Very comfortable and very warm! No chance (real weather) to wear them yet. The few times I've thrown them on...my feet were ecstatic.

This is a very warm boot! I usually order 7.5 wide. I can wear this without socks or wear thin socks for my feet to fit. I am trying to see if I can tolerate these or send back to find boots for wide feet. It feels snug for my wide feet. I just may have to send these back.I wish Baffins can make their boots for wide feet!

Great boot, built to last. The liner is an added plus. Very comfortable even though they weigh a bit more than other styles. Easy to pull on and lace with the back loop and toggle. Cute too.

Warm and dry and that's all I can say. I hiked in 3 to 4 feet of snow all winter in these boots, for hours at a time, and stayed warm and dry with one pair of wool socks. I am the person who reaches for the foot warmers as soon as the temperature hits 40, and I never used them with these boots.

These are great work boots; they handle everything New England has shoveled my way! A little style with a lot of function. But since that was what I was looking for, I'm okay with giving up a little fluff. Excellent inner layer and reminds me of the inside of my fabric cooler, a true insulation layer. I have a pair of stylish snow boots. Kate The Great, by Sorel and to get me through and keep my feet very warm when I'm not hard at work, but looking for a little more style and still walking through the snow. I'm very happy with both pairs.

These boots are fantastic! I've been able to endure the treacherous winter in NYC this year -- complete with record-breaking snowfall and cold temps -- without missing a beat.

So fabulous - warm and comfortable in this icy Michigan winter. So far I always wear them with the shoe inserts; the warmer my feet are the better, right now. Plus they are super cute; already getting compliments/requests on where and how much from coworkers when I'm leaving work. About to take them to Alaska with me.

Great snow boots. I live in North Dakota were below zero temps occur frequently and these boots keep your feet warm. The liners are removable and the boots can be worn without them. The boots are high enough to keep deep snow out. Very nice leather uppers for the price. With the liner the boots are true to size. Even though these are serious snowboots, they are cute enough to wear shopping and casual events.

I live in FL and bought these boots to go to Colorado in January, the dead of winter. The were excellent! My feet were never cold and not in knee deep snow, or negative temps. Kept the snow and moisture out with no problems. They were true to size and very comfortable. They had great grip and non skid. I wore them every day for a week, and even hike up a mountain with no issues! Definitely worth the money!

I love them. I have looked for a while to find comfort and warmth like this. They have just been out in the blizzard of 2011. My feet were warm and dry. The are easy to put on and take off. I love no tying or buckling or zippering. Comfort and style in one pair of boots.

Love this boot! Another reviewer described wearing them as your feet being enveloped by marshmallows - that is exactly it! Very warm and very comfortable. Just wish they were a bit taller. The snow is deep in NY and tends to go over/in the boot regardless of how tight you make the top. I was a dedicated Sorel boot buyer; however, after wearing these, I will definitely buy Baffin again.

These boots are so warm and comfortable which is a must for me, living 30 miles from the Canadian border where we get lots of snow and below zero temperatures; plus I am a skier. They are a bit bulky but that is the only issue I have with them.

My first pair of real snow boots (mine are in black)! They have been great so far - my feet have never been warm and dry at the same time in snowy weather until now. They even hold up in those black icy puddles in front of curbs in NYC that look like they might be ice or snow until you step in it, and realize it's 4 inches of slush. Only thing I don't like about them as much: You tighten the laces using a drawstring, and when you pull it tight, the string is just kind of dangling there, and I have to tuck it in so it doesn't keep making a clicking noise as it flops around near my ankle. But I don't even always tighten them all the time, so it's really not a big deal.

Love these boots! I have worn them a ton since they arrived. They are warm, comfortable, easy on and off and just stylish enough to wear around town without feeling like a ski bunny! I ordered the size with the advice of the reviewers, about a half size bigger than my normal size.

After ordering two other winter boots, I kept these winners. I needed something really warm and comfortable as I was going to need to work outside in cold temperatures for two weekends in Georgetown, Colorado. These did the trick! My always cold feet were nice and toasty plus these boots are very comfortable, especially standing all day.

Got these boots very quickly. Love how they feel. Ordered 1/2 size bigger which was perfect for thick socks. Can't wait to try them in cold, snowy weather. For once my feet should stay warm.

Super, comfy-cozy.

A major snowstorm hit Saturday and I was online with Zappos getting the proper boots to deal with it. They arrived first thing Monday morning. I love Zappos. As far as the Chloe boot, they are well constructed, look great, and can step in drifts like a champ keeping my feet warm and dry. The only downside as another reviewer mentioned is they are slippery on the ice. Overall, I am happy with this boot.

I read the reviews and ordered a 9, I usually wear an 8.5, I could not wiggle my toes in the boot so I returned them and bought a size ten on another website because Zappos wasn’t carrying a 10. The ten fits well

When my tried and true 10+ year old boots ripped during a 10”+ snowfall, I decided I needed to get new ones. My shoe repair guy retired and super glue wasn’t working. I ordered 5 pairs of boots, 3 from Zappos. I am picky about boots and loved the ones that finally gave out on me, so I was pleasantly surprised to find these. The are cute enough for heavy-duty boots, but that is not my main concern. The tongue is connected to the sides of the shaft so snow cannot get in to soak your feet. They were wide enough for me to get my wide feet in them with heavy socks on. The toe box was wide enough to allow wiggle room for toes, a necessity if you want them to stay warm. They have a toggle adjustment to make it easier than having to lace and tie them every time you put on/ take off. They have a cushiony lining that looks like it will be warm in below zero temps. Naturally, once I got these it warmed up so I haven’t needed them but March (and April) snowstorms aren’t unheard of in WI so I may be able to have a test run with them yet.

I received my boits today however they felt smaller than a size 10 and pretty narrow in the heel box. Sadly, will have to return.

I wear a size 6 1/2. I needed a size 8 in these boots, especially since I wanted to wear thick socks. The size eights feel comfortable and warm, and they are easy to lace up. I am very happy with these.

These boots are very warm and well made. The sizing is off a bit with my daughter normally wearing a size 7 but needed to exchange for an 8.
