I just received this unfortunately I didn't listen to another review that says the shoe ran large. I will have to return it because it's definitely too large and this at the end of a busy work day.

Generally I love Merrells; the Encore Slides are the only shoes I can wear to stand in a lot at work. The Circuit MJ shoes are really cute and probably if I didn't have foot problems they would be great. But they didn't give me enough support and cut into my bunion across the top.

I tried this shoe out for a walking shoe to tour Europe in during summer...but I have very narrow feet and unfortunately have to return both sizes that I tried, 7.5 and 7. I usually wear a 7.5 but they were much too big and probably do not have the support I am looking for to be on my feet carrying a backpack all day.

This shoe is exactly what I was looking for. As comfortable as a sport shoe, but a bit dressier. Good for an all-purpose travel shoe, it has traction on slippery surfaces. Runs large. I had to reorder a half size smaller. More arch support would be nice.

True to size. Cute. Good comfort but think they will feel sweaty when the weather gets warmer.

Comfortable, roomy, especially around the front, which I need because of my wider than typical feet. (I would like to know why there isn't a size between Medium and Wide for girls like me!) My one complaint is that because my right foot is shorter than my left, the back of my ankle gets a little scraped after long walks -- 3+ miles. Still, the mesh is great, as is the amazing support in the sole. Very bouncy!

Good for summer when you want the toes covered. The strap is just shy of too long for the width of my feet, which I think are either normal width or maybe just slightly narrower than normal. I thought I lost them while travelling and was going to buy another pair. One minor annoyance is that the removable insole comes out when I kick off shoes after wearing with bare feet.

Very comfortable and airy, great shoes for the gym, but run a bit large. My 5 1/2 feels more like a 6.

These are very lightweight and comfortable, but just a bit too unstructured for me. I have exchanged them for Mimosa Emme, which has thicker soles and better arch support. Zappos' service is great! They make it easy to comparison shop.

This is a great alternative to sandals! It also is orthotic friendly, The one problem has been that the mary jane strap looses its shape and stretches a bit much, so the hold loosens. But I have worn this shoe every day this summer and have been comfortable. And because it stretched, I bought myself a second pair!

I bought this pair to do a lot of walking on a trip to China, and they were terrific. Very comfortable, with or without socks. The mesh kept them cool, and you can rinse them off with water - they dry quickly. The taupe is a great neutral for summer. I wore it with shorts, slacks, and skirts. I have a narrow foot, and I was able to pull the mary jane strap tight enough to fit snugly without running out of Velcro (as on a couple of other styles). It's still a bit wide, and slightly long, but it's quite comfortable for casual wear.

I was hopeful this would be my summer "walking shoe" that wasn't a tennis shoe, but found the fit to be too loose for long touring days. There is plenty of room to switch out the insole for an arch support, but the straps don't secure my foot quite as much as I'd like. Overall, it's my go-to shoe for casual afternoons, but doesn't quite live up to my hopes for a walking shoe.

The sole is excellent for walking on uneven terrain or in wet conditions. I bought this shoe for tropical walking. The body of the shoe is a bit floppy but given the tough sole, this should be a good shoe for walking, boating, or other vacation activities.

These shoes were OK. I found that the left one was slightly bigger than the right causing it to rub my heel and after wearing them for an extended amount of time they caused blisters across the top of my feet. Overall they are good if you are only going to wear them casually, but not so good for wearing on long hikes.

Definitely "breezy" and what I needed camping in Kansas in 113 degree heat. Did rub on the heel causing a cut, but after time it broke in--thus the 4 stars for overall and comfort. It is roomy in the toe box accommodating my bunion. It can certainly be worn with socks but who would want to? They are my alternative to sneakers this summer and go great with pants, skirts, capris, and shorts. I would consider another pair when these wear out.

The style of this shoe has changed. Strap does not tighten enough for my narrow foot. I loved this shoe before it was restyled.

Very comfortable, but left blisters on my right heel, and my pinkie toe of left foot. Only after wearing them for 3 hours though, so I couldn't return them then... But with socks, they're fine. I wait tables, and they feel great even after 10 hours (besides leaving blisters). I have a narrow foot, and they fit perfectly fine!

I've had this very cute pair (in the Autumn Breeze color) for about a week. While I was very pleased with their look when I received them (color even better in person), I have developed some blisters on my feet, which is very disappointing. I'm hoping it's just a break-in period, and we'll quickly get accustomed to each other. They are otherwise quite comfortable, and good for walking. I've worn them for two or three full work days (I'm an on-my-feet classroom teacher), and think they'll be great for regular wear once the blister issue has been resolved.

I bought these shoes as a gift for an elderly lady. She absolutely loved them, they were a bit roomy but otherwise comfortable, except on the right foot just where the edge of the shoe touches just above the bunion area was slightly irritated. She still loves and wears the shoes quite often. Although they felt a bit roomy she kept them as she felt this would allow room for light socks in cooler weather.

First, I ordered the deep tan and it arrived quickly. Tried it and loved its color and how it fit and how airy it was. Next day, I wore it outside (decided to keep it) and noticed the shoes' front, the rubber caps of weren't balanced: one side just right while the other way up high. It was very funny looking (Merrell poor quality control and so Zappos' packer). I called Z's C.S. rep. and told her the shoes had been worn outside and the problem I found. She quickly made an apology and sent me a replacement. However, the deep tan was sold out so I decided to take the black. The shoe itself fit great right out of the box. Very airy and comfortable to walk with. However, it would be perfect if it has a little more arch support (a little bit thin and for this, I gave 4 stars). I even wore it to the gym and my feet stayed cool! Recommend this to anyone who lives in an hot area like Eastern Washington State. I also reordered the deep tan and it came a week later once Z restocked the shoes. Still love it!

Took these to a recent trip to Portland OR. Great for the airport, relaxing, short walks. Wouldn't recommend for 3-mile hikes, not enough support, but very comfortable for everyday jaunts. Cool and versatile for the hot weather. Glad I have them as an option in my closet!

I loved the way this shoe looked when I put it on. It was comfortable, but the arch support was disappointing, so I decided to return it.

I got these in 2 colors and will be wearing them in place of tennis shoes this summer. Comfortable like Merrells.

I was looking for a shoe that would look okay at work in place of tennis shoes for the summer. These are going to be great. Suprisingly comfortable! I ordered them because they are Merrells and they live up to to the Merrell reputation!

Really nice shoe--lightweight and attractive. Unfortunately, it was loose on my heel and would likely cause a blister so I'm returning. Drat!
