Beautiful but naaaaarrow! You should give yourself plenty of time to practice walking in these puppies before venturing out on your big night with them on. They are a little tricky, but feel good on the foot if you get the right size.

Pretty Good Shoe - The shoe is sexy, but not as comfortable as I read. It was very tight across the front of the foot, but does give a little after a few very uncomfortable wears. I have gotten a larger size because the shoe, despite the tight front, slips off my feet every now and then. The heel is very high. I wouldn't buy another pair, but would not consider returning them either.

I bought the black with the silver tip. It is a beautiful shoe. At first it felt narrow since I have wide feet but not too wide. After wearing them for a couple of hours on and off the shoe stretched a little and towards the end of the day they felt a little more comfortable. The padding on the ball of my feet helped a lot in comfort. They look good wearing pants since its pointy and long looking but even in a skirt/dress it would still look great. Stuart Weitzman makes great shoes for comfort with style.

Showstoppers but Not For Everyone - Usually I have very positive things to say for the shoes that I've purchased - this is one of the first reviews I have given where I am not as happy with the shoe, not because of their look but because of their fit. It took me several returns and exchanges to get the right size but Zappos, as always was great with my "shopping". These shoes definitely will get you the double-take as you walk down the street or aisle at work. In even black crepe, they make give you that incredibly sexy leggy, vampish look and when you're sitting down with your legs crossed, they definitely attract even more attention with their nice profile and perfect spike heel look. I tried to get them in the Red Quasar and imagine that with the right dress, they would stop all traffic around you for all the right reason. Two things - the shoes look longer in the toe than the picture’s shoe, but not terribly. The other tougher thing is the width of the shoe right in the ball of the foot. I had to go to a wide and even then, they were tight the first couple of times I wore them out. Even after a couple of times, they are still tight - I only wear them to activities that I know I'm sitting down (dinner out at a restaurant, etc.) and would not consider anything where you are standing the whole night (reception, etc.). Other nice things, the heels are really nicely shaped and I found that the heel cup and sides were cut just a slight bit lower than some of my other shoes (only 1/8th of an inch or so). That gave the shoe a lower profile but didn't affect the shoe staying on my foot, a nice touch. You really need to be a true medium for these and they are everything that a spike-heeled shoe should be in looks. They exude sexiness but better sitting than standing.

Very Stylish - This shoe is very stylish, but also some what uncomfortable. I had to get a whole size larger. If you are going to stand the whole time while wearing them, I suggest you don't. This shoe looks great but is made for sitting.

Sexy shoe, impossible fit - I loved the look of this shoe in the box, and as an inanimate object out of the box. In reality, the shoe is not close to my size - I am a 9 narrow, my perfect fit is a Donald Pliner 9, and my arches are so high I can wear sky-high heels all day - I actually am disappointed that this shoe, and other Weitzman’s, as they are really not designed to be purchased on the Internet - I would caution potential Weitzman buyers to only purchase shoes they try on first until they get their sizing correct. I am returning this, and will not purchase Weitzman’s online!

I love these shoes! I had such a hard time finding this style of shoe until I found Zappos. Today's shoe trends are absolutely not my style, especially the platform, 6" hooker shoes. They are not suitable for the corporate world and other non-platform type shoes do not have that special toe or heel that the Stuart Weitzman shoes have. To all the woman who wear the platform, 6" shoes to an office job, that is not a good look and you can barely walk in them. If you want sexy shoes then Stuart Weitzman has them!

Shoe is absolutely gorgeous and sexy, but sizing is incorrect more like a Europe sized shoe. We had to return them and repurchase a 1/2 size larger hopefully that will work. Hopefully the next size up will be great.

ATTENTION GETTERS! These shoes are absolutely gorgeous! I get complimented on them every time I wear them. Love them so much I bought them in black patent, black leather, red and tortious shell!!! It's a narrow shoe so I just buy a half size larger. Works like a charm.

SEXY AND GORGEOUS - I bought this shoe in black crepe and couldn't wait to get them based on other customer feedback. They are GORGEOUS AND I LOOK SO GOOD IN THEM. I ordered a half size larger because the reviews said they were narrow. The half size worked perfectly and the shoes are everything I hoped they would be and some. I love a 4" heel so the height is perfect and the heel is sturdy. So far, I've only worn them through the house and I love the fit and feel. Can't wait to get out with this shoe and my after five dress that I bought for a reunion dance. I would highly recommend this shoe.

