These pumps are pretty comfortable to walk in. However, one thing I wish I'd known prior to purchasing is that the back of the pumps is pretty short. As I walk my foot would pop out every now and then. Unfortunately I had to return this pair of pumps within 3 weeks of purchase as one of the heels came completely off. For the price I paid I'd expect the shoes to be made a bit more sturdy and last longer than 3 weeks. The awesome thing is that Zappos let me return them without any hassle. I opted for a store credit and hopefully I'll have better luck with my next purchase.

I ordered an 8 wide and still too tight at the front of my foot. Very stylish...love the size of the heel bit had to go with something wider.

The glowing Zappos reviews got me on these. I caved and got a pair. Sadly I was a little disappointed. The leather does not seem as high quality as I had hoped. The color (brown) seemed a little off, making the leather not appear as real (almost look like fake leather). The fit and height are good, but again, I had to purchase many moleskin and padding inserts so the shoes wouldn't fly off. They are comfortable for a little while but I would say that I cannot give such glowing recommendations as those in the thread. I also noticed that the heel seems a bit wobbly, a marker of the shoes not being as well made as one would expect. Overall, nice shoes but not phenomenal.

I bought these pumps looking for the basic, everyday mid-heel work shoe. A few things I didn't like: 1) the stitching in the toe area was annoying (w/no hosiery); 2) this is not a true pointed-toe pump; and 3) I didn't like the rubber out-sole; noisy. I will say, the quality seemed very nice. If it was a sharp pointed-toe (like Nine West does), I prob would have kept it out of desperation, as it is very hard to find. As always, Zappos was the very best in service and delivery, so I'll be back searching.

The leather is not as smooth as the picture indicates and the inside of the shoe was beige not the color shown.

Careful with this one: if you have gained or lost 10 lbs. or so, this shoe will not fit you. I have lost more than that, actually, due to illness, and these lovely shoes are at least 1" too long.

I ordered this shoe in a 7W and it got narrow too soon for my foot. I returned it and got a 7.5W and that was way too big. It's frustrating since it's hard to find a good black pump with a pretty heel and a pointy toe that comes in a wide. I'll keep trying till I get it right though. That's what I love about Zappos. Returns are super easy.

These are really nice looking shoes. The sizing is accurate. I wore them all day with thin knee highs and pants. During the early part of the day I thought they were decently comfortable for heels but by noon I was uncomfortable and by 5:30pm I was considering just walking around the city barefoot. For reference I normally wear flats of oxfords. So, if you're a person who wears heels every day these might be fine for you.

These shoes look nice. I usually wear a 8 1/2 or a 9. I ordered a 8 1/2 medium and I am walking out of them.

I absolutely love these shoes and have 3 different pairs. True to size. One huge drawback is that the insole crunches up horribly. First pair I thought maybe an irregular but the other two pairs have the exact same problem.

I have this shoe in the snake skin pattern. I ordered the black leather and feel that they are not as comfortable as the other pair. Not sure why there is such a big difference -- perhaps it is due to the different upper material. Not sure, but I'm sending the black ones back.

Pumps are so hard to get the right fit. Unfortunately, these didn't work. They run big, especially in the heel. I have fairly "normal" feet so my regular size usually fits. I wasn't really happy with the leather either. Back they go and on to another brand.

Got these in three different colors! LOVED the look and feel. Unfortunately on my third wear, the heel snapped clean off. Was very disappointed, especially since they are Calvin Kleins... Zappos was very helpful about replacing, but I am worried that my next pair will break too. Anyone else experience this?

Nice style. Classic. Timeless heel & vamp. But seriously stiff and uncomfortable. No give, no stretch. I don't have problem feet, (just a normal size 6M) and have learned not to suffer on the off chance the shoes stretch. They have to be comfortable from the get go or it's a deal breaker. So sadly, these go back.

While they are beautiful shoes, they were not as comfortable as I thought they would be based on many of the reviews.

I ordered these in a wide width, and they are true to size both length-wise and width-wise. BUT, although the shoes are wide enough in the ball of the foot, the makers did not modify the style in any other respect If you have a steeply tapered toe line, your feet might work with this shape, otherwise, even the wide width will squish your toes. If the taper to the point had started fractionally further out, these would work for a lot more wearers. The toe box could also be deeper. I wish designers would do more than just draw the pattern a quarter inch wider. The sole is padded and flexible and the heel feels sturdy and is the perfect height. Very nice shoes, too bad they don't really fit.

This is my second pair of Dolly's (my dog ate the first one). I loved the first pair, they were extremely confortable, true to the size and good quality for the price. The second pair, however, arrived already with wrinkled leather on the sides. It is my third week, and the shoes are wrinkled in front. I mean deep wrinkles formed almost immediately and it's getting worse. These are not the shoes I remembered. I am very tempted to return this pair.

Seemed nice at first, but after wearing them for a bit, ugh. My first time wearing them was to a job interview. By the time I got there (about 5-6 blocks), they were incredibly uncomfortable and worse, the heels had almost completely shredded. That is, the little quarter inch plastic bit at the end of the stiletto had worn down to almost nothing. The leather was also creased. I don't plan on wearing these ever again. I exchanged for the Cole Haan Air Violet 60, a splurge for sure, but worth ti.

I really wanted to keep this shoe because it looked so nice. I wear a size 8 and most pumps are too narrow so I ordered an 8W. The width was perfect but they were half a size too long and the heel slipped when I walked. I returned the shoe.

Pretty shoes, but unfortunately too narrow in the toe box. Sadly, I will have to return these.

I was looking for a classic black pump to replace a pair of Anne Klein pumps I loved. This is a beautiful shoe however the black leather is not black leather. It is a very shiny, not quite patent, off black color with some odd metallic glint. I was reminded of a car finish. It was not the all purpose black leather pump I was expecting. They are going back.

The shoe looked good and the size was fine. But I sent them back because there was stitching right where the balls of my feet landed that felt like it would give me blisters after a while (I have to walk in heels on city sidewalks a lot and little things like that can make all the difference when you're pounding pavement!).

This shoe is very cute, but I kept stepping out of the heel and had to return it. Other than the heel opening being wierd the shoe fit great.

Good looking shoe. Toe a little too pointy for my taste. I am very hard to fit, so keep that in mind when reading this review. Because the shoe fit 1/2 size larger than marked, I could not fairly assess arch support.

I was so stoked to get these shoes based on the reviews. I wear an 8.5 and that's what I ordered based on the reviews. Felt great when I tried them on at home, but after a day at work in hose, I realized they are too big. Very disappointed. Otherwise, they appear to be a great shoe. Nice leather and well-crafted. Lots of cushioning, too. Both inside and outside the sole where the ball of the foot resides. Just be sure they fit properly before you take them out of the house!
