Great looking - This shoe runs a little big. I had to buy a half size smaller - normally impossible - but Zappos actually carries 4.5. Stuart Weitzman always makes the best pumps.

Beautiful classic - I've got the fever, too! These are the epitome of THE perfect classic pump. I had a hard time deciding what size to order as there is conflicting size information in all the reviews (but thanks to Zappos awesome free return policy, I knew it wouldn't be a problem, no matter). So, I just ordered my regular size 7.5M, and guess what, they are perfect! Pumps that are too big slip off at the back and flop around which is not good! I wore them around the house in bare feet for a couple of hours just to be sure. The toe area did "give" a little after doing that (I got the leather). I wore them out with black stockings and we walked around quite a bit. They are pretty comfortable (for an evening out, not for a major hike!) and I didn't have to take them off under the table at dinner! My husband couldn't believe I could walk so gracefully in them, but thinks they are gorgeous and sexy. After all the ankle strap peep toe platforms I've ordered, this is a nice change and a great "forever" shoe.

HOOOTTTTTTT!!!!!! For starters if you are planning to purchase these shoes order a half size up! If you have a wider foot order up one full size. I was taught when purchasing a pointed toe heel you order up 1/2 size to 1 size up depending on the brand. I originally purchased these in the size 11 in the Red and they were big but comfortable. They had to go back. I wanted to cry literally when I dropped the box off at the UPS store. Finally one pair left in my size, in Red and purchased them. These are not for the faint of heart. Buy these if you want some SERIOUS attention and compliments (I have these in black patent too). Both of my male roomates when they saw them said WOW! They just stared and keep saying over and over again those are really nice! Where did you get them? It was soo funny. If you can afford to buy them and your size is available buy them especially if they have them in RED! You won't regret it. Thanks ZAPPOS keep up the GREAT JOB!

One of the sexiest shoes ever made - I bought these in black kid for my wife :) When she has them on she can get away with murder. They are by far the hottest pair of shoes in her closet. Well, these and the brown ones that I bought from another website because Zappos doesn't carry them in brown. They run about half a size small and are definitely narrower than marked. They don't come in a 5.5W so I bought the mediums and a can of shoe stretcher to stretch the width. It was worth the trouble because now they fit perfectly. These pumps will not just stop traffic, they will cause accidents.

Loved the look - I love the look, not sure about the fit as I have yet to wear them. They are a bit smaller than this designer tends to run. But they are wonderful and fun.

Sexy on heels - This is the 4th pair of "Fever" pumps I have purchased. My advice: go up 1/2 size and up to a wide if you are normally a medium. Solid, stable and comfortable. Worth every penny. This is classic, beautiful, SEXY shoe that will never go out of style. I recieve dozens of compliments both men and women whenever I wear them (which is very often). Zappos has provided perfect service. I cannot imagine shoe shopping without them. Thank-you.

Beautiful looking shoe....soft supple leather and good shape provide needed support. Comfortable to walk in despite the 5" heel (size 10) for an evening out, not sure about all day though. These will last a good couple of years in my closet.

Another gorgeous Stuart Weitzman stiletto pump. The only thing I dislike about this shoe is the fabric rather than leather. Fabric tends to wear out/rip more quickly than leather. The design and look of the shoe is beautiful.

WOW! I bought the Fever shoes in red and gold and they are the most beautiful pair of red shoes I have ever seen. I've tried to buy them several times in stores but they were always sold out. The shoe is true to size; however, Weitzman shoes are always a bit narrow. I have learned that in order for a shoe to be 5 stars in look... comfort is going to suffer a little bit =) They are absolutely gorgeous!

This is one of the sexiest pairs of shoes I own. Although pain is beauty with this one! It is definitely a narrow shoe...I had to order a size up because with this shoe, my foot was too wide. But it was definitely worth it because my foot never looked so fabulous!

Great shoes! These are great shoes! But know that they run very narrow - I got a wide in these. Other than that my normal size. Considering the height - comfortable. And super sexy!

