These are nice shoes, good heel height, and fairly comfortable, but the toes were way too long and pointy for my taste. Adding that much extra length is not really something I wanted when I already wear a size 10, and the 10 was a good fit, but I just didn't like the style. The Lifestrides Klarissa had a much better shape in my opinion.

These are a great looking shoe, and I'm sure that people without the need for wide shoe sizes love them. Unfortunately, even though they say they come in wide width, I bought the 9.5W, they certainly are not wide at all. I am going to have return them.

Remarkably comfortable. Good value. Wore them right out of the box for 10 hours straight at a wedding including walking around NYC and dancing. My feet were fine. Elegant heel - not too high not too low. Enough to dress things up. Easy on the toes and perfect toe coverage.

I bought the suede black shoe. I am normally a 7, but tend to wear a 6.5, so I chose a 6.5 because of the reviews. Can you believe they were too big? I do not want to return them. I will use an insole and a heel pad that is sold at shoe stores (darn!). They are gorgeous though. I will buy a 6 of the other colors.

Great, comfortable shoes. The heel height is perfect and the padded footbed (which is on the outside) make them super comfortable. I wear a 9 1/2 and these fit perfectly. I'll be back for more colors.

Perfect pumps. I have a pair in black and they fit perfectly and look beautiful. I have all sorts of foot issues (bunions, flat feet, ingrown toenails) and these pumps don't hurt my feet. They run a little small. I usually wear an 8, but had to get a 7 in these.

I wear a size 9. These fit me perfectly. No slipping, squishy noises or pain. And I have slight bunions, flat arches and am a 60 year old woman. These are comfortable. Have I worn them for 8 hours yet? No. But right out the box and walking around the house... so far, so good.

I have these shoes in a few colors, love them. Professional and stylish, yet comfortable enough to wear every day. A little narrow, I order wide when possible.

I have this shoe in three colors. Love the height, a shapely heel that is not too high and comfortable to wear. The vamp is cut low, but just shy of showing toe cleavage, and the point of the shoe is graceful rather than extreme. My latest buy is the taupe kidskin, a beautiful neutral. And thanks, Zappos, for letting me know when it came in in my hard to find size 5!

I originally ordered size 8 and I normally wear 7 1/2 & 8 and the 8 was a little long and I returned them for the 7 1/2 and they fit perfect, and were very comfortable from the time I put them on until later in the evening when I took them off.

Height is great, tall enough to look feminine but not to feel pain. They feel a little hard at first but the leather gets softer. I love them!

These shoes are classic and comfortable. I wear an 8.5 but I have a wide foot so I bought a size 9. I work in an 800+ bed hospital and in my role I walk all over. I have had major back surgery (a plate & screws in my lower back), and it is imperative that I have shoes that fit well. The woman in me wants low heel pumps that are work appropriate. These shoes fit the bill on both counts!

Perfect! I love these shoes and bought them in navy blue also. Comfortable enough to wear all day at work and head to an evening happy hour right after. They work with slacks, jeans, and skirts. They have a "cushiony" insole so you don't get that soreness on the ball of your feet.

Love this pump. The fit is perfect 8 1/2 narrow. Great heel height for all workday wear. I highly recommend this smart looking pump.

This is my third pair of these shoes. I have ordered navy, black and brown. They are a basic pump that I bought for work. Heel and style are great for wearing with pants or skirt. A plain, classic style. One weird thing is that although I ordered the same size for all 3 pairs, (size 7), the navy pair were too big (heel slipping out when walking). It felt like they were a 7.5 although they are marked 7 like the other 2 pairs. Other than that I recommend if you want a basic, classic pump.

I was a little concerned that the heel would be too high, but the comfortable padding inside the shoe, masks the height. I have trouble "breaking in" shoes, but my CK "Dolly's" didn't require a period of adjustment. For those of you skeptical, I say "go for it!"

Third pair of these great basic black heels. Sexy. Comfy. Seems they improved the inner sole too. Love these shoes!!

These are amazing work shoes. Out of the box comfy. They don't cut the backs of your feet or cause blisters.

I ordered this shoe in an 8 Wide. Normally I wear a Medium width in either 8.5 or 8, depending on the shoe. I have another pair of Calvin Klein high heels in 8 Medium, but they pinched my toes. The 8 Wide is much more comfortable, just a little loose in the heel, but that is easily remedied with stick-on gel heel inserts. I haven't worn these extensively yet, so I can't comment on their durability, but they are very attractive and comfortable.

These are cute, comfortable shoes. I was looking for something with a pointed toe and just this heel height to replace a similar pair from Nine West. I think they're flattering and comfortable, particularly with the black leather, which has some give.

I am a banker and these shoes are perfect for the conservative suit look. They are extremely comfortable.

I bought these shoes because I can't wear 4" heels anymore for very long. These shoes fit perfectly and whew, the heel was a perfect height! They have a nice cushion for the ball of the foot and I can wear these all day without any pain. I'll be ordering more colors!

These are great shoes. They are comfortable to wear all day and are in good condition after owning them for two months. I'm not particuarly a fan of pointy toed shoes, but these are not "too" pointy. The heel is also a good height for work. They are smart, classy and comfortable. I have wider feet and the wider version fits very well. This was my first experience buying shoes on Zappos and it was excellent. The shoes arrived at my house within days, exchanging the slimmer for the wider shoe was incredibly easy, and the customer service was exceptional. I will be using Zappos again!
