Don't buy these shoes. Sadly. When I first saw these shoes, I fell in love! They were perfect for work. And trust me, they are as cute as they look. However, these shoes have a major defect. I bought two different pairs of this exact shoe (because of how amazing they are) and both times, the heel fell off within 2 hours of wearing them! Do not buy these shoes. They are poorly made.

I loved these shoes but wore them once and the ENTIRE heel on one came off just walking around the office! I have been wearing high heels for over 25 years and never had that happen. Quite embarrassing, considering I had no other shoes and needed to duct tape the heel to the shoe to last the day. For this price and given the CK brand you would expect better.

These are truly gorgeous shoes. I rushed to try them on when they arrived. However, within 15 seconds of wearing them, the heel on the left shoe completely broke off. I was just standing in front of the mirror and it popped right off. The screws underneath the heel seem loose. I\'m extremely disappointed. Partly because the shoes have to be returned, but also because I feel somewhat distrustful of the brand now. I never expected such a manufacturing defect from CK.

I love the look of this shoe, very elegant. However, the 7N was too big especially in the heel so ordered the 6 1/2 N and that was too small!