Sexiest shoe ever. Have them in red, wore them for the first time last night and rocked everybody's world! I took the advice of other reviewers and ordered 9M instead of my usual 8 1/2. The 9 actually proved to be a little too big for me - there was a slight gap in the back - the width was good and they were more wearable than I expected them to be. They're very high, so walking is a challenge, but the foot bed has very good cushioning. My feet never swelled. When I get the black, I'm gonna go for my usual size but in wide. I think that'll be the ticket.

Gina - HOTTT!!! These shoes were surprisingly comfortable. I don't have a narrow foot at all. They hurt only the first time I wore them. I usually wear an 8 or 8.5 but got a 9 fit perfect in these. Goes great with skirts, pants, and jeans. I have them in Congac and get complemented on them all the time!

HOT - I have been eying these shoes for over 3 months, I finally got my size in stock. They are more comfortable then I expected.

Painfully Seductive - What a HOT shoe! Soooo super sexy!!!!! I couldn’t wear them for very long, the heel was a bit much for me. I'd recommend a shorter heel by an inch. But they did care of my cheating ex boyfriend problem very efficiently :)

Stuart Weitzman Fever - These shoes are fabulously gorgeous, however, because of the height in the heels makes it a little difficult to walk on for a long period of time. But still worth it.

I love this shoe. A good classic stand-by, especially to wear with my retro, 80's-esque outfits. Concerning fit: I can wear the size 10 in S.W., but by that I mean, having the shoe on for several hours and screaming in pain. So, I bought the 11 and have alot of extra room in the toe box. Since it is such a narrow shoe, by ordering the larger size I did not feel as if I were swimming in the shoe. Note also that the front of the toe box is very pointy in the shoe, perhaps not fully clear in the photo. I did not mind this--it adds to the sleek profile.

AB FAB! A work of art. Got the black kid leather. Beautiful timeless style, excellent workmanship, high quality material, perfect fit, and comfort too. These classics manage to be solid, stable and sleek. Probably the best buy on the market today. Be ready for attention though. Husband has the sweats from Fever, men don't sneak glances...they snap to attention, women ask questions. Answer...ZAPPOS. Thank-you Zappos for bringing Milan, Paris and New York to SW OK. Now, please Mr. Weitzman and Zappos, how about offering "Fever" in black suede with a suede heel. PLEASE.

Sexy, wonderful and glamorous!! Stuart got this design right!! Oh la la! Felt wonderful, feel so pretty. Skirts, pants, bedroom, they work almost anywhere. Can't go wrong with these.

FABULOUS! These shoes are gorgeous. I hate to wear them with pants because I don't want to hide any bit of them! They do run a bit narrow, but I've only worn them a couple times so I'm sure they'll stretch. No comfort problems for me, but I typically wear 3" or more every day.

Brass Supple - Prior to these two purchases, I have other Stuart Weitzman shoes and had no issues. Although the Fever shoes are beautiful, sexy shoes, I had to have the Brass Supple and Red Quasar stretched as they were too tight around the toes. Otherwise, the shoe length and arch support is perfect. Needless to say, I had numerous compliments and plan on purchasing the same (or something similar) shoe in black!

Sleek and very high heel - Talk about a high heel! I've worn shoes with 3-1/2" heels before, but what a difference a half inch makes! I just received this style in black kidskin and they're very beautiful shoes. It's a classic shape with solid construction. I tried them out for a bit and I must say that the height makes it difficult to take a substantial step. These shoes are definitely for sitting and socializing. I can't imagine wearing these to walk more than a couple blocks. I followed other reviewers' advice and got a size 8 (my regular size, although I'm between 7 1/2 and 8) in the wide width. The shoes are still narrow, but not overly tight. I believe that most people will require a wide width.

Really beautiful shoes. I must say these shoes are very pretty, but have been a labor of love to get some that fit. I usually wear a 6 1/2 size and with some shoe’s a size 7. The 6 1/2 size fit in length but the width is very small, maybe because the shoe bed has the most cushion I've ever run into in a heel {and I have a lot!!}. I then proceeded to order the size 7 and the width is still a bit tight and the length is too long. I ordered the cognac color and they are so stunning that in spite of the size issues I am keeping them and putting a heel cushion in.

Beautiful....but painful - This are amazing looking shoes. Very narrow and high. They pinch the side of my foot but I am keeping them anyway!

These shoes make you feel like a real woman. They are sophisticated sexy!
