These shoes were so comfortable right out of the box. The padding in the soles are heavenly. I was deciding between the Nine West Margot and these The padded soles sealed the deal. I thought the pointy tip could be a little more defined - but this works.

As a flight attendant comfort is a must. This is my third pair of these shoes, I have a pair in red that I wear for fun and two black pairs. I didn't need the most recent pair but ordered them for fear that when I would need them they would no longer be in stock. The heel height is perfect to me, the toe box is just wide enough not to make me toes feel squished. The Nike air pad built into the ball of the wood is awesome and it what makes this shoe such a winner They fit true to size. You cannot beat Zappos price on these shoes, my first ones I bought at Macy's! Nuff said, go order yours now.

Great shoe, fit and value. I purchased to replace a similar style by Ivanka Trump. Like all pumps, a little snug at the end of a work day but no major complaints. I've had them for some time and it maintains its integrity (no creasing).

Finally found the perfect work heel... just enough heel to be hip/youthful without killing my feet by 10 a.m. I can seriously walk all day in these shoes! Great buy and plan to get in other colors.

I ordered these in both mink and taupe - and the mink was the keeper! Just a touch more sophisticated than the taupe - a bit more updated neutral - but still looked great with the navy shirt dress I was planning them for. I bought them for an auction fundraiser, where I was on my feet a fair amount of the time - and these shoes did not have me crying...which says a lot because a) I rarely wear heels anymore and b) I'd broken my 5th metatarsal 4 months prior and it still gives me some trouble. I highly recommend these for a sophisticated, classy, versatile pump. I usually order a 7.5 to accommodate some occasional puffiness, but that size was sold out - so took a risk with a size 7 and they still fit without discomfort.

Very cute navy pumps, nice proportions of shoe. They did run a little larger than anticipated, so I returned the first size for a 1/2 size smaller. But thanks to Zappos' great shipping and customer service, that was easy as can be!

I purchased two pairs of this shoe (different colors) from a recommendation. When they came in I tried on the other pair. When I put these on (the night I needed them) they were a different fit. They are nice looking but I feel they run larger than the size.

I bought these to wear at a conference and was very pleased. Two days on my feet in these right out of the box and they were perfect. I have ordered another pair in brown. I am slightly concerned about some of the quality comments and hope they last. I would have also ordered the tan, but want to test them out a bit more.

Beautifully made leather shoe. The pointed toe is just enough without pinching and the heel is perfect! Classic, well made and comfortable. Looks expensive but your wallet will thank you - and beg for a new pair of jeans to accompany these black beauties!

Fits true to size as other reviews stated. When I first slipped on it was a little snug, and got worried I should send back. After a few minutes of walking it quickly formed to my foot. I walk all day long and very comfortable.

I was very surprised how happy I was with this shoe. First time branching out to Calvin Klein (I usually wear Nine West) and I will be looking to buy another in the line. I have a wide foot with some bunion issues, so usually after 4 hours in heels, I want to chop off my feet. I didn't get that need, though, with these. Very comfortable, classic, and is a great color!

I wore these to a wedding right out of the box without stockings and they didn't pinch or hurt. I made it the whole night without kicking them off.

I purchased this pair of pumps and they were perfect. When I ordered I was a little nervous they would not be true to size so instead of ordering them in my size 6 I ordered size 6.5 and they were too big, but I had absolutely no trouble returning. In fact Zappos sent out my original size even before I returned the pair I had back to them. I love them so much I plan on getting them in black. I am not a heel person, but they are so comfortable. My church is from 9:15 am to sunset every Sabbath. I am able to wear them all day with no pain at all. Love them.

These are the most comfortable pair of heels I've ever owned. They are the only ones I can wear all day without getting uncomfortable. Style is classic and they look great when I wear them with with a work suit, jeans or a cocktail dress. Just the perfect pair of simple black heels. I want to buy a second pair so I have them when these wear out!

I am typically size 7-1/2-8 (leaning more towards 8), but the 7-1/2 in this shoe was huge. I'm going to try a 7 because it's beautiful and seems comfortable.
