I decided to deviate from my usual Nine West choices due to what I considered to be declining quality, and boy am I glad I did. I wore these for the first time today and they were immediately put to the test since I had to unexpectedly walk close to a mile in them. They stood up to the challenge very stylishly and comfortably. The expected stretching took place so they were rubbing on my ankles by the end of the day, but I always have gel inserts available for when that happens. Overall, I am pleased with both the look and feel of these shoes and would happily encourage anyone to give them a try. I might even get another color or two for myself!

Looked great, fit well. I have a wide foot across the ball of my feet; ordered the wide size and it fit well.

These heels are great! I bought them for work and they are very comfortable and the heel is low enough to be stylish and easy to walk in. There is a little padding at the front to make it even more comfy. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another pair!

These heels are terrific for my size 9 narrow (AA) feet. They are the most comfortable and stylish black leather heels I have owned. Usually when wearing heels my foot slides down toward the toe, but that does not happen for me when wearing these -- no uncomfortably pinched toes! I'm pleased with the detailed stitching and overall construction. I particularly appreciate that the heel is not wrapped in leather, which means they won't scuff and tear like leather would. Comfortable for heels, durable, and classy. Definitely recommended!

I have looked for a pair of shoes like this for a long, long time and finally found them at Zappos. Delivery was fast, everything arrived in great condition and I surely would buy again from Zappos.

I am over 40 and have serious back issues and could't wear heels for years. I was so pleasantly surprised when I got these shoes since they are incredibly sexy and perfect for the office or a night out. I live in NYC so I wouldn't likely walk miles in these, but they do the trick for the office and going out. A must have shoe!

These are good work shoes. The heel is the right height. They are practical and nice looking. The leather seems firmer and thicker than its Nine West counterpart. That is mot a bad thing, just an observation. They have not stretched out as much as I am used to.

This is my second pair of these shoes. I absolutely love them for work. They are classy and comfortable. The lower heels makes them practical for all the walking I have to do and non skid grip makes them great for the crazy weather here in Ohio. I will be buying them in more colors!

These are pretty comfortable; they are not bad for such good looking heels. I usually only wear flats because I hate pain. But I felt that I was getting into a frumpy rut, so I gave these pumps a whirl. I was pleasantly surprised. The shoes are beautiful. I am super happy about the style. The inside has a very thin layer of padding and the bottom of the shoe has a little rubbery-type give to it, so you are not walking on a totally flat sole. The ball of my foot was hurting a bit, but not intolerably so. If I were to order another pair, I would try half a size up (or a wide) and add some pads. Based on style, price, and the fact that they are not too uncomfortable, I would definitely recommend these shoes.

Great shoe, great color. Looks good with a number of colors. Comfortable fit and the heel is not too high.

This is a beautifully made shoe and very comfortable. I order this in a wide rather than my normal B width because of the narrow toebox. Doing so makes the shoe extremely comfortable and the leather is quite lovely.

My favorite go to work shoes! This is my second pair of black Dolly's as I wore the others to the ground they are so comfortable. They have the perfect sized heel with a little cushion at the heel to add to the comfort. I also own them in brown and taupe. I always get compliments on them as they are the perfect work shoe. Regarding size, I'm between 8.5 and a 9 and these are perfect in 8.5 for me and very consistent across all colors.

I don't typically wear heels, and when I do I always look for a lower heel. This shoe is perfect for me. The heel height is just right- you can stand in them for hours without your feet hurting. The most comfortable heel I've worn in a long time...had to buy them in 3 colors!

I recently purchased this for a work conference where I had to be on my feet for hours, and I don't normally wear heels. This shoe was, above all, comfortable. Stable, stylish, elegant. Love it!

This is a great, classic shoe. I am a true 8, and ordered a 7.5 based on the reviews saying it runs long - but had to return it because it was way too tight. Size 8 fits great, and I plan to buy this shoe in additional colors.

My foot got wider as I entered my 40s and so I have a very difficult time finding a shoe, especially a pointy shoe that will fit comfortably. I normally wear a 6.5 M and that is the size I ordered and it fits perfect. Love these shoes and got so many compliments so I bought 2 more in different colors.

I am on my fourth pair of black shoes. I wear them every day for work and they are the most comfortable pumps I have found that go perfectly with suits. They also go great with jeans after work. I do have to order a new pair every 3 or 4 months because the lining inside peels back and bunches under my toes, the metal comes through the bottom of the heel, and it the leather gets scuffed. I also have the shoe in 2 other colors I don't wear as much so will last longer. They are awesome for the price and I will keep ordering them! I am also rough on shoes so they may last longer for others.

These are great looking and comfortable right out of the box! I have the black patent and the gray suede. Great for work and easy to walk in. Highly recommend. True to size. I'm an 8.5 and sometimes have trouble with heels slipping but not with these!

I love the Dolly so much as a work shoe. This is my third pair of black Dolly shoes. Fit is true to size. Not too narrow for a medium width foot. Takes a tiny bit of breaking in. Love these shoes.

These are beautiful, classic dressy pumps. Comfortable first time wearing them. They are not slippery on the bottom - a big plus! I'm a 7.5 - 8 narrow, leaning toward an 8 and the 7.5 were still a drop big.

Love the shoes. They are very comfortable. I can stand & wear them for long periods of time without them hurting my feet. The color is a true chocolate brown. The heel height is perfect...not too high.

These shoes are SUPER comfortable! I can wear them all day and go into the evening with them feeling great!

I usually wear a 7, normal width but bought these in a 6 1/2 wide and they fit perfectly. I've been looking for a pointed toe heel in wide and this fit the bill. Very comfortable to wear all day.
