This shoe is absolutely awesome. It fits well and looks sweet. It's great for skating because of its vulcanized bottom.

Great shoe. This is the second pair I've bought and know it won't be my last. I wore my last pair into the ground which took me quite a while. I've also paid a lot more for shoes that don't last as long as these. So for the money, they're a great buy. So if you're in the market for a skate shoe, I'd recommend giving these a shot. Not bad! I've also found them true to size, so you shouldn't have to worry about ordering a size up or anything like that.

My son likes this brand a lot but the stores didn't carry this color combo but Zappos does. Love Zappos too, haven't been disappointed yet.

I have had this shoe three times and it is hands down my favorite skate shoe. It fits perfectly to my foot shape and has good support. They break in quickly and are amazing for skating in. I like all Lakai's but these are surely the best. They are a relatively squishy shoe once broken in but stiffer than most vans. If you have never had a pair, buy this shoe! The only downside is that I wish they would last just a little longer. Like most skate shoes they get ripped up and after a while they become un-skateable.

All around great skate shoe from a skater owned company. The new insole has a bit more cushion and arch support. Great grip with a durable toe cap.

This shoe was like putting on a slipper and shockingly has some midfoot support in the thick cushioned foot bed. Only reason I gave them 4 stars for comfort is because until I broke them in, they bruised the back of my heel when I walked, because there isn't much cushion on the back of the shoe behind the heel. After they got broken in, they became my favorite shoes. Even feels good to stand in all day at work on a cement floor. May be buying another pair in a different color!

These are great shoes. Most skate shoes do not offer solid support but these are an exception. They last much longer than other shoes, including Vans and Tony Hawk. All my boys have some form of Lakai's and they are terrific shoes!

I purchased these Lakais for my 13 year old son. High marks all around. Fit, comfort, flexibility. He says they are the "best shoes ever." What more can I say? Zappos ordering and delivery was a breeze, too!

My husband loves these and says they are very comfortable. I think they look so cool!

We received our order in about 3 weeks time, which was longer than we expected. However, the shoes are great! The sizes were accurate and the quality is superior.

Plainly said, this is one of the best all-around skate shoes money can buy. Shape and form of the toe is super clean, the shoe is lightweight and grip is sticky too. I also am in love with the arch support. Just get these; you will not regret it.

My son loved these shoes. I was not sure if he would like them as they were not a brand that he knew...turns out that even the kids at school liked them! Not very good support, flat bottom, but he is getting used to them.

These shoes rock. They fit to size (if you wear a 10, order a 10). They are stylish and be worn casual or slightly casual-dressy and perfect for Southern California.

Never bought this brand before - great shoe and way more comfortable than my Adidas Sambas. Definitely going to order these shoes again! Made in China, so I'll probably order these very soon (no two Chinese shoes ever match).

Great shoe. Have ordered them twice for my teenage son. They run wide, which he needs. He wears them every day, they have a removable insole, which he removes and puts super feet in (because of his foot problems). I would definitely order again.

These shoes don't have too much padding in my opinion, but overall they are a really good skate shoe. Lots of grip but not too much. This is pretty much the only pair of Lakai’s that anybody skates where I live. I'd recommend them to anybody.

Zappos is the bomb. Not only do we order from them all the time and they are super fast and courteous, but we had to exchange a size one time and they were so unbelievably fast and helpful it was amazing. My son has a large foot size and we started ordering from them because of their selection, but now it very convenient. Practically next day service. Love Zappos

I bought these for my 14 year old son who is a skater. He loves them! That says a lot coming from a teenager. So kudos to Zappos!!

My friend suggested this brand/style to me and I had to see for myselfI actually have this shoe in the red w/ black tongue and the mo knows Black. I absolutely love this shoe, it's durable for skating, both pairs are still in good shape, and the laces aren't in the 'flip' zone so it is a little more difficult for them to rip, which saves me from bringing extra laces when I go skate. The shoe is also very light and not bulky like some shoes, which is a relief because bulky shoes are just annoying. Not only do I wear them for skating, I also wear them for everyday, there are a wide variety of color choices, which is great, so you can match with shirts or whatever. They are also very comfortable, I work 8 hour shifts in them and my feet do not complain. Overall this shoe is great for both skating and casual. Also they fit a little smaller, I usually buy my skate shoes in 10, and these fit great at the 9.5 size.

These are one of the best shoes I have got. They are very comfortable and look great. These shoes also come with white laces.

I learned about these from someone at my local skate park, who recommended them so I wanted to try them out. I wanted to buy these at my local skate shop to support them, but they didn't carry Lakai. Zappos is a good online option so I was pleasantly surprised to see that they carried the Manchester. The shoe fits well, has great board feel, and good arch support. It's not big and bulky, like some skate shoes. This is a no-nonsense skate shoe with good style. I wear them for skating, and as my everyday shoe. There is only thing I would change: the laces are kind of short so you can't lace them loosely and double-knot them, like most people do with skate shoes. But it's not a big problem: these shoes probably perform better properly laced up anyways.