Hot shoes - Simple, yet sexy. Love them. Naturally, heels this high will be somewhat uncomfortable after a long day, but not unreasonably so. The front is VERY pointy. I don't have a wide foot and needed 1/2 size larger to compensate for the point toe.

Well pleased - As the title indicates, I’m well pleased with my selection, and while I haven't yet actually worn this shoe, I have this exact style in both black and gold, the heels aren't gold, but the heel height and style are identical. I own many shoes by this designer; and with rare exception, have always been pleased with them, it is fascinating to me that a stiletto can be classy, chic, and comfortable, and this one certainly is. I absolutely adore this shoe, for the reasons cited above.

It’s getting hot in here! The Stuart Weitzman Fever pumps that I just bought are the bomb. Every woman in the world should purchase a pair. I decided upon reading the other reviews that I would get a half size larger, I am glad I did. They are sexy and fit perfect.

Girlfriend shoes - Gave Fever to girlfriend. They are a tight fit but she really likes them and they are hot looking. Will become more comfortable as she wears them more.

SHOE PLEASER - I love the shoe. Just received them. The size 4 fits a little snug on my toes, but since they are leather I know they will stretch a bit to fit more comfortable as I wear them. I was sooo excited. I want to buy them in every color. Please keep making size 4s. I have so much trouble finding stilettos that don't cost over 3 o r4 hundred dollars.

Stuart Weitzman's Fever - Absolutely beautiful shoe, I get many compliments when I wear them. I had to go up a half a size but it was worth it. If you ever get more in my size in the crepe fabric, I will jump on it; it is such a gorgeous shoe.

Hot Hot Hot - Love the look of this shoe. And also for a heel as tall as this not uncomfortable. Would highly recommend these shoes to others who wear high heels. Bought them in black and would like to have them in all the colors.

Way to make the Ex sorry! Gorgeous Ferrari-red color, surprisingly easy to walk in, they do take some breaking in for toe's comfort. Unlike most of the other reviewers, I went *down* in size from a 10 N to a 9.5 N and I'm so glad--the heel fits perfectly! I do have a really narrow foot and very high arch, and even on me the N is tight, but I like it for the security when I walk. So if you can ever wear Mediums without significant gapping, I'd go for the medium in this shoe. (The ex got a glimpse of me in the shoes--they say don't get mad, get even....)

My favorite shoes! These shoes were a quite snug when I first put them on, but they stretched quickly and are most comfortable - especially for such a high heel. They have become my favorite pair of shoes, and I wear them often. In fact, I wear them almost every day! I'm planning on purchasing another pair for back-up! I can't recommend this shoe enough - it's very sexy and very feminine.

Does the government know about these?? I purchased these in Red Quasar and now own a lethal weapon. The amount of compliments from drooling men were insane! I'm a size 9 but ordered a 9 1/2 and they fit perfectly since this shoes is extremely narrow. Yet, for a 4 inch heel quite comfortable. Without a doubt worth every cent!

The sexiest shoe ever - Beautiful and sexy I have three pair red, black and I recently bought the red fever with the gold heel.

For the love of shoes - This shoe is gorgeous. The best black shoe I have ever owned, and believe me I have owned some of the best. But this one just did it for me. I had my shoe for years. Until one day I went for a fitting at a major specialty store, and they lost it. They lost my favorite pair of black shoes. One thing I can say is that, that was a very sexy comfortable shoe. And I got so many compliments when I wore them. The store manager said they do not make that particular shoe any more. But I Still have hope one day I will find.

Stuart Weitzman Fever - Fever is the most perfect pair in the world. As a person who wears a medium or (B) width, I felt comfortable in these shoes and plus I love the arch support. Gotta have a pair in every available color Fever is made in.

Great classic shoe - This is a great classic shoe. I normally wear a 6-6.5M. I got the 6W and they were a little tight at first but I had them stretched and they fit fine. The heel is high but fine if you're used to walking in heels.
