Gorgeous shoe that will destroy your feet. The toe box just isn't wide enough, and it ends up being very uncomfortable. In addition, they are extremely unstable and not well built.

Way too tight in the toe. 5 star Ouch. Ordered an 8w because of other reviews saying, "too long, too narrow in toe". Usually take an 8.5M. Ball of foot still hurts even with the extra cushioned sole. Felt like the W was a N. Perhaps WW would have been better, but that wasn't offered. Nice classic style but for skinny toes only. Keeping the 5 star Franco Sarto Thompson in my size.

Stick with what you know - I have a truly narrow foot (AA) and typically order more expensive shoes, such as Weitzman, Sesto or Pliner. I almost never find pair of shoes for less than $100, and that's been the story of my life with my narrow foot. I was hesitant to order these because I thought they might not be comfortable and there wasn't a review. On the other hand, I needed a navy heel, and the selection of navy heels for a 9N is small. I should have gone with my gut. I've worn the shoes three or four times, and by the end of the day, my feet hurt. My recommendation is to spend the extra money and/or try a brand you know.

Yes, this shoe is nice and you can walk a good deal in them but I was standing at the bar and literally one of the heels just broke off. Totally and completely sucked. Do not recommend them.

The narrow in this shoe is not narrow. I ordered the 8.5N and after three wearings it was falling off my feet. I tried inserts/pads, but no use. I don't think this shoe was ever truly a narrow; they can call it that, but it was a true medium. If you have narrow feet, avoid this shoe like the plague. This was my first Zappos return and they were gracious enough to take it back. I would have thrown these shoes in the trash otherwise as I couldn't keep them on my feet.

This black shoe is comfortable. Though They didn't wear well. I wish I got more use out of them.

I had bought this shoe in the past and loved it. It fit beautifully and looked even better. It is a very comfortable shoe. I am getting ready to return the new pair I just bought because it is narrower and shorter than the shoe I already have, even though it is the same size

Love! Basic but stylish (and comfy) black pump for the office, this is my 2nd pair. I recommend buying a half size down as the shoes stretches quite a bit after breaking them in.

These are great shoes to wear with pant suits. My toes hurt a little - but that is a function of my feet, not the shoes. I really like the shoes and will wear them again (after I stretch the toe area).

I love these! My feet are not usually a fan of pointed toe heels, but I was in need of basic brown dress shoes for work. Was I ever pleased! They were super comfortable from the moment put them on! I cannot wait to wear them to work!

It is hard to convey in words how comfortable these shoes are - the cushioned insole is amazing. I wore these all day the day after receiving them, and never felt anything but amazing comfort. I have received many compliments on them, too - they are stylish, modern, and awesome.

WEll the Right shoe fits great and the SECOND right shoe fits well, but not on my Left foot. In short, the shoe is great, but Zappos sent me 2 Right foot shoes. Very problematic to discover the morning before a big meeting!

I LOVE these shoes. I'm here buying my second pair. I wear them to work almost everyday and I never leave the office with aching feet. The heel is a perfect, professional height that gives me a nice little boost without entering stripper territory. The shoe looks great with pants and pencil skirts. I felt that they wore well. I had to replace the heel taps a few times, but that's expected. The leather and sole both held up well. The biggest reason I'm replacing them is that they started to stink after a while- but that's my fault for wearing them barefoot all the time. I'd highly recommend these shoes.

This shoe is very cute. The rubber grips on the bottom make me feel more sure footed on slick surfaces. I ordered a wide, as my feet require that and still found me feet hurting slightly. I think a few more wears will get them where they need to be.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have really hard to fit feet, wide in the ball of my foot and narrow in the heel, so finding a pair of pumps that fits right and doesn't slide off the back of my foot is next to impossible. These are super comfy, and the style is classic, I'll be able to wear them forever. I'm actually thinking I should buy a couple of backup pairs, just in case. The only thing I'd change is adding 1/2" to 1" to the heel height, 3" is a little shorter than I like.

The reviews were right - these shoes are so comfortable. I am not a fan of high heels; I don't know how women wear them everyday. However, I have always wanted a pair of fancy red heels. After wearing these shoes, I get it. I would buy these in every color - they are just that darn comfy. I get compliments all the time on them, including from my male co-workers!

I love these Calvin Klein Dolly pumps. They are dark brown with a flattering stacked leather heel. They aren't for a lot of walking around. For work, or a special event that requires a sweet looking pump these fit the bill. They do have a pointy toe that can pinch but I found that after they warm up they stretch out a little and are more comfortable. They are just so sassy!

These shoes are great for my casual office job. I've found them to be very comfortable and stylish. They do feel slightly too big since they've been broken in but I'm not sure if I would size down. I would definitely buy these shoes again in other colors.

As a person who has had major foot surgery on both feet, I can say with great confidence that you will not regret buying these shoes. I am a 9N and these fit perfectly! I wore them to a 6 hours cocktail party and did not feel like kicking them off my feet the moment I got home. The front pads are cushioned on the bottom with a gel-like rubber that makes walking super easy - No first time wearing scuff session needed! I am planing to buy them in more colors!

My wife wore these out one night for dinner, and she doesn't usually wear heels. She said they fit perfect and her feet did not hurt like they usually do when she wears this kind of shoe.

This is my all-time favorite work shoe! I own it in almost every color available. I can wear it running around the office all day long. They also look very good with jeans. Buy this shoe, you won't regret it!
