Not very cute, and no fit for orthotics. These were a pretty bad disappointment. They are just not as cute as in their picture. Plus, my orthotics, which have a large heel, will not allow my foot to fit properly. Oh well. But, Zappos is great!

Perfect Shoe - I bought this shoe to take me from work to weekend, long dresses and short skirts. The details give them enough panache to pull off with dressy/casual at work, and they are so cute with anything else. The major plus is that I have high arches and narrow heels, and usually I can't wear shoes with backs to them. These fit perfectly; my arches never ache and I never got a blister. Do order 1/2 a size down, though.

Great shoe and stylish looking - I had gotten a pair of Merrell hiking boots and they were great, so I thought I would try the regular walking shoes and I was not disappointed. I got the tan color (and am going to order them in black now as well) and they are suede, but look like they will hold up and not go bald like some suede. I will need to get some Superfeet insoles to add to them, but I have to do that with every pair of shoes except my Asics running shoes. They did rub a bit on the right ankle, but I figure this is normal for new shoes. No blisters and I wore them for a 40 minute walk today. The size is good and I have no problem with the strap as some have remarked. I have somewhat wider feet and they fit really well and don't pinch the balls of my feet. I can wear these with jeans or khaki pants. I don't think I would try them without socks since they are not really breathable so I think my feet would get too hot, but for me they are great. I also like the little bit of heel since I am only 5'1".

Cute, but not right for me - I loved these shoes, and it broke my heart that I had to return them. However, the strap just fell on the wrong part of my foot, making the top uncomfortable. If the strap was placed slightly differently, I think I would buy them again in a second.

Merrell plaza bandeau - The height of the heel does make my toes feel pinched at times. Not as comfortable as other Merrell's that I have. Nice with jeans or casual pants. As always, Zappos was outstanding!!

First pain of Merrell - Very nice foot support for 10 hour work day with standing. Looks are an exact copy of picture. Seem to catch dirt easily.

Love this shoe - I was nervous buying this shoe sight unseen and untried, but I knew I liked Merrell, and the free shipping both ways made it much less stressful. I love these shoes. They look great and are extremely comfortable. I walked all over Washington DC and Baltimore the day after I got them and had zero blisters and no discomfort at all.

Great walking shoes - Very comfortable shoes once it's broken in. First day, developed a blister, but that's quite common with leather shoes. The insole material is not conducive to nylon or stockings, so slipping into the shoes is a bit of a challenge if you plan to wear footsies or stockings. Love the style and comfort... it's like walking on air.

Fantastic Shoe! I was looking for something cute and comfortable for my trip to Florida and decided to give these a try. They feel great. No breaking in period for me. They are also really cute. As with all Merrell's, the quality is top notch.
