I'm happy with these shoes. The Whisper toe box is narrower than the Venice style, which I usually wear, but they still work for my foot. Comfortable soles, decent arch support. I would order these again.

This style did not fit my feet, so back they had to go (so grateful for Zappos excellent customer service! It takes the fear out of show buying online). I typically wear and 8.5, which in this style was too small- the 9 was way too long in the footbed.

Extremely cute sandal. I was disappointed though because the arch support was non-existent. I thought Keens would give my foot support.

So comfortable. It hugs your foot and provides great cushioning from harsh terrain. Way too pricey though. The open back makes for a flip-floppy feeling and I can see where pebbles and other debris could find their way into the shoe under certain conditions, like walking through sand or other loose ground.

Comfortable and very versatile shoe that I could wear for work (requiring closed toe). A down side might be that my feet get hot with the non-absorbent sole. Rugged construction but not a bulky feel. Love them!

I bought these sandals because I had another pair of Keen sandals and was impressed with their durability. I love the color and style of these beet red sandals. My only recommendation would be to order up half a size. I'm a true 7.5 and these sandals definitely feel a bit small.

I got this in sweet grape/neutral gray for my mother. We love the color, and she really enjoyed the comfort of the sandal.All was well between them until she got the Keen Venice H2. Now she favors the Venice shamelessly over her Whispers! The Whisper has little arch support and it seems to force one's heel off the back of the foot bed, as others have also noted in their reviews. The Whisper is true to size, light and feminine. But again, the strange issue with the short heel is a fault that will lose a star with me (us.) But overall, a nice sandal. Just save your longest walks/hikes for your Venice or your Newports.

These would have been perfect, but they must be built on a curved last. They also were pretty narrow.

I really wanted to keep these, but I can't get past the fact that my foot slides off the back. I should have listened to other reviewers who said the same thing. No matter how much I tighten the strap, my foot still slides off the back. It's comfortable and fits everywhere else, just not in the heel. Sadly, I'll be sending these back. Thanks to Zappos for their awesome customer service!

One of the most comfortable pairs of sandals I've worn. Toes are well protected (a major concern for me after a recent broken toe). I did have some rubbing and blistering on my pinky toes and the balls of my feet while initially adjusting to these sandals. Granted, I'm more prone to blistering than many and it was no worse than adjusting to the cheap sandals I used to wear. Great for casual wear around the city with pants, or skirts and appropriate for casual workplace wear. Haven't tried hiking in them yet, but it seems like they will work well for light to moderate difficulty trails.

I love the color, look, and quality of this sandal, but the shoe was way too long for a size 8. My big toe was an inch from the end, and thus poked out from a hole in the top of the shoe.

Bought these shoes based on the glowing reviews here at Zappos and I must say I am slightly disappointed, though not enough to warrant a return. They feel a little big. I ordered my usual size (a 10) and I have a lot of room in the toe box. I tried wearing them with the laces tighter but that just made my heel hang off the back of the shoe. So now I wear them tied looser and it definitely helps. Also, the footbed contours don't really feel like they conform to the normal curves of a foot. It's not a huge deal though. The dark red, to me, is really more of a very dark pink. My cousin ended up ordering the light green and gray in the same size and we switched because I wasn't fond of the pink. They are very comfortable in that they don't rub anywhere and I know I won't get a blister with these shoes. I am looking forward to trying them in the water next time I go hiking! They will be more of an occasional shoe for me.

A few weeks ago, I bought a pair of Keen Whispers. After only the second day of wearing them, the ribbon on the strap frayed and came undone on both shoes. I have used Keen as a shoe brand for many years and do not understand why it was faulty. I love the shoes, but had to pay to repair them.

Good shoes. I got a tiny blister under my big toe on an hour walk the first time, but all is well now. And they're so bright and cheery! Keens' usual quality.

I really wanted to love these, but sadly they fall short. I normally wear a 9 in Keens and had to buy a 1/2 size larger in these. Still after a day of wearing them they felt very tight, despite adjusting them looser. I love the color and they gave great support, but ultimately they just weren't comfortable.

I am quite pleased with these sandals. I have been wearing the Privos but cannot find them anymore so I tried these. These are not as comfortable as the Privos but are a very close second.

Oh how I wanted these to fit and they are very cute and I love the pale green/gray color. Alas, they are apparently intended for people with long narrow feet. Keens usually fit me perfectly (my feet are a little wide but with a narrow heel), but these were just way too tight. I usually wear a 7 or 7.5, but these took an 8 and even then I had the odd sensation that my foot was being slowly squeezed backwards. I ended up getting the Venice instead. However, if you have long skinny feet and have found Keens too wide in the past, by all means try these.

Loved the fit and support. But beware the color nile/light grey. In the photo, nile looks like a shade of white. It's a shade of lime green!

Attractive design, pretty color and comfortable overall, but felt smaller and more narrow than marked. Ordered the Newport in the same size and those fit perfectly. Returning and ordering the next size up.

These are great. Love the color and comfort, but can only afford one pair and went with Teva's so that I can wear my orthotic. I do believe the newer styles are a little cushier though.

I was not disappointed at this purchase. The shoe fit perfectly, good support and comfort.

These are very comfortable sandals, however I found my foot slipping back in them on long hikes up and down steep hills.

I love Keens and have another pair of this style in a different color. This particular pair run a bit narrower and longer. But the elastic laces allow me to adjust. Still love them. Black is very versatile - I can wear them to work all summer.

Great shoe for just about anything! Comfortable (of course, because it's Keen), but runs a bit big, so go down a half size. I like how this sandal covers almost your whole foot, yet breathes. Awesome for hiking in all kinds of weather, good tread on sole, and also looks good just with jeans, skirt, shorts, whatever, for sightseeing around town!

This is a great show with good arch support but narrower than other Keen shoes. I'm 5'8" tall and wear a size 8 shoe with wide wide feet and medium-high arches. As a comparison to the Keen Venice H2, this shoe has the same good arches and is light but rugged enough to hike in. But is narrower and pinches my wider foot. However, it's cuter and more sleek looking because it doesn't have so much of the toe box covered in black rubber. This is a great shoe for someone without wide feet.
