I had to order a whole size larger, not sure why Zappos doesn't let people know that the boot runs small ahead of time. It could save their company money on shipping charges back and forth. So once I received my reshipped boots I found them very warm and comfortable.

Wonderful looking boots! Unfortunately they were a little too narrow for my feet. I am a true size 10 and in general medium width shoes work well. They would have been super warm.

These boots are super warm and super cushy, I understand why they say "polar proven". However, they are huge, I have small feet and I feel like my feet look enormous in these, they are a bit clunky. They feel small but the insert seems to conform to your feet. I tried them with thin socks and thick socks and they feel the same.

Really comfy when I wore them around the house. Felt so warm and cozy, but I must return them because I have huge feet (size 10 and wide) plus larger calves and they just didn't look good. I bet they would have been great though!

I ordered up a size after reading other reviews, still way to narrow.

I read a lot of reviews about this boot. I need something warm enough for below 0'F and this looked like a reasonable choice. I usually wear a size 10 and I bought an 11 based on reviews. I want to wear warm wool socks with the boots and even with sizing up a full size, they were very tight with thin socks. That's a recipe for very cold feet.

I wanted to love these, but I sent back TWO pairs of the same boots for the following reasons: 1. The first pair of Baffin Chloe boots I sent back because the inner lining on the right boot had something funky going on with the seam stitching on the inside. I knew that it would irritate my foot due to the scratchy weird stitching on the seam. Bummer because the left boot was perfect. Sent them back. 2. Really loved the boots though, so ordered another pair hoping for a better inner lining seam situation. Oddly, the sole of the boots felt very thin on the bottom of the front part of the boot. Hmmm? Can't figure this out. Back go the second pair. Aaaand... 3. FYI, I wear a Size 9 in most sneakers and boots, but do what other people said and go a size up. I ordered the 10 and they fit. A 9 would have definitely been too small. It's a shame the weird seam stitching and thin soles were an issue for me with these boots, because other than that, I liked them.

I wanted to love these, but they are SO HEAVY! If I lived in a colder climate than NJ I would probably be willing to overlook that because I'm sure they're super warm. However, it feels like I have 2 lb weights strapped to my feet. I also thought they felt rather narrow so if you have slim feet they may work well for you. Note the height of the shaft - I'm 5'5 and these hit me mid-calf which was suprisingly uncomfortable due to the thickness of the boot itself. Again, I'm sure this was by design to keep out the water and the cold. Hope these work for others, but for me, unfortunately, they're a return.

I so wanted these boots again, but their sizing has changed, it feels 1/2 size off. I've owned a pair of Baffin Chloes for about six years now, size 9, they are perfect. Now, the 9 is too small and the 10 is too big. This is the perfect boot except for their terrible sizing.

The problem is the liner (which makes the boot really cushy and cozy) is really stiff with no give. I have thick ankles and it pinched on the front of the boot. Without the liner it is way too big and not comfortable to walk on. Sadly these are going back.

Come on, Baffin! Please either size your boots appropriately or manufacture up to size 12!Unfortunately this boot is at least 1 size too small and I was so bummed out - they are super cute! I wear a size 11 shoe (feet on the narrow side and thin calves) and was able to easily slide my foot in (wearing mid-weight hiking socks) and walk around. My toes touched the front though, so they had to be returned.

Way too short! I read a review about another Baffin boot style that said with the liner it was too short and without, too long. The review for this style didn't mention that. But, it is the same. Too bad. I live in Central NY. We get cold! snowy! winters. I need a boot for outdoors in the woods in the snow. This fits the bill, but doesn't fit the foot. They should have accommodated for the liner in the sizing specs. It goes back.

Lousy boots. They fell apart after wearing them only twice (bottom of boot at the stitching to the upper part). I got a replacement pair from the store but they too fell apart after only one use. They are very poorly put together. Maybe the store I bought them from had a bad batch but they're trying to blame me saying it's the way I remove them. They think I use one foot on the heel to pull my foot out of the boot which is not the case. I sit and remove each boot with both hands. These are terrible.

These boots are horrible! They look very nice in the picture, but they have the strangest arch - and your foot almost rests above the black part as if you are walking on the leather upper. Not comfortable at all! No ankle support at all, I can see twisting your ankle all the time in these, for sure they are going back.

I loved loved these boots. They are sturdy and supportive and look like they would hold up well. Unfortunately, I’m a half size and already sized up and they seem to run a half size small. There’s no option to buy a half size and I’m disappointed because really would love these boots to work.

I’m a true 9.5 & got the 10. It fits well, a little big but fine.

perfect fit kept my toes warm amazing support have never heard of this brand before but it won’t be the last time I buy boots from Baffin they look good too and make my size 11s. Look smaller than they are.

I feel invincible in these boots! They are so sturdy, I feel solid walking in snow and slush. They are comfortable, keep my feet warm and I love that I can remove the inner liner to dry them out. I ordered a size 9 so I can wear thick winter socks and they are perfect (I wear a size 8 street shoe).

First impressions- Excellent boot. Perfect fit one size up. The soles are insulated well from the ground to keep your feet warm. They’d be perfect for winter carnival in Canada. Unfortunately I’m returning because it’s more boot than I need for my purpose right now but will buy these in the future or if they’re discontinued heavily

I ordered these Chloe boots after my 15 year old boots had a meltdown. I was concerned about the conflicting recommendations on sizing…some said fit was true to size while others said order up to 1.5 sizes larger. I wear an8.5 so I took a chance and ordered the 9… they are perfect! I wore them on a super cold day out photographing in the snow. My feet were toasty and the waterproofing was great!

very cushy, easy to get on, seem incredibly warm and great for my 18 yr old daughter with narrow feet heading to the Yukon for an outdoorsy trip. If not the case, will report back :)

Haven't had a chance to walk a lot in these, but so far they are easy to walk in. Usual 8-8.5, I sized up to 9. The thick padding is snug, but will compress somewhat with use. Early break in period--thin wool socks will work fine. Sizing up to 10 from 8-8.5 would be too large a jump for me.
