Stuart Weitzman Fever - Black Kid - Amazingly beautiful shoe! I ordered an 8 narrow, and it was too tight. Should have ordered a 7 1/2 regular.

Fabulous - I just bought this shoe on Saturday and it is FABULOUS!!! I wore it that night and got so many compliments. My foot is narrow, so narrow, pointed high heels shoes fit perfectly! I love this shoe and would recommend it to anyone. If you're considering buying this shoe, don't hesitate! Buy, Buy, Buy!!!

Best Pump Ever! I have this shoe and its fits pretty much true to size. It also stretches a little after a couple of wears. I'm a 7N and have a pair in brown but it made my foot look too big so I bought the black in 6 1/2M, dealt with discomfort for 2-3 wears, now its perfect!For the height its surprising how comfortable they are. I'm buying another pair!

The Perfect Pump! I am fortunate that I can order Stuart Weitzman shoes in my size and they are a perfect fit every time (without trying on first). The Fever is without a doubt the best 4" pump I have ever owned. It is comfortable, very classy and made very well. I plan on buying another pair soon.

I am in love with this shoe! That being said, go WIDE!!! I have a pretty narrow foot and I had to send this back for a wide one. The length is perfect though. The cognac was just too beautiful to return and I just received it in a wide today. PERFECT!

Love at first site. I am totally in love w/ this shoe. I ordered the red patent and my heart melted when I opened the box. STUNNINGLY GEORGEOUS!! The cut and stance of this shoe is exactly what I look for in a pump. Classic and sexy as hell! After reading some reviews I ordered a half size bigger than I normally wear and they're perfect. I'm ready to invest in a couple other colors. This classic styling will always be wearable.

Gorgeous shoe - This gorgeous shoe looks amazing on. Be warned, it is very high. Probably shouldn't be worn all day if you're not used to the height. I recently wore them with a suit and got a ton of compliments. I am used to heels and I absolutely love them.

Nice But Nau‏ghty - This shoe has killer looks and killer pain. I truly love this shoe and it is definitely an attention getter. It is classy, chic, and has a runway attitude. But if you are looking for comfort, forget about it. Stuart Weitzman's designs are wonderful in looks only.

SEXY - A sleek and sexy shoe that is also comfortable to wear. I bought these in black patent so I can wear them during the holidays and with some of my dressier business suits. I have a narrow foot so the "medium" width worked for me, but you should note, Weitzman pumps tend to run a little narrow, so if you have a normal to wide foot diameter you should order these in Wide.....regardless, they are exceptional!

Wicked! Love these shoes and so does my husband. He couldn't stop saying how sexy they were. They look great with jeans or with black pants.

Stuart, u give me fever! As an avid lover of sexy high heels, these shoes are absolutely delicious! I have the crepe, black leather and cognac patent and they are all beautiful. As I have a more narrow foot, the shoes are quite comfortable for me. I wear suits most days and I always need to pair them with a sexy stiletto - these certainly fit the bill and the compliments are endless!

SW Fever Black Kid Pump - Got these for my girlfriend. She loves them for the excellent fit and the gorgeous style. This shoe has a classic flowing design style and accents her beautiful and attractive legs. Her size fives fit perfectly and look terrific with her business skirt-suit.

Stuart Weitzman Fever - sweet pain - Gorgeous materials and style. This IS one sexy shoe - but - the toe box falls victim to the pointed (and exaggerated) toe and makes the shoe painful to wear for long. The heel is vertiginous but fun and tolerable. I returned them with regret.

Gorgeous shoes! I just got these shoes and they are stunning! That killer heel is such a sexy accent that will set them apart from all the other black shoes at the formal event for which I purchased them. They are quite comfy for a 4" heel and feel really stable when you walk on them. They look far more expensive than they are! I ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal 8, and the wide, and I love them!

Stunning - Wonderful shoes. No need to break them in. Heel is on my 8.5 is 4.5 inches, which is just a little too high for me, but it makes you walk more graciously. Stunning shoes for going out.

It's a winner! I have been watching this shoe for over a year, and I finally bit the bullet and purchased it. This is the best investment I have ever made. Talk about a classy, sexy, shoe. I purchased Fever in Black kidskin, and I am so happy! This shoe is sexy, comfortable, and it elongates your legs. The shoe is made to give you toe cleavage, so to most the cut seems a bit narrow. I recommend going a half size up for extra comfort. As always Zappos has fast delivery, and awesome customer service! I had the shoes the next day!

A great looking shoe. I love the look of Weitzman pumps. Weitzman shoes usually run shorter and narrower than their size would indicate. This not the most comfortable pair of shoes that I have, but they are the sexiest!

I've got the Fever!!! Wow! I own several pair of Stuarts, but these in the Cognac Brown/Black are awesome. My husband can't keep his eyes off of them… Looks really sexy, makes me feel sexy, and is sexy! Zappos service is great as usual. Usually wear an 8, but purchased 8.5--perfect. Can't wait till my next purchase. Thanks Zappos!

Love these shoes -- super hot, and very comfortable for a higher heel. Great arch support too.

Certified Hotness - I waited 2 mos. for my size to come in and I order them in Red Quasar. They came yesterday and the fit is amazing. Although they have a 4" heel they are remarkably comfortable and easy to walk in. I am buying another color asap. I recommend them to any woman who loves a sleek sexy high shoe but doesn't want to sit down the whole night!!! Thanks Zappos!!!

You Give Me Fever! This is the sexiest shoe ever! It ran true to size for me but was slightly narrow on the first wear. They loosened up after a few hours. This shoe will surely stop traffic but is not meant for dancing due to the high heel. FANTASTIC SHOE! I'm buying another pair. :-)

This shoe is a classic - I have had this shoe for about a year. It is the most versatile and sexy shoe that I own. It is also very comfortable, especially for a 4 in. heel

High Fever Disappointment - To begin with, this is a drop dead, head-turning, traffic-stopping, gorgeous pair of shoes! Unfortunately, these Weitzman were cut just a little different than a pair of Weitzman pumps I've bought in the past. I'm not a big fan of toe cleavage and despite the attempts to order different sizes and widths, I just couldn't make it work for me. I think I noticed a tear in my husband's eye as I boxed my last pair up to send back to Zappos. AS ALWAYS ZAPPOS CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKED! THE RETURN PROCESS IS ALMOST AS EASY AS SHOPPING IN A DEPARTMENT STORE! The fever pump is definitely a sexy shoe and has a true 4" heel. If your guy is attracted by such things, then all his attention will be on you. I would highly recommend this shoe and would buy one in every color if I could make it work for me!

I have the Fever..! I purchased the "Fever" a half size bigger than my size..but the shoe fits true to size. So, for all those chic ladies out there order your size. They are gorgous and the hottest and sexiest..this is the pair of :stilettos: that every women has to have in her closet..love them..
