We ordered these for my wife. Ordered one size larger, but these boots are so narrow! Had to return. I called Baffin directly, the girl was useless and seemed annoyed by my call. Will have to find another brand

Baffin! GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD on this boot! ADD AN ARCH (it is perfectly flat), make the boot WIDER to accommodate an adult foot, put the PROPER SIZING (I wear a 9, ordered a 10, need a 10.5) and then…you will have the perfect boot. It is well constructed, would probably be the warmest boot for wicked cold winter weather, tough and beautiful. A note on width; I have a skinny foot and others commented how skinny this boot is so I thought maybe my foot would fit. Nope! It is so skinny that the ball of my foot and toes cannot spread out, at all. These should all be marked 10.99 and start over. Gave 3 stars for style because the boot has the potential to be great if they fix the above.

The boots seem like it was well-made but very oddly sized I even got a half size larger and it still didn’t fit way too small and narrow. I ended up returning the boot S.
