, and the toe extremely rounded. It looked like a Hobbit's shoe! The rubber toe was so thick that I could not actually feel how far my toe was from the tip, just that it wasn't touching it. It felt like a chubby cousin to the Chuck Taylor Converse sneaker. I wanted to like them but there was no way they would work for me.

As soon as I put these on I knew they were not for me. They hurt! That bone right above your arch hit the very rough and stiff interior of the shoe. Very stiff and bulky.

I have five different kinds of Keen's shoes, and love them for their comfort but this shoe does not have the traditional Keens footbed. It was cute enough and I kept them but don't expect them to be of the same quality. If I wanted to buy a plain canvas tennis shoe, I could have gotten a cheaper pair elsewhere.

Unfortunately a return for me. I loved the look of these, but when I received them I found that the uppers are very stiff, especially in the heel. They did not feel comfy at all and seemed like they would take a lot of effort to break in. Also, I was interested in the wider toe box, as my shoes are a generally a little tight there, but I felt like they looked like clown shoes on me. Oh, well!

This shoe looks great but the heel is rather stiff. I'm thinking that will change after I break them in though.

Color is actually more of a fuchsia and grey than black and red, still really cute though and would've kept them except that the seam on the back of the heel digs in!

I so wanted to love these sneakers. Unfortunately, the material around the heel is stiff, and hits in just the wrong spot. I actually ended up with bruises on the lower parts of my ankle bones! Oh well. Too bad I already wore them (like I said, I really wanted to love them!), or I'd return them. Also, I had to size down. Went through a period of having to size up with keens, but not this pair!
