Very unhappy with the boot I got a pair in Australia over 13 years ago and they finally wore out. I thought I was getting the same Australian made product but when they showed up they were made in Asia. The leather is thin and the sole already had holes in it from the injection mold. Sent a E-mail to Blundstone would like to trade these low quality boots for a pair made in Australia, still have not heard from them. Kurt Cordova Alaska.

I bought my Blundstones in Australia while on holiday and absolutely loved them. I wore them constantly, then when summer came put them away. After three years I brought them on holiday and the soles peeled right off within a few days. Knowing how comfortable they were, I hadn't brought any other shoes with me. When I contacted the company they told me the problem was that I was living in a hot country and I should have known that would happen. They offered no apology, let alone to fix the shoes. This wasn't Zappos; it was Blundstone themselves. Very disappointing.

I love these boots so much! I've had a brown pair for a few years, and needed a pair of black shoes this winter. It was no brainer which shoes I was going to buy!!!!

I have always wanted to get a pair of Blundstones but couldn’t justify the price. In addition, I have foot issues: flat feet and mid foot arthritis. Because Zappos has an easy return policy I decided to take a chance! So HAPPY I did! Ordered a half size larger to accommodate my wide feet and custom orthotics. These boots are comfortable, stylish and will last forever. I wear them everyday. Looking forward to having that broken in look!!

Finally some boots that don’t pinch my toes or rub the back of my heels raw. When I first got them, I noticed it was hitting the top of my foot when I took a step but I figured that would go away as I broke them in. I wore them for several hours the day I got them with none of my usual grievances. They did rub slightly at the top towards the end of my very long day. Overall I’m incredibly happy. I usually wear a 7-7.5 but I ordered a size 8 (UK 5) so I could wear thick socks and it was perfect.

I've been wearing my pair almost daily for four years and I don't know how you could get a better boot - these have come with me on some wild adventures and have thousands of miles on them. They're absolutely beat up, but they are still going strong, and will probably be with me for many more years.

This boot is terrific, but these run very, very small. Ordered 8, then exchanged for 8.5, which were returned, while we purchased 9 and 9.5, to get it right. The 9 ended up the most comfortable. Terrific customer service with all this back and forth, but it was a protracted process to get it right.
