I have this shoe in another color and they are my most comfortable heel, so I was excited to get these in navy. Unfortunately they hurt like the dickens and didn't fit at all like my other Dollys.

I'm sure they're beautiful once you find a size that fits. I ordered the 6.5 (my size) and it was huge on me. The back didn't even come close to touching my heel. It looked like I was trying to wear my big sister's shoes. They're so big I'm wondering if the 5.5 would be better. I hate to waste all the time going back and forth, though. I'm almost better off just going to the store. Bummed. Giving high points for style - they're beautiful.

Not too znappy! This shoe is one of the least comfortable shoes I have ever had on my feet. Not at all what I was looking for. It lacks the basic arch support necessary to stand or walk comfortably in the shoe. The box was also beat to heck and back when it arrived. I should have refused it, but was hoping at least it would fit. No such luck! This is my first experience with Zappos. Hopefully my return is being processed.

For reference, my foot requires a roomy toe box so I order 8.5W. I would not recommend this shoe if you are accustomed to soft leather and some padding to make the shoe comfortable. I could not walk more than 3 blocks with these shoes. The high arches hurt, my toes have calluses and overall my feet hurt. The rubber at the end of heel is fraying after 2nd use, the leather is not soft or pliable. I wish I could exchange. I'd rather pay more for Cole Haan.

Not a happy camper. I wore these shoes for a total of 3 times. I was in agony and ended up with black heels too! I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first time my heels became black thinking, new shoe-it shouldn't happen again. However, it happened the second and third time wearing them. The toe part of the shoe was incredibly tight as well... Just not a good shoe for me and it shouldn't bleed onto your skin. :( Sending them back.

After only five wears the cheap plastic heel broke. I took it to the shoe repair and it costs $100 bucks to replace heels, which is more than the shoes cost. Considering that I've only had the shoes 7 months and they still look new, this purchase was a complete waste of money.

I am very disappointed in these shoes. I wore them maybe twice and they have stretched so much until they are very uncomfortable that I cannot wear them anymore. They gap on the sides and in heels. I also got these in red and the same thing is happening with them. I ordered the same shoes two years ago and they fit much better. I would not recommend these shoes.

The shoe size is not correct. It looks like size 9 or 10 B but the label says 8 1/2 W. It is frustrating I have to send it back.

I have ordered these shoes before in a 9W and loved them. I must say, after returning the box that said "9M" twice and being told the box just says they are "9M" even though they are really wide, this is not the case. I have tried to wear these 9M Dolly shoes a few times and they just aren't the 9W that Zappos said they were. Do not purchase these if you are looking for a wide width shoe. And now I feel like I can't return them because I had to wear them to prove that they weren't wide width.

I bought a pair a few years back and they were the most comfortable shoes. However, this last pair are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. My feet were in pain. I don't know what happened to these shoes, but if I hadn't worn them, I would return them pronto.

I love the look and fit of these shoes. Unfortunately, after a little over a year of wearing approximately once per week, the heel has cracked in two right in the middle, about an inch and a half from where it hits the ground. I know that, as shoes go, these are relatively inexpensive so I did not expect high quality, but this has never happened to me before with any shoes, regardless of price. I would have expected them to last longer. I took the shoes to a repair shop where they said it would cost quite a bit to replace the heel. With the shoes being only a little more new, it seems like a waste to repair. It was interesting to read a previous review also noting a heel problem. I need another pair of black heels now but, sadly, I do not feel like I can take a chance on these ones again.

This pair of shoes looks great, I like the color and shape of them very much. But, the heel was broken and fell off the first time I wore them to a party. I have to say it was really a disappointment to figure out a nice pair of Calvin Klein shoes with such poor quality...

These shoes are beautiful, but the quality is terrible. One of the heels snapped off the second time I wore them. (It seems other reviewers have had the same problem.) I've never had that happen with any other pair of high heels I've owned. I was very disappointed with this shoe, but, as always, Zappos customer service was awesome and quick to issue a refund.

I usually have great luck with CK shoes but I ordered these in February when I had a broken foot. I wore them for the first time last week and the heel snapped off. It's past the return deadline so I'm stuck with them.

These shoes were cute and comfortable. However, the heel broke off one shoe after only 3 weeks - and I only wore them 4 or 5 times in that period. Zappos is awesome and gave me a refund, but I would not recommend these shoes.

Not working out well if you have long toes. I feel pain on my toes after 20 minutes. I sold it to a friend who had short toes and she loves them.

Shoe came with piece of leather by heel already peeling off. Also shoe is way too narrow. I ordered wide width two times and both times zappos sent me a 8M rather than 8W. Guess that is the widest it goes. Shoe seemed of low quality and uncomfortable … back it goes.

So, bought these based on the glowing reviews of comfort. Ok, if you want comfortable shoes. Do not buy these shoes! I wore them Saturday night to a wedding and then danced in them afterward. This is the only time I was sorely tempted to KICK OFF MY SHOES in public. OUCH. They hurt sitting, standing and dancing. When I was just standing talking is when they hurt the most! I wish I hadn't worn them so that I could return them. I will never be tempted to order Calvin Klein shoes again just based on the pain I felt that one night.

I bought these shoes and, while I love the look, they kill my feet. They seemed okay at first and I've only worn them in my office but I don't think I can return them. I'm in the process of trying different insoles to prevent my toes from sliding into the point. No way I can walk more than a block in these shoes. I wear a 7-1/2 N and they just don't fit.

I really wanted these shoes to fit (9N); however, I found that they were long and ran too wide. They were not a true narrow. They have been returned.

DO NOT BUY! Second time wearing them the heel started coming off of one of the shoes. Otherwise I would have loved them.

Horrible! Poorly made. The heel broke on the 2nd day I wore them to work. I can't return them now and I do really like the look so I spent the extra money at the Shoe Hospital to get it fixed. Now the heel squeaks terribly every time I walk on them.

I've had two pairs of these within the last year that had the right heal break off the first time I wore them. I took them to my shoe repair guru and they are unfixable. I hope whatever is wrong gets fixed at the manufacturing level, as I have had several pairs of this shoe in the past with no problems.

Wrote a previous favorable review of these shoes. However, after trying them on a few times I started to realize they are actually about a half size too large. There is a weird gap in the back I am noticing more now. Very strange. They are going back.

The heel broke off the first day I wore these shoes. I was out of town at an important conference at a resort in the middle of no where of West Virginia. Luckily, I did bring another pair of dress shoes with me as there was not really any where I could have gone to get new shoes. I was bummed out because other than that, these shoes were comfortable, and the leather did seem high quality.
