Perfect Pump! These shoes are the perfect basic pump. They are stylish and comfortable for all-day wear.

Finally... I have been searching for the perfect black heels for at least a couple of years. I am very very picky and knew exactly what I was looking for-plain black leather, not too tall, not too pointy, and comfortable. I ordered a couple pairs from Zappos and was very happy to find the Calvin Klein Dolly. My only complaint is a lack of arch support. Other than that they are great! The shoes arrived the next day!!! And returning was easy!

I wish I had listened to the reviews. I would have ordered a 7 1/2 instead of my normal size 8. It's a beautiful shoe: just the right height to wear with my business suits. The Navy is a very, very dark blue . . . nearly black.

Who knew Calvin Klein could be so comfortable. These shoes also have a techno-plastic shock absorbent sole which I also receive to be waterproof. However, note that he shoes are narrowly cut...not for a wide foot. However, would have liked them to be more white an bright and less gray.

I hate standing. I hate uncomfortable shoes. If a shoe isn't comfortable, I won't wear it. These shoes are great. Comfortable for standing and walking, yet look very elegant. They must run wide, because I often need a wide, yet the regular is fine. They run a little long, but I buy "heel grippers," and then they fit fine. I'd like them to come in more colors.

I bought these in both a black 7W and a navy 7W. The black 7W fit perfectly. The navy 7W was almost a half a size larger for some reason. I then ordered the navy in a 6.5W and while it fit, was too snug for long wear. I returned the navy 6.5W and the 7W in exchange for another navy 7W to see if I'd have better luck w/sizing. I did have better luck with the second navy 7W although the right shoe was still a little larger. These heels are very comfortable once you are able to find the right fit. I gave it an overall 4 stars due to inconsistency in the sizing.

Beautiful classic shoe. I would have given it 5 stars all-around but it was just a bit too high for me since I'm not used to wearing heels. Good leather - expensive looking. Very classic -won't go out of style!

After years of wearing super-pointy, super-high heels with no support in the name of fashion, I've come to realize that walking the streets of San Francisco in such shoes has wreaked havoc on my feet. Specifically, the balls of my feet. As an instructor of a barre-based fitness class that I either take or teach up to 12 classes a week, I've finally hit my threshold of pain due to the amount of time spent bearing weight on the balls of my feet. Wearing any of my other beloved heels has become so painful that I have a difficult time teaching, and so I have been in relentless pursuit of a comfortable, classic, pointy-toed black shoe. This shoe fits that bill fabulously. I can actually wear them 2 or 3 days in a row if necessary without wincing at the mere thought of putting them on. These are not the sexiest pair of black pumps I've ever owned, but they are definitely the most comfortable. I can actually wear them and still teach class directly afterwards without pain. Fantastic. I wear a 6 1/2 or a 7 and the sevens were perfect.

Very nice shoe. Heel is not covered, that is the only negative I see. Ordered 7.5 D and it was small, had to return.

Great shoe! Very comfortable with the padding in the footbed and the heel height at 2.5 inches is great for being on your feet for long periods of time. Only problem was they felt a half size large and my heel slipped out when I walked, but that was solved with heel inserts.

As a huge fan of the Calvin Klein Diema I decided to give Dolly a try. This is a good looking shoe; appropriate for the office and fashionable enough to wear out in the evening. It could use more padding/cushioning near the balls of your feet but for the price, it is a good value. I recently wore these shoes to an evening event with dancing. After 6+ hours on my feet, I was relieved to take the shoes off, but I didn't collapse into the nearest chair. Get this shoe if you have a limited budget and need a stylish (love the pointed toe) basic black high heel.

Deeper shade of red, not brazen! A fun-to-wear shoe when you're not on your feet extensively.

I have had these for about 2 months. I love the color and style, but they are not that comfortable for office wear.

Beautiful classic pump. I purchased both the grey and evergreen suede. Extremely comfortable for a skinny heeled pump; it has this wonderful squishy padding in at the foot bed and a flexible rubber sole. The evergreen color is just lush. I had to order down a half size. I'm usually a 9 1/2, but it was much too big.

Looks nice, but uncomfortable - Very pretty shoe, but unfortunately they are uncomfortable. I really needed navy colors shoes, and will keep them, just won't wear them often, or if I have to do a lot of walking or standing. They were too narrow, even in the wide (size C) that I ordered. I can usually wear a size 7 regular, but something made me get the wide, just in case. Beware about this, order a wider size than you normally wear.

Not as narrow in the heel - I found the shoe very comfortable but it either runs a little long or the heel is not narrow enough. Love the shoe if the heel were a little narrower. Bought two...sending one back.

Classic Pump - At last, a beautiful classic pump with a stiletto heel in a narrow size! I bought these in black, brown, and blue, they are all very nice. Considering the heel height, they are pretty comfortable and don't cramp my toes. They don't have much padding, but the presence of a rubber pad on the sole for traction seems to cushion the ball of the foot a little bit.

A plain pump - These shoes are indeed comfortable with a good heel height for work. Felt true to fit but I did need to get add in a non-slip pad in the back of the shoe. The look is very plain and will work well if you don't want to draw any attention to your feet.

Great shoe. Not as comfortable or as cute as Calvin Klein’s Lucia, but they don't make that style anymore. Still, extremely comfortable and great quality. Walked 6 blocks in them and was still able to dance all night after! Calvin Klein is my favorite brand of heels!

Great classic pump - This is a great classic pump... not too much heel if you have to stand on your feet for extended periods of time. I did find the heel to be a bit wide, but a pair of inserts corrects the slippage. Definitely would suggest this shoe to anyone looking for a simply, yet stylish business shoe.

These are definitely beautifully constructed shoes. The color is rich, and all details are well finished. The cushioning is superb! There are some oddities that I would like to share to assist the next consumer: these shoes almost seems as if they should have been constructed to be a 3½ or 4" heel. At 3", the toes actually come up slightly when you stand in the shoes (odd-looking to me). Also, the seams at the heel (look at the picture details) are squared off. They are lovely shoes, but with details that are a deal-breaker for me.

Had dreams of looking sophisticated in these - way too uncomfortable for me - back to my matronly but super-comfortable Naturalizers.

Too narrow - I am a true 8W in most shoes on the border of a medium width and the toe area was far too narrow for me. What a shame because these are beautiful shoes. Great if you have a true n\medium foot, go for the WW. You will not be sorry you did!
